Grystal’s P.O.V.
I felt that my whole b*dy was crushed badly and I groaned in pain. Every inch of my b*dy was screaming in pain right now. I tried to open my eyes but my lids.
were so heavy to open. It felt that something heavy was kept on them. What exactly was wrong with me? “Luna,” I called Luna in a hoarse voice. I waited for her reply, but didn’t get any response.
I had no energy left in my b*dy. But I wanted to know what happened to me. “Luna,” I called her again in the same voice with a hint of tiredness this time. I panicked when I didn’t get a response again. What was wrong with her? I was now panicking, and tried hard to open my eyes. To my horror, I couldn’t open my eyes. What was happening to me? I immediately tried to mind link Theo and Thunder but my fear increased tenfold when I couldn’t mind link them too.
“Luna…. What is happening to us?” I screamed in horror this time. There was pin drop silence all around me. I wanted to raise my hands but there was no strength in them. I felt that I was caged somewhere in a dark place. What was this place? I looked around while trying to see anything through the darkness but I couldn’t see a thing. I wanted to scream for help, but didn’t know if anyone would listen to me.
My closed my eyes again and recalled my last memories. We were fighting with vampires and those hybrids. I was in the back of my mind as Luna was in control. Suddenly something wounded us, and then everything went black in front of my eyes. Did I die? Did I really die? I started crying in agony. How could I die so young? I was worried about Theo and Thunder. Were they alright? Would we manage to win that battle?
There were so many questions in my mind right now, and I wanted their answer desperately. Suddenly I opened my eyes again, and thought about something. The same thing happened with me when Luna surfaced for the first time. I suddenly blacked out and didn’t remember what I or Luna did after that. I was at the back of my mind when I blacked out this time. Didn’t this mean that I was still at the back of my mind?
I wanted to take a breath in relief but I was still not sure. If I am still at the back of my mind, it meant that something bad happened to Luna. She would take all the blows and injuries upon herself to keep me safe. I was sure now that it was the case this time too. She made me lost my consciousness so that I couldn’t feel the pain of wounds inflected on our b*dy. She endured everything to keep me safe.

I was trapped inside my own b*dy now. All I could do now was to wait for Luna to wake up.
Theo’s POV
“For how long will she be in this state?” I asked Albert in a worried tone while. looking at Crystal’s sleeping face. It had been already four days, and she was still unconscious. The serum managed to save her, but she was still unconscious. “Her vitals are normal, and all her wounds are already healed up, Alpha Theo. It is now a matter of time that she will wake up at any time,” he comforted me, but I scoffed bitterly.
He was saying the same thing over and over for the past three days. “I told you that it’s her wolf who is still in command, and due to the vampire serum, she went into a deep sleep. I am not sure, but I could say that Crystal has already awake inside but she couldn’t surface because of Luna’s resistance in her sleep. Luna has to give control back to Crystal,” he continued and I craned my n*eck towards him in confusion.

“You mean to say that Crystal is now woken up, and she is now trapped inside her own b*dy?” I asked him in a confused tone, and he looked at me sympathetically. “Unfortunately, my answer is yes, Alpha Theo,” he answered me in a calm tone, but I could feel his sympathy in his words. I roared aloud while looking at him angrily. He stumbled a little on his feet but didn’t show any sign of fear on his face.
“However I suggest you to try mind link Crystal. If she really woke up now, she must be confused and scared. Luna is still in deep slumber, and she couldn’t comfort Crystal right now,” he continued and I narrowed my eyes while processing what he said. “That’s right. He is right. Crystal must be scared to death by now. We must try to mind link her,” Thunder said in a hurried tone, making me groan in frustration.
Although Crystal was a strong girl, there is no doubt about what Albert said. At the back of our mind, the place was like a closed cell with now light, and sound. Crystal could hear to me, or could fell my touch, but this is not the case here. I looked back at Crystal, and tightened my grip on her fingers. “Wake up, my love… you have slept too much,” I coaxed her to wake up again in a gentle tone. I waited for her to show any movement, but I didn’t get any reaction, not even any movement of a finger.
