All the alphas had RSVP’d and now Kodi and I are here as the first of them pulled up to the pack house. Kodi is fidgeting like crazy. I grabbed her hand trying to use our bond to calm her down. Dad is standing on the other side of her smiling as Alpha Freddie steps out of his car with his Luna. I hadn’t met her yet. He had found her close to a year ago when he went to visit his grandparents in his mother’s birth pack which is located in Maine. His pack is located in North Dakota. His Luna, Athelya, was an omega in her pack which didn’t treat omega’s well. I know her former alpha tried to get Freddie to reject her and take his bitch of a daughter as a chosen mate. Freddie told him to fuck off and mated and marked Athelya that night. The alpha was pissed but Freddie didn’t care and he sure as fuck didn’t sign any kind of treaty with that shitty pack. That same alpha tried to pawn his bitch of a daughter off on me about six months before, but I also told him to fuck off. I have no idea if he ever found anyone to deal with his daughter and I also don’t give a fuck.

“Well hello to you Alpha Reign.” Freddie drawled.

“Fuck you, you know you can call Reign asshole.” I growled.

“It’s good to see you again friend. When are the others arriving?” Freddie asked.

“They should be rolling in anytime. This is my Luna Kodi.” I told him.

Freddie smiled at Kodi which she returned. She held her hand out, but Freddie pulled her in for hug. Kodi let out a squeal causing dad to laugh. I heard a giggle which I guess is from Athelya. I introduced myself to her. I can tell she is very shy which may not last long in this pack. The others started arriving as Freddie and Athelya walked into the pack house. The last of them to show up were the two that I wouldn’t have cared if they decided at the last minute not to come.

“Welcome Alpha’s Claude and Lorenzo.” I said.

“Alpha Reign, who is this stunning woman?” Alpha Claude asked.

“This is my Luna Kodi.” I replied.

I don’t like the way he is looking at her. I can tell Kodi isn’t appreciative of them watching her. I can feel her irritation through our bond. I tell them to follow us as we walk into the pack house. Some of omegas take their luggage and show them and their Luna’s to their rooms. Their mates don’t look happy to be with them. Kodi goes off to find the other Luna’s to show them around. The shadows have had a lot to say since Claude and Lorenzo walked in, which I am not surprised about.

“I don’t like the way Claude and Lorenzo were watching Kodi.” dad says.

“Neither did I and from the feelings I was getting through our bond she didn’t like it either. I bet it doesn’t take them long to piss her off.” I replied.

“Good they need to be put in their places. Those two are assholes just like their fathers were. There was a reason that I never invited their fathers when I would host this thing.” dad grumbled.

I was right. It didn’t take long for them to piss my little copper flame off. Rory and Vance had arrived with Dani a few hours ago and they had been off talking with all the Luna’s. Rory and Vance had noticed how Claude and Lorenzo watched Kodi and they were not amused. Right now, we are all seated around the large table for dinner. As usual Claude and Lorenzo were spewing their bullshit about how great their packs are and how they run them. It was very known that they treated their people shitty and omegas like slaves.

“You shouldn’t treat your omegas live slaves. We never have any issues with ours cause we treat them with respect.” Noelani pointed out.

“Respect is earned, and they haven’t earned ours. Besides they are just omegas. You should learn your place woman. Women are meant to be seen and not heard.” Claude growled.

And that did it. I felt it when Kodi’s anger spiked. I knew what was coming and I sure as fuck wasn’t going to stop it. Her aura started to flare but not that bad.

“Ex-fucking-cuse me. How fucking dare, you walk into our pack and talk to my ranked members like that.” Kodi growled.

“How dare you speak to me like that. Alpha Reign I suggest you put your Luna back on her leash.” Claude hissed.

“I’ll show you a fucking leash you asshole. Reign is not my keeper you piece of shit.” Kodi told him.

“How dare a Luna speak to an alpha like this.” Lorenzo said.

“You know what I am a fucking Luna, but you know what else I am? I am a fucking princess and that is way above a fucking alpha. If you think I will bow down to you then you need to stop taking whatever fucking drug you are on.” Kodi hissed.

“You fucking bitch. You need to be put in your place and clearly your alpha isn’t able to do that. I will be more than happy to show you where a woman belongs which is on her knees in front of her alpha.” Claude growled.

I growled when he said this. He fucking went to far. Before I could say anything to him the shadows had him and Lorenzo slammed against the wall. Kodi’s aura was flaring, and I could see they were sweating. She was directing it at them solely. I could feel it a little. The shadows dropped them.

“YOU WILL FUCKING KNEEL BEFORE ME. THIS IS WHERE USELESS PIECES OF SHIT BELONG. AS I SAID BEFORE I AM BOTH A LUNA AND PRINCESS. “Kodi yelled.

Claude and Lorenzo were no match for her aura. I watched as their eyes grew to the size of dinner plates. They finally realised that they had pushed her too far. I walked up behind her before she killed them with her aura. I told her they aren’t worth it, and they will be leaving as soon as she lets them go. Kodi let them go and dropped her aura. Claude and Lorenzo started coughing.

“You two need to leave. It is clear that you haven’t changed. Oh, by the way your Luna’s will not be going with you. They were very forthcoming when Kodi was talking to them of how one they are not your fated mates and didn’t want to mate with either of you. They also let her know the two of you also forced marked them. Dad has already called the council. Don’t be pissed, a few other of your respective pack members had no problem speaking with the council about how you treat your pack members. I am sure the council will be waiting for each one of you when you return to your packs.” I announced.

