Chapter The Fall Of Empires
‘Discounting’ such things means not taking them really really seriously indeed.
And they are very serious things.
Rather than worry about endless occult and often quite peculiar conspiracy theories aimed at public figures in order to undermine the legitimate causes of their power by resorting to Reptilian Alien explanations for example -, anyone concerned about very seriously risky and hazardous events – should actually just get the hell out of the major urban centres both of the West as well as of the East Coasts of the United States; and they should do that yesterday!
Mind your own business and get the hell out. It doesn’t take resorting to Draco Reptilians to realise that over eighty thousand informal dwellings, as in literally homeless people living in the streets – is an extremely bad idea and underscores that governments and the judiciary and politicians have totally lost their minds.
Human history is littered with moments at which previously otherwise shining beacons of civilisation – lost their minds: the history of donkeys going to the Roman Senate just before the final Fall of the Empire, is a banner example, but there are many of them.
None of these things are on account of ‘Alien Reptilians!’ They are on account of that human beings are prone to stupidity, militant stubbornness, and bouts of absolute lunacy while self-declaring how wise they are...
You will never find a public accountant or a senior academic admit they are actually quite insane and have been leading and driving human life and economic lifestyles into the ditch of history, permanently into the ditch - because they are ego-centric, narcissistic and crazy.
Instead they will talk long and hard about responsibility and the ‘rules-based system.’
This brings me back to the moment at hand, and to the somewhat religious, maybe I should simply say ‘Cosmic metaphysical’ dimension, of the reality of actual advanced non-Earth originating intelligent human-like beings.
There are two kinds of ‘God’ thing – one is the dynamic living sensible (meaning able to be observed) intelligent being, and the other, is the permanent truth ‘structural elements:’ mathematical truths, geometrical truths, aesthetic and harmonic truths all of which things are also apprehensible to to the intelligent mind.
Some group of beings, who can travel across light years with some proficiency, is a ‘God level’ thing.
But they will never, ever be doing ‘rules-based’ stuff. They will be doing absolute truth-based decisions aka colloquially - ‘stuff.’ That is because they have to conform to actual Cosmic physics and not some lunatic very historically temporary phase, and self-involved made-up set of, or sets of, ‘rules.’
So now we are going to deal with the matter of inexplicable prescience.
And that simply means you can’t explain it. ‘Science’ in the hands of the standard mainstream academician cannot explain it. Governments cannot explain it, politicians cannot explain it, doctors cannot explain and lawyers cannot sue for damages over it.
The standard, run-of-the-mill priests cannot accept it.
But what I am going to tell you now is going to come to pass. Period.
...So out of the corner of my eye I was aware the Xans were coming out their, whatever they were in, trance state or whatever you want to call it, and were gathering around in a half-circle, at the table where the leader guy was showing me the bottle of wine.
Someone that I hadn’t noticed, had placed a square wooden strutted structure about a foot across with a smaller inner circular part fitted at the top that had velvet lining on it.
Leader guy had been showing me the tall slender bottle, but now he reached with both hands underneath the table and drew up another bottle, a much older-looking thing, which wasn’t a ‘bottle’ at all but an old wine amphora made from an ancient type of glass. It looked very beautiful, and had gold adornments on and around it. It was about two foot tall and maybe six inches wide at its widest point. The glass was milky white and opaque.
“And now do you know what this is?”
“I do not.”
“This is the Falernian. And not just any Falernian, but the Falernian from the vineyard of Faustus, the son of the Roman dictator Sulla. It is the Faustian Falernian. The most famous wine of all antiquity and indeed the most famous wine of all time.”
The innate, natural, immediate internal response of any normal person to this kind of thing is: ’Why me? Why am I supposed to be the one to experience anything like this? Did I do anything, think anything particular, have any kind of rare outlook that would enable such a thing to be happening at all – to me?”
And this in spite of a great deal of knowledge and inclusion into ‘encounters’ whether it be of the sort the participants of Monroe Institute programs were said to have, or whether privy to pretty high-level and secret work of clandestine government agencies because you had parents and relatives in the Eastman-Kodak ‘Hawkeye’ Centre or even at places much more ‘top secret’ still than that...
Leader man continued speaking: “Up in this place, which is secluded from the world below, it is possible to realise that virtually no one down there is focusing on the primacy of life as it is – as it is actually lived and experienced every moment.
“Something is always going to happen – next, or later on at some given time. And then things will be better.
“But things will not be better until the human race learns to appreciate good things that exist as they already are.
“And on the whole, it never will.
“That is why we will not make ourselves obvious here. The human species is tainted by a critical flaw which cannot be overcome naturally.
“Yes we can stop nuclear disaster. No we might not either though. What would be the point of you let’s say, giving this artefact -” He pointed to the wine amphora. “Leaving it here with a personal note attached - to the next occupant of this very private, secured suite, who happens to be a senior intelligence official masquerading as the consular advisor with specific oversight of the AUKUS pact? Would he even understand the significance, the point of it? Likely not.
“So, let us stop playing games you and I. Let us ourselves just open these two bottles and see what their contents are like. And then from there consider who should be the beneficiaries of such goodness salvaged from this disastrous civilisation.”
We are a ‘disastrous civilisation’ I thus learned, to them!
There is no easy way to describe what I experienced next – the contents of the opaque ancient glass amphora – being poured two-handed, into my glass extended out by my own uncertain hands.
It was strong. It was also light and subtle and minerally. There was a scent of all kinds of soft unberry-like fruits: maybe white peach, apricots... Floral scents of osmanthus and jasmine. And something Oriental and identifiably Chinese like star anise and the burning skin of roast pork. ...Literally had this not at all unpleasant hint of an aroma of charred spice pork.
There were many great and good and lovely wines in the world but this stood apart from them all, way out on its own – by flavour and scent, by taste and by this certain strangeness, this sensation of cold and burnt out remnant ashes, the ashes of a decadent humanity destroyed and of everything banal gone with it. It did not uplift on its own, by any intrinsic capacity like a drug to do so, but by a distinct calling out to the imbiber, to leave wherever they were or had been, and come to another place, a different place, and to emerge as though out of a cocoon state into a green living world of lushly dark green foliage and vines and moist oxygen-rich air. And animals and insects and plants and orchid blooms and sounds and life reclaiming its domain from the dead world of humans.
The passing world of the human race.
Nation against nation, wars and rumours of wars, floods, earthquakes, fire from the sky...
Cynically, great wars and times of major destabilisation present enormous financial opportunities. And they regularly – wait, let me look back through history – correction, they always occur against a background of seeming economic strength and banking health, particularly.
