Justin's parents looked very hideous.

However, Sophia wasn't so soft. After taking a few deep breaths, she faced Francine with the same fake smile.

"Don't worry. I'll take Adie and Abby back home. Since Ren is marrying Justin, my family will treat the kids as ours. We'll be their grandparents. In a few years, my son and Ren will have more kids to be their siblings. Then, we'll be one family!"

"What? Do you want to take the kids back home?" Fury instantly gripped Francine. She ignored all decency and demanded fiercely, "What do you want to do to my grandkids? They're still young! How could you target them?"

"You must be mistaken. Ren is going to be a part of my family, so naturally, her kids are going to come with her. I'm sure there isn't anything wrong with that." Sophia snorted. "You're their biological grandparents, but what have you done for them? You guys didn't do a good job of educating your son. If not, they wouldn't face such a complicated situation."

"You don't know anything about their situation! stop making assumptions!" Francine yelled.

Francine was never defeated while arguing with others, but her son did make a mistake. She wasn't that confident, and all she could do was bark around helplessly.

However, Sophia acted like a general who was never defeated and kept talking smugly.

"But I must thank you for failing to teach your son well. Your son didn't know how to cherish people, so mine got the chance to fall in love with Ren. In short, it's written in the stars!"

"Well said!" Leia stood among the crowd and inevitably praised Sophia softly after listening to the latter. She nearly applauded Sophia.

All the guests felt that the Baldwin family was generous and sensible. They were sincere toward Renee, who was Justin's future wife.

Alexander and Francine felt dejected and ashamed, but they had long anticipated such a scene since they chose to attend the ceremony that day.

In comparison to Francine, Alexander was steadier and more solemn, and simply warned Justin's parents. "I don't know what you're going to do to my ex-daughter-in-law, but I need to remind you about one thing. If you target Ren or my grandkids, your whole family will be doomed."

Although the Hunt family was not lucky enough to keep Renee, Alexander had long regarded her as a part of his family. He acted like he was Renee's family member.

"Alexander, stop wasting time with them! I think they're bad guys plotting something!" Francine was too furious to hold herself back.

She ignored her status as a noble lady and grabbed Sophia's shoulders, then shook the latter hard.

"Tell me where my grandkids are!" she shrieked. "I'm going to take them with me now!"

"What are you doing? There are so many people watching! This is embarrassing! Let go of me!"

Sophia didn't expect that Francine, one of the Four Princesses of Beach City, would resort to such a disgraceful act. She tried to break free of Francine's grasp.

"You're full of schemes! You want to target my daughter-in-law and grandkids! Nothing is embarrassing about me -you're embarrassing instead!" Francine continued to scream.