Claude lunged at me as I turned around. Kodi caught him by the back of his neck and flung him against the wall. I turned back around to see Lorenzo standing there. He was pissed but I think he realised how deep of shit they were in. Claude stood up as Kodi stood between us. They were having a stare down and I knew that Kodi would win.

“I don’t need to use my powers to kick your ass. I will think very carefully about your next move. Everyone in this room will be on your ass if you even think of touching me, not that I need their protection, including my brothers. You know the fey Kings.” Kodi pointed out.

“You will pay for this.” Claude growled.

I laughed as Rory and Vance escorted Claude to the cells. I had every right since he attacked me. Lorenzo stomped upstairs to grab his shit. They didn’t even pay their Luna’s any attention which I think they were thankful for. Dad and I escorted Lorenzo and his guys to their car and watched them until we couldn’t see them anymore. The shadows let me know that they when they were at the airport and on their private jet. I hurried back in because I knew it wasn’t going to be long before Kodi started raging.

Kodi

“Those stupid motherfuckers. How dare they come into my pack and spew shit like that.” I hissed.

I was stomping around venting when Reign and Uncle Aaron walked back in. They had walked Alpha Lorenzo and his misogynistic group of assholes out. I wanted to hit something or someone. Honestly hitting Claude again or maybe even Lorenzo would have made me feel so much better.

“What fucking century do they think this is? I have never wanted to pull someone’s fucking voice box out as badly as I did his. That sexist piece of shit.” I growl.

“Okay that was a visual I didn’t need, but I do agree. The fact that they pulled shit like this when a week ago they wanted to talk about an alliance makes me laugh.” Vance snorted.

“You had better not even fucking think about having an alliance with them. I will fucking usurp the throne from the both of you. I can run this pack and the kingdom if I have to.” I told them.

“There is no fucking way that is happening. We weren’t even considering it before, but we sure as fuck won’t even bother with them now.” Rory replied.

“Besides you can’t usurp the throne. We are the oldest. The throne goes to the oldest no matter the gender.” Vance sasses.

“Is that a challenge?” I asked.

“Calm down my little copper flame. You two stop antagonising her. They are both taken care of. Lorenzo is already on his private jet and in the air. Claude is in the cells where he will stay until the members of the council arrive. Dad already called them and told them what happened. We have CCTV on this floor so everything that happened was recorded and has already been downloaded so they can see what Claude did.” Reign assures me.

“Can I beat him before they get here?” I asked.

“Unfortunately, until the council has looked at all the evidence and decided what is to be done with him, I can’t let you beat him.” Reign answers.

That is not the answer I wanted but I do understand. I let out a huff as I receive a kick letting me know that my little man agrees with me. He has made himself more known in the last few weeks. He still sometimes won’t let us see him during our regular ultrasound appointments. Reign loves it when he feels him kick as do I. I sat down and looked at my food. I was starving and those two bastards ruined dinner. Shit I looked up to see the others still sitting there watching me.

“Um... Sorry about that.” I mumble.

“Are you fucking kidding me. That was brilliant. Those two needed to be put in their places and told what assholes they are.” Alpha Winter said.

“You would find this situation hilarious.” Alpha Killian pointed out.

“Oh, come on, we have all wanted to rip them new assholes for years. They deserve everything they got. I was hoping Lorenzo would open his mouth but apparently, he is smarter than Claude.” Alpha Winter comments.

Reign lets out a groan as he rolls his eyes as they were talking. I had to laugh at them. These five get along so well they act like brothers. Freddie is sitting there laughing as are Alpha’s Hendrix and Ian. I can hear one of my brothers mumbling about something. I could feel them standing behind me when Claude and I were growling at each other. I knew if he tried anything that Reign, Rory and Vance wouldn’t let him get to me.

They are lucky that Reign pulled me off because I had every intention of killing him when I had them pinned to the wall.

“I hope I didn’t ruin your guys conference.” I admit.

“Luna Kodi, you did no such thing. Honestly, we were surprised they even RSVP’d to the event and even more surprised when they showed up. We were really hoping they wouldn’t bother.” Alpha Ian told me.

“That is some aura you have their little lady.” Alpha Hendrix commented.

“Oh, she knows, and she abuses it on a normal basis.” Rory grumbles.

“I am about to use it on you. God you are such a fucking pain in the ass. I still can’t believe I am related to you.” I groan.

Uncle Aaron told us to stop arguing. I rolled my eyes at my brothers. Everyone went back to their food. I am glad that no one was mad at me. I was also glad that I didn’t ruin the conference. We still had some of Alpha Claude’s guys that we needed to round up. I told Reign about them, and he linked some of the patrols to round them up. The discussion around the table was of treaties and alliances. Rory and Vance even jumped into the discussion. I knew that Askel and Bastian would be back tomorrow as well. I am sure they will be discussing treaties and Alliances as well. I look at Georgiana and Valentina. They seemed relieved that they didn’t have to go with Claude and Lorenzo. Reign did tell them that they would have to reject those assholes which they gladly did right then and there. I hope Lorenzo felt that on his way home. Reign started laughing which meant Claude felt it. Reign told us that he made it clear that Claude had to accept. Valentina placed a hand on her chest which meant she felt it when he accepted but that was it. I am sure we will get a call from Lorenzo when he lands. He had better accept or I will personally travel there and make him. I am over assholes like that. I wonder what exciting day two of this conference is going to hold.
