Alpha Code

Chapter Chapter Three

[Kin’s POV]

When I had finally gotten into the actual house, the scent of my Mate was everywhere. It was like he was engrained into the very wood. It was like my Mate had bled on the floors and no one had bothered to clean it up. I could smell from the blood that my Mate was Male and I couldn't have been any happier. However, the fact that his blood was everywhere in this Packhouse pissed me off. Only Omegas were ever treated so harshly and I would kill anyone for hurting any Omega let alone my damn Mate.

I looked at the Ironclaw Alpha with a very serious look in my eyes as my Beta came to stand next to me. “It is always nice to see you Alpha Grissa.” I said warmly as I extended my hand to him. I bow to no Were.

He smiled at me and took the offered hand, “and you as well Alpha Kin. What brings you to my Packhouse this evening?” He asked as he and his Luna showed us into the living room.

“Well, it was the oddest thing to be honest. As you can see my Pack Warriors and I were out patrolling when my Wolf smelled my Mate. He brought me here and I can still smell my Mate all through your Packhouse.” I said bluntly. I was not one for niceties with an Alpha Rouge.

Alpha Grissa looked at me shocked, “I thought we had already sent those who could possibly be your Mate.” He said in a gruff voice, his brow furrowed.

“As did I. However, I must ask Alpha Grissa, do you have any Omegas in your Pack?” I asked knowing he would have never sent an Omega. No Rouge Pack would.

His face went from a confused stare to a downright disgusted glare. “Ra’ne is the only Omega filth we have left in this prideful Pack.” He said in disgust, almost spitting the poor Wolf’s name. "The trash was not of age when you called anyway, so what difference does it make?" he growled.

‘Mate, go get him Kin.’ Julius growled in my head.

‘Shut up. I’m getting there.’ I growled back, getting him to huff and fade back into my mind.

With Julius quiet again I could concentrate on the problem at hand again. Thankfully no one noticed me zoning out to argue with my Wolf. Well, except my Beta who notices everything when it comes to me but that’s because he has nothing better to do with his damn day.

Callum shot me a wink as I rolled my eyes at him before turning back to Grissa who still had yet to produce my Mate. I was getting very agitated with this Alpha and it was going to start something I had no right to start but I wanted my damn Mate.

“Alpha Grissa, may I see this Ra’ne please. I would like to confirm our bond or not.” I said watching Grissa’s movements and motions. He was a very bloodthirsty Wolf and my father had always warned me to remain very cautious around him so I kept Callum and my other Wolves close to me but not enough to seem like we were a threat.

The Luna let slip a small giggle, her face instantly flushing a slight pink with a slight embarrassment. “Please forgive me, Alpha Kin. However, you will be hard pressed to find someone willing to go get that thing from his punishment at the moment.” she said making me instantly bristle at her words.

Punishment? Oh really?

Julius came to sit at the forefront of my mind to observe what was going on and that was something to make me on edge alone. He had already been pacing and now he had become attentive again. Bad move Lady.

“I’m sorry, but what did he do?” I asked trying to stay passive but both me and Julius were struggling.

“In this house no Omega is to be seen in the house. He was seen by our son. His punishment was dealt to him accordingly.” Alpha Grissa said, puffing his chest out, trying to assert his dominance. It was his territory after all.

Normally, and, with most Alphas that would work because I was technically still in his territory. However, I was a Black Wolf and I was far stronger than he would ever be. My lineage has been built for strength and speed and for ten years I have been training my body and mind for this very moment. I bowed to no one.

The moment when I needed to save my Mate. This moment when Ra’ne would need me more than ever I would be the one to rescue him from this hell. I stood slowly, bringing myself up to my full height of 6ft 7inch (yes, I was a monster), all while keeping my olive-colored eyes on Grissa and his Luna bitch. I could feel Julius bring his Alpha anger out because he was fuming at the mistreatment of our Mate and he wanted blood.

My eyes kept flashing from olive to yellow as I spoke to Grissa “I will say this only once. Take me to Ra’ne. I will be taking him from here so you should be happy that you won’t have to deal with him any longer.” I said my voice filled with my Alpha Timbre that absolutely no one could defy.

Grissa and his bitch of a Luna looked at me very shocked before nodding their heads and leading me and my Packmates to the basement door. However, as we got closer, the smell of my Mates blood was getting thicker and thicker with each step and I was just getting even more enraged with the Alpha of the Ironclaw Pack.

I stopped and turned to the others, Julius in full control because I just couldn’t at that point. “I think it is a wise choice for you Alpha Grissa to take your bitch and leave for now. We will take our Mate and leave as promised.” Julius said seriously his eyes dead centered on the Alpha’s throat.

“I will leave, but know that Ra’ne is a worthless nothing and you will be better off rejecting him.” Grissa said before quickly snatching away his Luna and leaving my sight. Three of my Pack following them silently. I didn’t trust these bloodthirsty Wolves at my back when I was trying to get my injured Mate.
