Chapter 106 - The Orcs’ Return
The orc that gave the order seems to be the chief of the orcs' clan or something close to that identity. He was wearing a crown made of a human skull and around his neck was an amulet made of precious gold and precious stones. There are several irish clans, some older than others. Some, like the 'Bone Harrow' clan, appear to be ancestral and well-established, indicating perhaps that they evolved over time out of a family or tribal network.
Perhaps is time for retribution for being kicked out from the Zaxson village. The other four orcs unsheathed their swords and started charging towards John and Bonnie.
John and Bonnie were still naked but what more can they do but fight rather than trying to cover their nakedness. Bonnie quickly jumped down from the table and moved faster than their eyes could see. She was indeed going after the orc that have given the command.
She has been hungry for a while after returning from a deep sleep. She knocked off the sword off the orc's hand and grabbed him and immediately sank her fangs into his chest and drained his blood using her fangs. "Thanks for the blood," she said and then released him from her grip and pushed him to the ground. Her eyes turned red showing that she has fully recovered her strength.
After she returned from a deep sleep, she wasn't feeling like her old self but that didn't stop her from making love with John even though she needs blood to recover fully. Vampires drink blood to survive and, secondarily, for pleasure. This distinction may seem irrelevant, but not all vampires relish draining blood from living things. Blood can be compared to food and drink for humans; vampires require blood to drink in order to survive and Bonnie has taken pleasure in draining the orc's blood.
Orcs possess inhuman strength. Their physical strength is on part with werewolves. Though they're not as strong as vampires or original vampires, they're stronger than humans. They have misunderstood the nature of John with that of an ordinary human. As the four orcs lifted their swords to slew John, John blasted them with a thunderbolt. "Die fuckers!"
Hitting an orc with a thunderbolt can cause cardiac arrest, which stops the orc's body from circulating blood and cause direct injury to the brain and nervous system, preventing the brain from being able to send the appropriate signals to tell the body to continue breathing.
John makes his way to Bonnie with her gown as he handed it over to her, he said. "They are all dead."
"I don't think so. We have been surrounded. I can hear heartbeats."
Vampires have senses that exceed humans and werewolves in human form. They can hear things from great distances. They can also hear things such as heartbeats from a distance. They can also see in the dark to a much greater degree than humans can.
John cast a sideway gaze at her and asked with curiosity. "What do you mean by that?"
"I can feel there's an army of orcs out there. The five orcs we killed are not just the only orcs that have come to kill us."
If attacked by more than one enemy, an orc will move to a position where it can fight only one, if possible. It will not disengage, instead of risking one or more opportunity attacks in order to retain its own attack action. Orcs that have retreated will seek an opportunity to attack again while the party is weak. As a result of their defeat in Zaxson, the escaped orcs returned with an army of orcs and have surrounded the log cabin waiting to strike.
"How are we supposed to fight an army of orcs?" John glanced at Bonnie. He was totally lost even with his power.
"We won't just stand and watch, we must fight back."
Bonnie clearly knows that orcs are a brutish, aggressive, ugly, and malevolent race of monsters, contrasting with the benevolent Elves and serving an evil power, though they share a human sense of morality. She was still courageous and was ready to fight rather than stand down.

"Then I propose we go out there and know what they want and if they fail to meet our terms, we can fight."
"Very well then."
"Stay behind me," said John as he leads the way out of the bunker.
The sight of the orcs was terrifying. As John walked out, the orcs were waving flaming torches and murmuring amongst themselves. They have surrounded the log cabin and there's no way out without a fight.
As soon as they saw John and Bonnie, the orcs were enraged. They drew out their swords but a voice from their midst ordered them to stand down. They were about two hundred orcs in number.
John and Bonnie began to turn around to know who has ordered the orcs to stand down. As they were eager to see who it was, they saw an orc dressed in a raven hooded cloak walk out and start making his way towards them. "Who is he?" John whispered.
"I don't know," Bonnie replied with a glance.
The orc stood before John and removed his hood only to reveal his hideous face with a scar on his forehead. His eyes were quite different from the rest of the orcs. He has red eyes. Around his waist was a metal blade strapped around him and on his wrist, he has a wooden stake strapped around. He stared deep into John's eyes. "You don't seem to be from here, are you?"
John didn't want to answer him. He believed the question was a trick. He just fired a question back at the orc without hesitation. "Why are you here?"
"That did not answer my question," roared the orc. He wasn't happy that John is replying to him with a question instead of answering his own question. "Take your clan and walk now and they won't be any fight."
Bonnie glared at the orc displaying her fangs and her red eyes. The orc needs to know a vampire is around and should do what she has said.
However, the orc didn't pay attention to what Bonnie had said. He turned to face Bonnie. "Seems like you have no idea of who is standing before you. My name is Isle, the chief of the orc clan and for this, you will burn!" He then took a step backward. "I have slew thousands upon thousands and before my feet, you two will kneel," he said boastfully.
"John Willie knees to no orc!"
"Then prepare to die," said the orc as he unsheathed his blade.
