Chapter 23



He stood by the side of the pit and watched as his warriors went back and forth, hitting each other with a great source, not one backing down and he was proud.

He would often point out the flaws that needed to be worked on and he would help and guide where he thought and knew needed improvement.

It was in the afternoon, coming close to the 6 in the evening when he felt the air shift as his delta entered the training grounds. He could smell the male fae from a mile, his scent of rain and mist hit him harder than the scent of the thunderstorm coming behind the mountains.

He felt the air around him grow stronger as his advisor stood beside him and watched alongside him, his pack train.

“What’s the stitch?”, he asked the purple-eyed male, not taking his eyes off the fighters.

“Elena attacked the other packs, few casualties but she struck first”, Kobus began, his voice void of any emotions.

“And the undercover team”.

“They are attacking as we speak and no one will ever suspect it’s us”.

“Great work Kobus,” he said before walking off and paying all his attention to the male and female fighting against each other in the ring.
