Derek had a dream while he was dozing off on the plane.

In his dream, he saw Meredith.

She sat in a very clean room with a newborn baby in her arms and smiled at him. The smile was as pure as an angel.

Derek walked over gently when Meredith said to him, "The child is yours. It's our child."
