Chapter 11.2
Wolf.
Warriors of Kadea were sharpening their blades and the Lycans were getting little things together to make sure encase they would have to fight like humans. Everyone was becoming prepared. Wolf was in his Lycan form observing and looking around to check on everyone getting ready. Once in a while he would send messages to one of the Lycans who was staying a watchful eye to make sure everything was still there.
'Update?’
‘Nothing has changed the boy is playing in his room and seems that Kieran and Asema have gone down stairs of some sort.’
‘Thank you’
Wolf pounded his paws against the ground around one tent to observe a group of Kadea warriors, they straighten up and bowed towards him. Wolf nodded his head and they continued on getting their blades ready. The blades were just encase of attackers that Kieran may be hiding.
“Sir” One of the soldiers said,
Wolf turned around and transformed back into his human shape.
“Yes?”
“Are you leading or is your father” The warrior asked.
Wolf looked down, he haven’t even registered who would be leading, he already assumed Brock would lead the Warriors but his father hadn’t said anything. He then looked back up at the warrior. He was about to open his mouth when his father voice came behind.
“Yes, this will be his lead, as it will be training.” Atreyu replied to the warrior.
Wolf turned around giving his father a curious look..
“You sure?”
Arteyu nods, then gestures Wolf to go talk with the men.
Wolf nods and goes to search for Brock, and finds him with warriors speaking about tactics.
“Brock,” Wolf announces.
Brock gives his attention, and looks content but there was worry in his eyes.
“My father is giving me lead, confirming it actually.”
Brock studies Wolf for a moment, leaving Wolf to feel a bit out of place but stays normal not showing his uncomfortable feeling.
“So, you know what to do on your side?” Brock asked, getting a recognition.
Wolf nods, “We go in first, while your men stay by the force field encase Kieran breaks free.”
Brocks smiles in approval, “He must face justice even if his parents are not happy with it.”
Wolf nods his head in agreement. Turns and he looks up to seeing the sky almost completely darken and the stars twinkling between the tree branches.
Now was the time to prepare. He searched for something to stand on and found a few boxes and climbed up on them and took a breathier. They needed to do this right or they would all pay for the price.
“Men!” He started, his words echoes throughout the tree catching everyone attention, “Tonight we have a task at hand, something that is particular to a high ranking Mentor. As well a possible future mate to me as in your future alpha’s wife, lets stick to our plan and keep each other safe” Wolf roared, and quickly transformed with other lycans to follow.
He began a slow jog down the mountain and the pack followed and warriors followed.
’Sir it is time to advance.’
‘Okay, we are already coming.’
They were quiet amongst the forest as there were no branches breaking, just a slight thunderous echo throughout the forest floor. Sounded more natural than abnormal.
They soon arrived where the barrier was and the Lycans went in first with Wolf leading them. The warrior did what they planned set a perimeter around the mansion encase Kieran decided to flee.
Wolf was about to lead the pack away from the barrier when he felt a surge of power break something, he looked back saw Kadea’s warrior slowly cross the barrier without fault on them. Wolf was shocked and wondering how it was even possible for this to even happen.
His mind went to Asema, she must have weaken Kieran but it would only be for a few seconds. He bolted towards the entrance.
Asema
Junior looked at me. “Mummy? What’s wrong, why you covered in blood?” He was worried as he just stared. Pale face considering his tanned skin. I looked down at myself and I was covered in Kierans blood but now was not the time to worry. I picked up Junior and ran to the door entering the hallway and halted.
Kieran leaning on the wall holding a dagger, giving me unimpressed looked.
“Put Junior in his room” Kieran commanded.
I obeyed not knowing how horrible this was going to be.
I closed to the door though my hand was still on the knob too scared of what might happened if I turned and faced Kieran. I sighed, I needed to face Kieran who was only inches away from my face. I could feel the metal share dagger on my neck.
“Now, Asema you are going to listen carefully.” He started. I looked into his eyes and felt another surge of power and blasted him again. Leaving him only few inches away from me though I could tell at least I have done some damage to him. Because it looked like where I hit him was bleeding in the chest.
He looked at me shock, gasping for air almost couldn’t fandom what just happened.
“Where are you getting this power?” He sneered; I could see his fangs starting to become visible. As well his red eyes were starting to glow dark.
He lunged at me but I was able to avoid him, with him knocking himself to the wall. I now had nothing against my back and felt so expose. I looked for second to see where my room was, a big mistake. Kieran lunged at me again landing me flat on my back taking my breath away. I began the wheeze with Kieran crushing my body, his weight embed into me. He lifted himself relieving the pressure but had pinned down my wrist and legs.
“You don’t get it Love! You can’t escape or over power me, get that through your head.” he leaned closer to my face with his right arm leaning on my wrist and with his left tracing the sharp dagger along my cheek lightly. “You belong to me, you are MINE, you are my powerful immortal.” He slithered the words with a smile.
Pressing the dagger harder against my skin making me wince at the pain as I could feel the cool sharp stab of the dagger.
“You will never rid of me, as I am always there” Kieran whisper than planted his hard piercing kiss against my lips.
I whimpered laying there, this was it. This was my life. Till I heard a Lycan growl and Kieran was off me, in the air and I heard him land on the ground a few meters away from me. I looked up and saw a face that made me gave hope again.
Green golden eyes, filled with worry and rage. Wolf was here.
I looked to where Kieran landed and he was surrounded by pack of Lycan. I smiled and everything went black.
