A Mother's Love

Amora had just returned from Neverland and was watching from a distance as Lous and his kinsmen were discussing what is to become of their new found heritage. She sat down in a soft grassy spot and listened as they talked. What she was hearing delighted her for she could tell only good things could come from their discussion. She now saw in Lous a confidence and trust that was not there a short while ago. She could feel in the life force he emanated a great change to his emotional state of mind. Where there was once a hate so dark now was a light of passion for his kinsmen.

Amora heard a sound like an electric current linger in the air. As she listened it seemed to increase in volume and she looked around to find the source of the sound. As she looked to her right and slightly above her she saw a small portal open up. From her vantage point she could see into the portal and there she saw the image of James looking through. He could not see her but he had a definite view of Lous and his fellow kinsmen. Amora immediately responded with a mental surge of energy to close the portal. The energy she used was so great it caused a loud blast to erupt into the surrounding area. Lous and his kinsmen hearing the loud erupting sound took a stance of physical defense. Amora got to her feet and started running towards Lous and the other members of the group waving her hands and saying that the danger was over. Lous and the others relaxed their stance and waited for Amora to reach them. Once there Amora took Lous aside and spoke privately with him.

Whispering to Lous Amora asked “A portal was opened by James. I saw him. He must be searching for you. Have you any idea how he may have achieved opening a portal?” Lous nodded his head and replied quickly “Together we have been honing his ability to open a portal to escape. He must have stumbled upon a way to home in on my life essence.” Amora shook her head in denial and said “That’s not possible for one person to achieve. He would need three other minds to concentrate on your life essence and channel their thoughts through him. I must move you and the others to a safer location and then go to the compound and find out what is going on there. Lous responded by saying “No let me go back to the compound and I will take care of the problem.” “You cannot go back by orders of the Soavas to me. You are to stay with the others and continue learning from each other.” Amora told Lous. “Then tell me where is a safer place than this that we can go?” asked Lous. “I know of a place and I’m sure they will welcome you there. It’s on the world that James comes from. The people who live there call it Neverland.” Amora told Lous. “But if James found me here, why then couldn’t he find me there?” Lous asked. Amora smiled and said “Because they know of James and what his abilities are. They have taken precautions so he may never find them or Neverland. You see it is his brothers that live on the island, but they are not like James at all. In fact their leader, Peter, is the one that banished James to the compound. His heart and spirit are not filled with the hate that James hold in his life essence. Peter is the light where James is the darkness. When you meet Peter you will feel the goodness he holds flow from him freely.

Lous turned to his kinsman and told them what Amora had discovered and that they would have to relocate. Amora sent a mental message to Peter telling him of the portal and to ask if they would welcome Lous and his kinsmen to the island. Peter response came right away and he welcomed the opportunity to meet the red Soavas race. He also said that he would contact Mister Blue and tell him of the situation that has arose with James.

Before Amora, Lous and his kinsmen left her sanctuary she cleared the area of any life essence that lingered from the red Soavas beings. This would ensure that James, and whoever helped him open a portal to her sanctuary, would not find their way back. This was her world and she knew that there was enough hate and prejudice in it already from experience. It didn’t need any more brought to it by James. She also could feel deep down in her very being that that a storm was brewing on the horizon. She knew that she must find out what was going on in the compound and what plans James had set in motion. She knew what she must do and first and foremost was to get Lous and his kinsmen to the safety of Neverland.
