After dinner, Bernice sat next to Haiden and asked, "Stony, have you contacted the girl I introduced to you?"

Haiden shook his head and answered, "No! I've been quite busy lately."

"I'll ask your uncles to help you. Find some time to meet with girls. Have a look at those girls!" Bernice said. She then took out her presbyopic glasses and opened her phone to show him hundreds of photos of socialites.

Haiden was speechless.

After chatting with Bernice for a while, it was evening. He came out of the Alberton's and went to the company.

Haiden smiled and said, "Oh! Forget it! It's over now! If you want to have a drink with me, I'm free all the time."

"No date tonight?" Bruno asked.

"Alright! I'll keep an eye out for that," Bruno said. He then told Haiden an address and said, "I'll wait for you there."

Haiden entered a private room only to find that Valery was also there.

The weird thing was that Andrew was not there.

"Have a seat!" Bruno said. Speaking of the missing goods, he first thanked Haiden for not making a fuss and even finding the goods. Bruno had three glasses of wine as he kept talking to them. Valery and Haiden tried to stop him from drinking more wine, but neither could make it.

Bruno was a straightforward person. He drank six glasses of wine in a row and praised Haiden for being so mature at such a young age. Unlike his lazy son, who knew nothing but flirting with girls. Haiden secretly glimpsed at Valery.

Valery was expressionless.

After they had several rounds of drinks, Andrew finally came to join them.

Haiden didn't expect that Andrew would come at last. Bruno had already asked Andrew to come earlier, but Andrew was late by more than half an hour. Nobody knew what he was doing during that period. Andrew said, "I'll take three glasses of wine as punishment." As he spoke, he was about to drink.

Valery immediately stood up, stopped him, and said, "Stop! Don't drink alcohol when your stomach is empty!"

Andrew looked at her unhappily and said, "Go away! I don't need you to remind me!"

Valery shut her mouth and sat down without saying a word.

Haiden looked at Andrew.

Andrew looked at him with a smile and said, "Haiden! My good brother! From now on, we are brothers. I'm sorry for my ignorant attitude before, but I didn't make any big trouble for you, did I? Haiden! Accept my toast if you think I'm a nice person!"

Haiden clinked glasses with him.

After putting down his glass, Haiden stood up and said, "Andrew! Come out for a while!"

Andrew winked at Bruno and said, "Did you see that? Haiden likes me and wants to talk to me alone."

"Do you know that Valery likes you?" Haiden asked as he turned to look at Andrew.

"It looks like you already knew that. Why do you always embarrass Valery?" Haiden asked. Haiden could tell from Andrew's expression that Andrew had already known Valery's feelings for him, but Haiden did not understand why he kept embarrassing her.

"Well, I didn't force her to like me," Andrew said. He exhaled a billow of white smoke, stared at Haiden, and asked, "No way! Did you ask me out to tell me that she liked me?"

Haiden turned to face him and asked, "Valery is a capable woman. I want her to be my assistant. Do you agree?"

Andrew looked at him with a severe look.

After a long time, Andrew suddenly laughed and said, "Is that all you want? Of course! Anyway, she could not help much with my work. She mainly deals with my personal affairs." Haiden didn't say anything else. Before entering the private room, he patted Andrew on the shoulder and said, "I hope you will never regret it!" Andrew snuffed out the cigarette and suddenly laughed as if he had heard a joke. "What? That's impossible in my entire life!" Andrew said.
