Galactic: The Superhuman Robot

Chapter 18: The Mission

At 2:00 a AM the next day Galactic and the other superhumans check their GPS equipment, strap on their backpacks and ammunition and take off for North Korea. They arrive at the prison at 10:00 AM American time. They go the reception desk. Ten guards are working behind the desk.

Galactic: “Excuse me. We’ve come to see the American prisoners.”

Guard: “Who are you?”

Galactic: “We’re relatives and friends. We’ve come a long way to see them.”

Guard: “No visitors allowed.”

Galactic: “That’s what you say. I say otherwise.”

The superhumans aim their guns at the guards, tie them up and break into the area where the prisoners are being held. Galactic asks a prisoner, “Where are the American prisoners?”

The prisoner doesn’t understand English. The superhumans break the door to his cell and every other cell until they find the Americans There’s chaos. Prisoners are screaming with joy while they run out of the prison.

Finally, they find the Americans and explain who they are.

Galactic: “We’re taking you to the Seoul Airport and flying you home. Other FBI agents are on a plane waiting for you. We’re superhumans and we’ll take flight as soon as we get outside. Please put these on.”

The four men are shocked.

First prisoner: “What do you mean you’ll fly us to the airport?”

Second superhuman: “We can fly.”

Third prisoner: “I don’t believe this. Am I dreaming?”

Galactic: “No, you’re not dreaming. We have amazing capabilities. That’s why we were chosen for this assignment.”

Fourth prisoner: “This is our lucky day. Let’s get out of this dump.”

Galactic: “We have to go now. Hurry up and put these on. This gear will keep you safe.”

Galactic hands out protective gear. Once outside the superhumans strap the Americans to them and take off.

In no time at all, they get to the airport and then on to the plane. The Agents are waiting for them and welcome them.

FBI Agent: “Are you guys okay? Does anyone need medical attention.”

First American: “I do and so does Jim.”

All of them are examined by the medical team. The exam reveals that they’re all malnourished and have infections. Two had recently been beaten by guards. One has wounds on his abdomen and the other’s leg is bruised. They’re all treated with antibiotics and given multiple vitamins and asked to rest on cots provided for them.

FBI Agent: “Luckily, you’re in pretty good shape. You need to take it easy for a few weeks. I’m sure you’re hungry, why don’t you have some food now?”

Second American: “We’re literally starving. They fed us once a day, and the food wasn’t nutritious.”

FBI Agent: “We’ve prepared food which is mostly lean protein and vegetables. We also have drinks which contain calcium and vitamins.”

Third American: “We can’t thank you enough. When will we get to see our families?”

FBI Agent: “They’ll be waiting for you at the airport in Washington, D.C. Do you have any other questions?”

Fourth American: “Who are these superhumans that saved us?”

The FBI agent introduces them.

Third American: “How did you come to be superhumans?”

First superhuman: “It’s a long story. Someday we’ll tell you. Just relax now and enjoy the flight.”

Third American: “We’ll do that and thanks for saving us.”

Galactic: “It was our pleasure. Our goal is to help mankind.” The freed prisoners have lunch and then rest on their cots. They sleep during the entire flight.
