Three Alphas for the Alpha Princess

Chapter 4

Chapter 4

Third person POV

“Alpha prince Brandon, your attention is needed by the pack elders.”

All the guard got in response was the sound of Brandon cracking his knuckles, followed by a groan escaping his lips.

Taking his silence as a cue, the guard sent a final bow his way and rushed out of the room, Brandon rising to his feet the moment he was alone.

Amongst the numerous perks that came with being the Alpha prince, the spontaneity of appointments had to be his least favorite. Especially during moments he was already preoccupied with things. Things like, his thoughts for example.

Taking a break from cracking his knuckles, he massaged his temples, another groan threatening to escape his lips. It was only expected though as: his mind was no different from a whirlpool, a thousand thoughts flooding it with one standing out his mate.

It was useless to try to get her off his mind as she had decided to visit once and never leave. Not even for a slight second and for heavens sake, it had only being a couple of days since they first mate.

The magnetic pull he felt towards her, the undeniable and unexplainable emotions that overwhelmed him, the desire he just had to give into it all felt like it just happened moments ago. But most especially, the viridity in her eyes.

She seemed unfamiliar with the whole scenario. Utterly clueless about the concept of the mate bond and emotions that consumed her giving her no choice but to surrender to it. And that only proved one guess right- she had just clocked twenty–one and as a result, was definitely just beginning to grasp the signifance of their connection

The groan finally escaped his lips as fresh memories rushed towards him, this time clearer than ever. He could suddenly see an image of her like she was right in front of him. Her auburn hair and bright hazel eyes as she desperately stared at him. Her fair skin and long eyelashes as her eyes fluttered and called out his name. Her delicate body as she moved and slowly allowed their skin get in contact.

The memories that assaulted him without his permission left him with only one choice. He was going to have to find her.

Without a second thought, he snapped his fingers and spun around. Catching a glimpse of himself in the mirror, he nodded at his image and grabbed his jacket, immediately heading to his office door to step out of his room and the pack mansion in no time.

Luckily for him, his brothers were out of sight as he strode out of the mansion, heading towards the bar closest to him. It was a familiar spot for most of the werewolves around and as a result, word travelled fast in it. It was the perfect spot for gossip and hot pack topics- discussions he normally wouldn’t have found intriguing if he wasn’t suddenly in a tight spot.

The second he jet foot into the bar, every single person around could sense the change in the aura. Eyes turned in his direction, whispers increased and the shift in the energy was palpable.

“Prince Brandon!”

A high pitched voice pierced the air, finally birthing a significant change in the atmosphere. With a light hiss, Brandon raised his head to meet no one but Vivian walking up towards him, her signature smile on her face

Vivian Rowling. The infamous Vivian Rowling. Friends with his younger brother Kayden and as a result, always found her way to lurk around him whether he wanted it or nOL

It had to be her specialty as she was always seen around the top ranking wolves in the pack. She was friendly to a fault but deep down, Brandon could always tell that friendliness masked millions of emotions.

“What are you doing here, Brandon?” She asked him, linking arms with him as she led the way to an empty table. “It’s unlike you to be here so brightly in the afternoon. Are you here for me?”

Save your corny jokes for Kayden,” he replied her easily, shifting his gaze from her to scan the room for the owner of the bar. “Is Jack around?”

“Jack!” She blinked at Brandon. “Why are you asking about him! I thought you were going to ask about your brother instead.”

That was one of the numerous things about her. She was easily predictable, Brandon already knowing she was going to get a way to wiggle Kayden

into the conversation.

“Is he around then?” He asked. “Are they both around?”

“Kayden isn’t,” she shook her head, a contented smirk settling on Brandon’s face. One of his goals had been achieved- to stylishly confirm his immediate younger brother’s presence. “But Jack is. He is behind the counter.

“Great,” he immediately rose to his feet. She had served her purpose and what was next was finding Jack and pouring out his questions to him.

  1. n. I need to see him.”

“Excuse me then.

“But Brandon you just got here. Won’t you spend some

more time.”

Ignoring her dramatic wails, he rose to his feet and immediately began walking towards the counter with the hope to meet Jack.

He met him right behind the counter, Jack ready to answer any questions he wanted to throw at him.

“Tim searching for someone,” Brandon went straight to the point. “And before you ask. I do not think she’s from around here”

Jack took a swig of his beer and nodded. “For you the Alpha prince to be looking for someone, she must indeed, not be from here. Tell me about her? Any particular features you have in mind?”

“A white wolf,” Brandon clicked his tongue. “Auburn hair, hazel eyes-”

“You don’t have to go further,” Jack interrupted him. “She’s definitely not from here.”

He eyed his suspiciously, watching him visibly rack his brain. Running a bar like that, Brandon knew he could trust him. He was smart and didn’t need to be warned every thing they talked about came to life and died between them.

“Allow me take a guess,” Jack continued. “She’s a from the Blue moon pack.”

“The blue moon pack?”

“Also, those features sound awfully familiar,” he nodded. “Reminds me of a pack I once came across. What was the name? Van? San- ah yes, the Lancaster!”

“The Lancasters?” Brandon furrowed his brows. “Of the Blue moon pack?”

“Yes,” Jack sounded more confident than ever. “They are-

He raised a finger to stop him, content with the information he had gotten already. He knew every single corner of the city like the back of his hand so it was only going to take a few hours or at most, days, for him to not only find the pack but also the family.

And needless to say, his mate foo.
