Chapter 107 - Dreadful
"Lord Isle!" yelled the commander of the orcs' army as he walks out from the bunker behind the log cabin. While Isle was talking with John, the commander of his army walked into the bunker to check on the five orcs that were sent to capture John and Bonnie. But to the greatest surprise of the commander, they have been killed.
He paces up and stood before Isle, "Lord, they have been killed, including your son. His blood was drained and they are a bite mike on his chest."
On hearing this Isle was enraged. His son was the one wearing a crown of a human skull and an amulet of gold and precious stone. His blood was drained by Bonnie. With his blade still in his hands, Isle turned towards Bonnie. He pointed the blade at her, "You killed him!"
"I have had enough of this," said John as he blasted the commander with a thunderbolt as he did with the other four orcs.
Before Bonnie could stand up to herself, Isle seized her and held her by the neck. He quickly reaches out for a wooden stake strap around his wrist and held the stake to Bonnie's chest. "One more step and the stake goes into her heart," Isle threatened with his eyes fixed on John.
John's eyes at this time are glowing blue with flashes of lightning all over him. He is ready to fight back but he doesn't want to put Bonnie at risk. "Let her go and all this will be over."
"This is not how it will work!" roared Isle. He fastened his grip as though he wants to strangle her. "Turn off your powers or she dies." The wooden stake was still placed on Bonnie's chest waiting to be buried into her heart. Isle's grip on her is fastened that she began gasping for air even though losing air can't kill a vampire.
John couldn't help but do the bidding of the orcs' chief whose son Bonnie killed. "Fine let her go now." John turned off his powers and slightly raised his hands.
Seeing that John has obliged, Isle puts up a fake smile, "You two are coming with us to the orcs' village and she will ride with me on my horseback."
The orcs' village is located in the Northern part of 'No Man's Land' and it has the largest amount of land to be compared to other villages in 'No Man's Land.' The orcs' village is surrounded by the highest mountain and has a river that connects to their village from Maxis.
"This is not what we agreed on."
"There was no agreement. If you want to see her live till the next day, you will do as I have said."
"Fine, we will come with you to wherever you want but she will ride with me."
John hasn't forgotten Neena is still waiting for her to rescue the warlocks but right now, the person on his mind to rescue is Bonnie. He was told by Bonnie after they send the orcs out from Zaxson village that 'the orcs don't bluff when they make a threat.'
"If you two must ride together, it will be on a steel cage ox cart." Isle turned to his army that was still waving flaming torches and ordered them to bring the ox cart.
They wanted the blood of Bonnie and John to be spilled on the spot but since their Lord Isle has made other plans, they have no choice but to follow. Immediately, one of the orcs pulled in with the steel cage ox cart. "Open the cart," Isle ordered.

Immediately the cart was opened, Isle released Bonnie from his grip and pushed her into the cart, and ordered John in too. After John has walked in on his own, Isle slammed shut the iron door of the cart. He brought his face close to the cart and whispered to John, "If you two attempt any move, my orcs will not hesitate but to pin your companion with arrows made from a fig tree."
Isle then turned and walked back to his horse. The rest of the orcs cheered as they all mounted on their horseback. They were at first not pleased that John and Bonnie's blood were not spilled at the spot but their excitement was that they will take their time in the orcs' village to kill the two in a slow and painful way.
The dead orcs were placed on the back of their horse as they all ride back to the orcs' village with Isle leading with his horse.
"We shouldn't have surrendered," Bonnie said to John as she leans her back.
"We can put an end to the bullying of the orcs once and for all by killing them all in their village," John whispered.
"And you think we can succeed with this plan?"
"It's worth trying. Embrace yourself for the battle ahead."
...Zeus' Palace...
News was brought to Zeus that Eris has been killed by the mortal from the world beyond.Ares was there when this news was brought to Zeus. Ares was enraged and tore his robe and then started hauling curses on John. "I swear with my immortality that this mortal will never go unpunished," Ares vowed.
"Lord Zeus, Eris was not the only one killed by this mortal."
On hearing this, Zeus' curiosity can't be ignored as he rose from his throne and stared down at the herald who has brought the message to him. "Who else?" "Cerberus, my lord," the herald replied as he slightly lowered his head.
Zeus tore his robe just like Ares. Tearing robes were common amongst the gods when they are engaged with a piece of bad news. He was much concerned about what Hades will do when he hears what has happened to Cerberus. Not that Zeus cares for the welfare of Hades but he was concerned of Hades ruining their plans in the fit of his rage."This mortal, where is he?"
"I'm unsure Lord Zeus."
The herald has not set his eyes on John since he heard a mortal arrived from a world beyond. He has been longing to come face to face with him. He too is a mortal but he didn't care about any other mortal. He just wants to drive joy in seeing John suffer since he learned he killed Eris and Cerberus.
"What are you still waiting for?" roared Ares. He wasn't happy with the response of the herald. He turned towards him with fire in his eyes. "Find him and bring the news of his whereabouts to me. I will crush his bones and feed it to the birds of the sky!"
