When Annabelle saw the television show, she showed her phone to Lucas. The wallpaper was a photo of Noah in a red suit, tilting his head and bowing to greet everyone. 

“Lucas. Noah is so cool, right?” 

Lucas, who was sipping wine, turned to look at the phone in her hand. It was the new year, but he was gritting his teeth so 

hard that they were about to break! 

“I’ll give you three seconds to change the wallpaper on your phone!” Lucas’s gaze moved up and landed on Annabelle’s delicate little face as he said calmly. 

Annabelle was at a loss for words for a moment. “I just think it looks good. I’m not trying to do anything!” 

Annabelle tried to fight for the wallpaper. She often changed the wallpaper on her phone. They could be new photos of Noah, photos of beautiful scenery she came across, or pretty photos of herself. 

In the past half a year, because she was pregnant, she did not play with her phone much, so she naturally did not find any good photos and did not change the wallpaper much. She saw the wallpaper she had then only when it was publically released just two days ago. 

She immediately changed her wallpaper to that photo! 

Annabelle looked at Lucas and smiled. A mischievous glint flashed across her eyes. She had no intention of cooperating at 

all. 

Lucas gripped the wine glass hard. Just as he was about to put down the wine glass, Annabelle hurriedly raised her hands in surrender. 

“I’ll change it. I’ll change it now!” Annabelle said and turned on the camera. She wrapped her arms around Lucas’s neck and pointed the camera at the two of them. With a click, she took a photo. 

“I’ll change it to this!” Annabelle let go of Lucas and was about to set the photo as a phone wallpaper. 

However, just as she was about to take the last step, the phone in her hand was snatched away. 

Annabelle looked up and saw Lucas looking at the photo on the phone with disdain. 

“It looks pretty good!” Annabelle leaned over and looked at the photo with a smile. 

Lucas turned around and gave her a sideways glance. Did she only look at herself? Did she not see how unprepared he looked? 

Lucas still remembered what Noah’s photo looked like. He was clean and handsome and clearly tidied up for the shoot. But look at the photo they just took! He was wearing ordinary home clothes, and it was not even tidy. Lucas could predict what Annabelle would think whenever she saw that photo. She would definitely compare that photo to Noah’s picture! Noal’s picture must have been edited, but the photo she just took was taken so suddenly and casually. 

Lucas deleted the photo and stuffed the phone back into Annabelle’s hand. 

“Give me a moment!” 

With that, he left. 

Annabelle was speechless. 

So was everyone else in the room. 

They waited for half an hour. When Lucas appeared, everyone was dumbfounded.

“Retake it! If you don’t do it well, I will reduce your allowance!” Lucas handed the phone to Elizabeth and said in a serious 

tone. 

Elizabeth was speechless. 

“It is New Year’s Eve. Why is he doing this?” Elizabeth cried out inwardly. 

“Why don’t we ask Benjamin to shoot for you with a camera? Isn’t Benjamin a photography enthusiast? He should be quite skilled!” Elizabeth braced herself and said. 

Lucas thought about it and felt that it was feasible. Then, he nodded elegantly. 

Elizabeth heaved a sigh of relief and ran back to the living room to tell Benjamin about it. 

Benjamin did not understand why he was suddenly dragged into it! 

Fortunately, he was indeed a little skilled in photography. After hesitating for a moment, he returned to his room and took a camera to take photos of Lucas and Annabelle.
