The Luna’s Hidden Destiny – Chapter 36
(William)
F*****g Alpha..how dare he take MY girl away from me..that Rogue had one f*****g job and he couldn’t even do that much.
The look on her face when I told her to come to me..that wasn’t my girl..they changed her already. We need to get her back, we need to kill that smug Alpha and his entire pack. I won’t let my girl live like that…I knew she was born a Luna, but she wouldn’t be anyone’s, she was too good, too pure and precious and that man tainted her.
I bounded through the forest, heading towards the only woman who could help me now. The woman who would get me my girl back and burn all of those assholes to the ground. The dark witch who helped me start all of this..

I walked into the cabin, my eyes growing wide as what sat before me made me sick to my stomach. Two men were hanging from the wall, their stomachs gutted and their bodies rotting. All around the room, there seemed to be vials and jars of potions and other things. In one corner was some type of shrine..what was on it sent a chill down my spine.
There were pictures of a woman, this woman looked like Mila but more mature, her eyes a lighter green but her hair and face close to the same. Next to that were pictures of Mila, small Polaroid pictures. My stomach dropped, in each picture it looked as if she had been asleep, her whole body visible and laying in the bed. Luckily she was clothed but the pictures started when she was just a small child..an infant. They continued on until not too recently. A date was written on the bottom of each photo. On the last one, there was a message that made my skin crawl.
“Mila 1/4, 18 , soon my beautiful girl.”
In this picture, she was in just her shirt and underwear, her arms above her head as she slept completely unaware. I yanked the picture off the wall, a man’s hand visibly touching her neck, right where her mark would be..the sight of it made me sick to my stomach. Looking down at the table there were things like a lock of hair, a note written by Mila that said ‘I love you Daddy’, and a piece of fabric that looked like there was b***d on it. Melted candles and other pictures of Mila covered the surface of the table.
Tristan walked in, his eyes looking at the shrine as I could feel the anger seeping off of him.
“This is disgusting, what father would make something like this of their own daughter?” He looked at me, his hands clenching into fists at his side.
I reached up, grabbing the picture of the woman that looked like Mila.
“This must have been her mother.” I looked at it closer, wondering why it looked so familiar, maybe because she did resemble Mila so much.
Glancing around I tried to look for more clues but I couldn’t even focus…I can’t let Mila see this.
“Mila knows nothing about this okay?” I said firmly, Tristan nodded his head, walking outside with me.
“How could she have lived like this all of those years..f**k..” he cursed, glancing at the small cabin across the woods.
“I have no idea, but she will never have to live like this again..and I will never let her see that man again. That much I f*****g know.” I growled, stomping towards the cabin as I heard soft laughter coming from the small house. The sounds instantly filled me with relief as I heard Blake laughing with her.
“So this is the TV you had to watch for your whole life?!” He pointed towards a small portable tv.
She nodded, glancing up at me as she smiled softly..how could she be smiling right now? How was she such a strong person…
I rushed over to her, taking her in my arms as I placed k****s against her cheek and mouth. I needed to feel her, to know she was okay..was she really okay? Had she been hiding worse abuse from her father? Abuse that could destroy you..that could affect your life forever… I pulled back, examining her face as she looked at me with confusion.
“Are you okay?” She asked, looking at me worriedly..she wondered if I was okay..this beautiful selfless woman was worried about me with what she had to endure her whole life.
“I am as long as I have you.” I bent down, taking her mouth as I kissed her desperately, needing to feel as close to her as possible.
“Let’s get you home.” I said against her lips. She nodded, looking into my eyes as she suddenly pulled back.
“Ok, I just have to grab a few things.” She said running into her room.
I glanced at Blake quickly.
‘Did you see it?’
He asked, looking at my clenched fists as a low growl left me.
‘I guess you did, that is completely f****d up. Who do you think those men were?’
He began rummaging through a bookshelf, finding a small wooden sculpture of a wolf as he smiled at it softly. On the bottom was Mila’s name carved into it. He quickly placed it in his pocket as I answered him in the link.
‘They looked like rogues to me. Some serious dark magic going on, and I can’t even think of the shrine without wanting to murder someone. Tristan is having a light witch come out and examine it all. He is going to stay back with a few warriors.’
He nodded his head, glancing around the cabin once more.
‘You know, she seems more shocked by her dad’s behavior than anyone. Do you wonder if he was using dark magic on her? Like binding her to this place or something.’
The mere thought made a loud growl escape me..I needed to get my mate as far away from this place as possible.
‘Blake, I am going to kill that man, and when I do I will make it slow and painful. And I’m afraid what that will do to Mila.’
He looked at me, nodding tightly as he looked back towards Mila’s room.
‘We will make sure you don’t have to, she will be safe with us in Black Stone. She is the most important thing to this pack, and we will protect our Luna at all costs, no matter what.’
My brother walked up to me, patting me on the back as we both walked around the cabin one last time. I suddenly had the urge to burn it, to destroy every last thing in this place so her father would have nothing to remember her by. In fact…I think I might do just that…
