14 - Chapter Fourteen - Fallon’s Point Of View.

Cillian was going to leave, he had to. He got a call from the alpha north of us and he has to go help with the land mapping. I didn't want him to leave. I watched as Cillian packed his suitcase. It made me sad that he was leaving but I really didn’t know why I was as sad as I was.

"Fallon can you, please go check on our pup. He should be getting up from his nap soon.”

"Okay"

I went and walked to our pups room, I woke our pup up and held him. I saw something run down our pups forehead. I quickly realized I was crying. Why was I crying?

"Fallon where are you?" Cillian yelled suddenly making me jump. He sounded like something was really wrong and it made me a little bit panicky.

“I'm in our pups room with our pup.”

Cillian was in the room faster then I could turn around. He pulled me into his arms carefully so he didn't hurt our pup. It was odd that he came here just to comfort me.

"Why are you crying my love? I can feel your sadness and pain from here."

"Cillian I don't want you to go. What if you get attacked and don't come home? What if something bad happens and you die. I can't go through that I'll go crazy if you die on me i...i.---"

"Listen, I won't die on you, mate. Not now and not then, You have my word."

"Thank you..."

"Anytime my sweet.”

Cillian was leaving after dinner, then it would be just me and our pup, not that I minded the bonding with our pup. Valintine was a little over a month old and Cillian was becoming more busier. Cillian said once he got caught up he wouldn't be so busy and would actually be home at night instead of in his office. That would be so much nicer than having to go visit his office to see him.

I walked to the living room and noticed Cillian was sleeping on the couch again, he slept on the couch more than he did our bed. I worried deeply that he was going to push himself to his limit and collapse. That worried me very deeply.

I laid valentine in the automatic swinger in the living room and he quickly went back to sleep with a bottle in his mouth. Now, to deal with Cillian. I went and shook him to wake him up, I must have startled him because his arms wrapped around me as he dove off the couch. He starred at me as if he was trying to connect the dots. I found it pretty funny that he had pulled us onto the floor and tried to cover my body with his. He was protecting me.

He smiled and spoke. "Hey there.”

"Hey, so why are we on the floor?" I asked.

"You know, just viewing the world from a different view."

"Cillian, just go sleep in our bed, you get a much better sleep there, my love."

"There's no point I have to go soon.”

"Cillian it's only two in the afternoon.”

"Okay, but I want to be awake until I leave, I need to spend time with my wonderful mate and pup before I go because I'm going to miss them so very much.”

"If you are trying to butter me up Alpha Cillian it's working."

" Really, I'm glad Luna Fallon.”

Cillian pulled me to his side as he stood up and kissed my forehead. I went to kiss him when he tackled me to the couch and his hands roamed my body. I moaned when he brushed his fingers under my pants and boxers.
