The Hybrid Rogue

As we all met at the training facility and the task force was front and center, I stood on a stage with Tank and Lycious. You could tell the members were mind linking friends wondering what was going on and who we were. It was complete silence. Tank walks forward to address his pack, "We are honored to have guests of such blessings with us today. The two behind me. Lycious, the original, and Azula, the Hybrid."

He turned to us and Lycious spoke up, "It has come to our attentions that some wolves in this pack are not being progressive. Azula is officially the ruler of all kingdoms. I will allow her to explain things herself and she will make the decision of this verdict on the members that are being judged today."

I walk forward, "It is well known that this pack has worked well with the conjoined clan in the past, some members though, they ruined this. Ran by the Luna and Betta, from the what has been gathered, did not just go against the mate bond laws set by Lycious, himself, but have committed treason against treaties with the vampire clan. How we proceed with punishments, will be determined through questioning itself. I will start with the Task force members themselves then end with the Betta and Luna. Until it is your turn, you will be restricted with silver, it may just be temporary."

We started with the task force. The first member was a young wolf, had to have just turned 18. I decided to ask the same questions to all accused, "You are being tried with treason, murder, and breaking mating bond laws. Killing of innocents and separations of families. How do you Plead?"

"Not guilty, your highness." The young man says looking scared.

"Please, state your claim and explain yourself." I try to keep my composure.

"I was under the impression that these were orders by my superiors. Luna Maya and Betta Rhett, made us believe these were secret orders by our Alpha not to be discussed. We could not disobey orders of either three. Our Gamma only advised us that our Betta requested each of us by name after sitting in on battle practices. From there we were left for their descion." He declared and the few behind him who heard his statement looked at him with pitty and as well as in agreement to his claims.

"Alpha Tank, these orders were not your orders nor were you aware of the actual orders being given, is this correct?" I ask and realized I had could tell this wolf was not lieing thanks to my abilities I was taught from Lycious and Vladimir.

"I was unaware of the real intentions. I will not lie, I had an off feeling when they first came to me with these claims and saw the rise of orphans, but the mate bond held me back from questioning my Mate and her intentions. It hurts to feel against her, even now." He looked sad, even through his tough Alpha exterior.

"I will leave your fate to be decided upon by your Alpha." I decided that was the best way to go because I knew these men were great warrior s and didn't deserve an extreme punishment. They weren't guilty if they thought they were following orders. This happened for all of the task force warriors. I turned to Tank, "You may decide to punish them if you see it needed. These men are innocent of the acts itself in my eyes, they acted upon instincts of who they took orders from."

"Extra guard duty assignments and must help with the discussed plan of upcoming war. I would like it known, if it does not come directly from me from this day forward, orders are to be questioned and brought to my attention!" He ordered to his entire pack.

"Would Luna Maya and Betta Rhett, please step forward." I was able to pick out the uneasiness of a she-wolf that I assumed was Betta Rhett's mate. After they stepped forward the clan, along with Vlad, entered the pack meeting and joined the crowd. Vlad left them and joined us on stage. He walked to his brother and hugged him.

"Brother, we come as one, at last." He smiled, I knew the meaning behind those words. They have never worked together like this before, they needed to for what was coming soon. The biggest war they even have ever seen. The war against the Angels.

"We will start with Betta Rhett. Same charges along with conspiracy. How do you plead?" I stand facing the betta.

"No contest." His mate broke into screams and tears, "I knew what we were doing was wrong. I should have questioned the orders that Luna Maya had given me, saying it was the Alpha's word and that he didn't want to discuss it further. As Betta, I have failed to protect the pack properly. I will step down as Betta and accept the punishment of my actions."

"Spoken in truth. You will be given the choice, just stepping down as Betta is not enough. I have the power to strip your wolf and make you human, I offer this as your punishment along with helping to reunite the broken families caused by these actions." I looked at him and everyone stared in shock.

"Is that possible?" He looked panicked now. The Luna was even more scared, as she should be, I had more in store than this for her.

"It is. I have yet to attempt the spell left to me by my ancestor, Anca, the first witch. Unless you prefer death?" I knew both fates were sad, but at least his mate wouldn't hurt for him if he was alive.

"I accept the fate, your highness." He looked at me standing tall. "To the clan, my apologies are not enough. I know this, but I truly am sorry."

"Please, stand aside. Luna Maya, how do you plead?" I felt something inside me trying to scratch at the surface as I was met with her hatred upon her face. I hadn't spoken much recently to my wolf or any of the others, but this was something different. I was unsure what it was, but it felt strong.

"Not guilty! You have no claim over me, I refuse to listen to such a filthy being not fit to even breathe the same air as me!" She spat at my feet. Her actions were met with complete silence. "My actions were done in the name of keeping the wolf lines in our pack pure! As they should have been! You are not pure, wolves are what should rule over all beings! We are the strongest!"

Alpha Tank walked forward and surprised everyone by delivering a smack across his mate's face. "You are a fool."

"Vladimir, Dracula the first, and Lycious, the original lycan, will you give your verdicts?" I turned to the brothers.

"Guilty." They said in unison.

"Alpha Tank, you can choose no verdict and pass yourself over, this is your pack, what is your verdict?" Tank looked at me and I could feel he was already broken inside.

"I do not know my mate, a mate should not keep secrets and a Luna should not hurt their pack as such. My verdict is guilty." The pack was in shock, I was a bit too.

"Luna Maya, my verdict is Guilty as well. Your punishment is to loose your wolf and then be turned into a vampire, but you will also be given vervain to weaken your vampire powers you would have." The three men turned to me and smiled with the added extra that had came to my mind.

"I would rather be put to death!" She screamed.

"As Alpa Tank is my friend and you are his mate, you will not be given that as a choice." Tank smiled at me, surprised and thankful I didn't accept her death choice. This was about to be interesting.
