Chapter 111 - The Prisoners
As the orcs surrounded Neena, Neena looked around, she chuckles. "Even a thousand orcs can't kill me." She was still holding Isle firmly under her grip as Isle struggles to free himself.
Anther orc named Friar walked out from a thousand orcs that have surrounded Neena and then spoke with boldness. "You will unhand my Lord."
Friar is the son-in-law of Isle. He's the one that led the capture of Zaxson village before John and Bonnie interfered. He was dressed in a raven cloak just as Isle and around his waist was a steel blade.
"Is someone willing to take me to the one you have captured? If not, I will snap Isle's neck."
"Release him from your grip and I will bring the mortal to you."
Friar knows no witch threatens in vain. He didn't want his father-in-law to die at the hands of witch Neena. He volunteered against Isle's wish to take Neena to John.
Isle was signaling him not to do that but he ignored and pleaded with Neena to release Isle from her grip.
Neena released Isle and let him slump to the ground. "What are you waiting for, take me to him?"
The orcs on Friar's order began to make way for him and Neena to pass. Isle picked himself to his feet. He wasn't happy but there's nothing he could do about it. He just dismissed the incident and ordered the orcs to return to their duties. "Bring out the male prisoner," Friar ordered one of the orcs keeping watch near the entrance of the dungeon.
After a few minutes, the orc was seen leading John out of the dungeon. Without delay, Neena ran towards him and threw her arms around him. "Are you hurt?" she asked.
"I am fine. Why are you here?"
"I was wondering why you let the orcs capture you."
"I did it to save Bonnie, you have nothing to worry about."
"Bonnie?" Neena yelled. "Why are you so much attached to that vampire?"
"You haven't answered my questions, why are you here, Neena?"
"I came to save you since you didn't want to fight back."
"That's so kind of you. Perhaps you could also save Bonnie. She's here too."
"I'm not here to save your whore of a vampire but you. We have an unfinished task."
"She's not a whore and the next time you call her that, I will rip at your heart and see if that kills you."
"My concern is not for the vampire but you. We have to go now."
"I'm not leaving without Bonnie. So if you made any deal with the orcs to release me to you, you have to make another deal, because Bonnie won't be left out." "Seems like you have forgotten what lies ahead of you."
"I don't care, just let the orcs release her."
"Then fight back all by yourself." Neena glares at John and continued, "Oh I see why you don't want to fight back. You don't want her to end up in the crossfire."
"I see you have nothing to offer."
John turned to leave and then asked the orc to take him back to his dungeon where Bonnie is. He's willing not to leave without Bonnie. If Neena has something to offer, she must include Bonnie. "Perhaps I was wrong in choosing you and bringing your filthy, stinky arse to No Man's Land. For the very first time, my instinct has failed me."

'What the hell is she talking about?' He turned and started walking back towards Neena. Is Neena trying to say she has a hand in bringing John to No Man's Land? What the hell is going on?
"You heard me right. I was wrong in choosing and bringing you here thinking you are the best young mortal to help us win this war. I was wrong. I swear by my name, during the full moon, you will lose all the powers I have placed in you and you will not live to return to your world."
Due to the war between the warlocks and the gods, Neena traveled beyond worlds looking for a mortal that could help them win the war after a prophecy carved itself on 'the witches' rock of the spirits.' The inscribed prophecy that mysterious carved itself to the rock says: 'Only a male mortal from the world beyond could bring victory to the warlocks.'
Although nobody's name was mentioned in the prophecy. Neena personally picked interest in John after observing him for years. Literally, she fell in love with him while jumping worlds looking for a mortal that would help bring them victory. She chose John because he was a man of peace. She thought in her heart, 'He's a man of peace and will bring peace Strange Land.' She has witnessed John walk away from people when they haul insults at him on the streets. The one that caught her attention and made her observe John the more was how John stopped a fight during their board meeting. Unaware to John, she's has been right there in the dark watching every move he made. For this reason, she concluded in her heart, 'he's a man of peace.'
John stretched his hand to grab Neena but she vanished into the thin air. He fell to his knees and let out a loud cry. "No!"
Friar and the other warlock approach to seize John and have him return to his dungeon. As Friar grabbed John by his shoulder, John's eyes turned blue with flashes of lightning covering his entire body. He was enraged and lets out his anger on Friar by hitting him with a thunderbolt.
The other orc unsheathed his sword and with a loud cry, he charged towards John to slew him. Before he could get to John, John blasted him too with a thunderbolt.
He then stretched out his hand for his wand. Immediately his wand appeared in his hand he used it to blast open the entrance iron gate that leads to the dungeon. "Screw y'all!" he said walking into the dungeon enraged.
