The Leo Shifter

Chapter Gabriel Cole, the Silver Knight

After escaping from the Silver Masked Knights… Gilda and Art take the three girls to the camp where they stayed. “This is our camp here where you can sleep in,” said Gilda. “Thank you, Gilda. Thanks for saving us from the masked men,” said Emily. “No problem. The masked men are called the Silver Knights from the Gemini Kingdom, the rivals to the Gold Meadow Kingdom,” said Art. “Really?” said Madison. “Yep,” said Art. “So, you gotta watch out. Some people in the Gold Meadow say that they are strong spies and the Silver Knights save their own people with air elements from the Gold Meadow,” said Gilda. “Gemini, Libra, and Aquarius are the air elements,” said Cyra. “Exactly!” said Art. “Leos are compatible with Geminis, right?” said Cyra. “Only the nice air elemental people are kind to the Gold Meadow people with fire elements: Leo, Sagittarius, and Aries, but the Silver Knights don’t believe in astrology. Don’t be fooled by the Silver Masked Knights,” said Gilda.

Cyra nodded. At the Air elemental throne… The Silver Knights: Duncan, Theodore, and “Cole” kneel and bow to their king. “So, there were three new maidens in the Gold Meadow?” said King Zephyr. “Yes, your majesty,” said “Cole”. “One of them has pyrokinesis and we don’t know where they came from and how they teleported,” said Duncan. “We haven’t found the Sunstone towers, but we’re still on a quest.” said “Cole”. “Sir Gabriel Cole, rise,” said King Zephyr.

“Cole” is now revealed as Gabriel Cole stands up from kneeling, he takes off his hood from the cape and takes off his mask to reveal himself.

“I vowed to find them myself and told the other knights to look for the sunstone towers,” said Gabriel. “As long as the other knights find the towers, find the maidens, and bring the magical one to me as soon as you can,” said King Zephyr. “Yes, your majesty,” said Gabriel.

That Night at the Gold Meadow Camp… Cyra is looking at the picture page of Gabriel Cole in The Mysteries of the Gold Meadow book while laying on one of the beds in the camp. “God, he’s so hot…” whispered Cyra, talking to herself. While looking at the page, Emily comes by after a shower and she looks at the picture page of Gabriel as well.

“Is that him in the book?” asked Emily, amazed with lovestruck and fanning herself with her own hand. “Yeah, that’s Gabriel Cole,” said Cyra. “He’s fine as hell,” said Emily. “I know, right? When I looked at the knight who pointed a weapon at me, he looked familiar. He wore a mask, but I saw his eyes were blue,” said Cyra. “For real?” said Emily. “Yeah,” said Cyra. “Girl, I think it’s him,” said Emily. “Yeah, I think so…” said Cyra.

The Next Day, in the morning before the sun rises… Cyra and Emily went out to explore the forest while Madison stayed at the camp. “It’s a little warm in this cold breeze,” said Emily. “Yeah, but it’s getting warmer when the sun is rising soon,” said Cyra. “Mmm, I hope so,” said Emily.

As they were walking in the Gold Meadow forest, they were spotted by the thief (Gabriel Cole in disguise). “Don’t move!” said the thief. “Let’s run, Em! Come on!” said Cyra, panicked before she and Emily started to run away. Cyra and Emily run off to the right path of the forest, the thief chases after them while they’re running away from him. The two stumble upon the hole underground that was covered with petals.

“Ow, my freaking jaw!” whispered Emily. “Are you OK?” Said Cyra. “I’m good, but I landed on my jaw,” said Emily. “You’re finally caught, I found you two,” said the disguised thief, pointing a sword at the two girls. “That guy’s voice sounded familiar,” said Emily, talking about him. “I know,” said Cyra. “Shut your mouths, I finally found you two. Tell me how you teleported to this, I demand right now,” said the thief. “We came here to find my mentor who was kidnapped,” said Cyra. “Show what you have in you and I’ll let you maidens g-. Aaah!” said the thief, before he fell and landed into the underground.

His mask fell off of his face and rolled out, revealing Gabriel Cole. “Whoa! Hello,” said Cyra. Gabriel Cole groaned in pain before he looked up at Cyra and Emily. “It’s a guy,” said Cyra, shocked as she felt her heart drop. “It’s a HOT BLUE EYED GUY!” Said Emily, amazed by Gabriel’s handsome face. Gabriel grunts as he shakenly stands up after the fall. “Don’t try to change the subject, maidens,” said Gabriel, pointing a finger. “Are you alright?” asked Cyra. “Yes, I’m fine,” said Gabriel. “Wait a minute…” said Cyra before she opened the book and looked at the picture page of Gabriel Cole, and then looked at him now. Emily looked at the picture and him as well.

“You’re Gabriel Cole, you’re the guy who was with the Silver Knights and found us yesterday,” said Cyra. “I knew it!” said Emily. “How did you know my name?” asked Gabriel. “My mentor gave me this book and it has a picture of you in the book,” said Cyra. “A book?” said Gabriel. “Yeah,” said Cyra. “I’m Emily, Cyra’s best friend. It’s so nice to meet you in person,” said Emily, greeting Gabriel while in shock-lovestruck. “Greetings to you, maidens… So, your name is Cyra, right?” said Gabriel. “Yep, that’s my name,” said Cyra. “We’re trapped. How do we get out of this underground? There’s gotta be a way,” said Gabriel. “Only the way to find out where,” said Cyra.
