Chapter 150
Letta smiled widely when her husband finally complied with her wishes. Now, Letta was sitting next to Marco in a sports car, embracing him. Marco looked at her as he was about to start the car's engine, then shook his head. "Not just a little annoyed," Marco said, causing Letta to pout.
"If you're upset, why did you follow my desire? You should have just stayed in bed earlier," Letta said, making Marco sigh deeply.
"If I kept sleeping, you would have been annoyed, and maybe even angry with me," Marco replied.
"But I don't want to go for a walk with someone who is upset, it wouldn't be enjoyable," Letta said, seemingly testing her husband's patience.
"Okay, okay, fine, I'm not upset anymore. I was just slightly annoyed earlier when you woke me up teasingly, but you didn't let me touch you," Marco said, causing Letta to pull the corner of her lips.
"That's because if you touched me, it would have taken up more time, and our journey would have been delayed again," Letta said.
"Come on, we can do it quickly, maybe even here we can do it. We've never done it in the car, right?" Marco asked, lowering his glasses slightly and winking at Letta.
"No, I've never thought about it and I'll never do it either. How could we do it in a car like this? Come on, look at this car, it's only enough for 2 passengers, and where would we do it?" Letta said, examining the car.
"Come on, dear, you can sit on my lap, and we can do everything in any way," Marco said teasingly, but Letta still shook her head. Letta must not be swayed by her handsome husband's face.
"Not at all, I don't want to do it here. I want us to go directly to the place you want to show me," Letta said, making Marco sigh deeply. His charm seemed to be ineffective, Marco thought. However, Marco was slightly taken aback when Letta gently kissed his cheek.
"To make you less upset, at least this can soothe you a bit," Letta said, making Marco smile.
"Alright, thanks for the kiss. And let's start the journey, shall we, Madam?" Marco said, making Letta nod enthusiastically.
"Yes, I'm ready," Letta said, making Marco finally step on the gas pedal, speeding up the car. Their first destination was Wrigley Field, a famous baseball stadium in Chicago. Marco immediately parked his car, then tightly held Letta's hand. "Is this a stadium?" Letta asked, who didn't really know much about the place they were currently visiting.
"Yes, our first trip is to watch a baseball game. You'll definitely love it," Marco said, making Letta nod enthusiastically as she looked around. People were seen entering the stadium, and there Letta beamed when she saw individuals wearing attire that seemed to match the team they might be supporting. Some had painted their hair, some had painted their faces, which made Letta even more excited.
Marco then led Letta to sit in the Center Grandstand, with Letta continuously holding her husband's hand.
"Have you ever watched a baseball game before?" Letta asked again, making Marco nod his head.
"Yes, a few times when I had some free time," Marco said, causing Letta to refocus on the game that would start in a few minutes. Both sets of supporters were seen cheering and giving encouragement to their respective teams, prompting Letta to join in applause.
"Where did they get those balloons?" Letta asked again, making Marco look around.
"Do you want one too?" Marco asked, to which Letta nodded.

"Alright, then wait a moment, I'll get them for you," Marco said, making Letta finally gaze at her husband's back as he seemed to be searching for something for her to hold. After a short while, Marco returned with two balloons of different colors, representing both teams currently playing.
"To be fair, we'll support both," Marco said, seeming to understand the meaning behind Letta's gaze fixed on her balloon.
"What about you? Don't you want one for yourself?" Letta asked.
"I just need to watch, I don't need to have balloons like that," Marco replied. After that, he sat back leisurely, folding his hands, allowing Letta to predict Marco's style while watching the game. They then refocused on the game in front of them. Letta sometimes cheered for one side and sometimes for the other, making Marco occasionally look up at his wife, who seemed completely immersed in the surrounding cheers.
Letta seemed to be giving it her all, her voice, her expressions, which were now clearly evident on her face, making Marco smile as Letta looked at him with her wide smile.
"Are you happy?" Marco asked, making Letta nod.
"Of course, you should at least clap your hands too, or maybe even shout along. It will make us feel relieved," Letta said, making Marco just smile.
"No need, besides, there are already many people shouting, so I don't need to join in like them," Marco said casually, making Letta sigh.
"They are them, this is different. I want to hear you shout and join in supporting them. Come on, what's the point of coming to this stand to watch baseball live if you just sit there like you're watching a television? Even people watching television sometimes get excited," Letta said, making Marco just shrug as if it wasn't his style.
"Come on, just shout once or clap your hands, or maybe you want to stand up and clap these balloons," Letta said, making Marco shake his head.
"Fine, I'll just clap," Marco said.
"With one shout, okay?" Letta bargained, making Marco shake his head again.
"Come on, just one shout. No one will see you and pay attention to you, thinking you're weird. Look at them, even shouting in a language I don't know," Letta said again, making Marco finally let out a long sigh before joining in applause. After that, he let out a hearty shout, making Letta smile widely.
"Are you satisfied, darling?" Marco asked, making Letta nod.
"Yes, and it seems I'll make a few more requests until we end our day trip," Letta said, making Marco look at her with raised eyebrows.
"Yes, I can already guess. Just don't ask for anything strange," Marco said, making Letta squint at him.
"What kind of strange things? Not strange in your language, and my language is different, and maybe if I ask you to taste dessert, that would be a strange request for you," Letta said, making Marco nod. Of course, that was something strange that he usually never did.
"Although it's a common thing that people usually eat. Maybe if I ask you to say 'I love you' in front of many people, you would also consider that strange, well, that is if you dare," Letta said, making Marco just look at her with a flat gaze. "Well, I'm not that brave. Besides, what's the point of saying that I love you in front of many people? The most important thing is myself, not that I really love you," Marco said.
"But some people prove their sincerity by testing their courage. Well, maybe you're not one of them, so don't force it," Letta said, then refocused on the field. Meanwhile, Marco just looked at Letta's face with raised eyebrows.
