Kade and I didn’t speak for the rest of the trip. The second I got back from the trip I went to Athena’s office. I needed to communicate with my mom. There was no way she would abandon me here. I found Headmistress Athena sat at her desk with her head buried in a stack of papers. I guess it took a lot to run an institute like McGregor Academy.
