The Alpha Princess & The Werewolf King

Chapter Goodbye father

POV Onyx:

I have just shifted, and I am enjoying my mother pet me, when I smell something, I thought I would not have to smell ever again. My mother almost died fighting off my father the last time.

Not today, I will end this once and for all. I let out a defensive growl and push my mother behind me.

“Hello Father”

The look on my mother’s face is priceless, my wolf just spoke out loud.

The smirk on my father’s face is short lived. I shift back into my human form.

“I Onyx Lucas Jones challenge you Flint Hugo Martinez. To fight to the death. No rules. This ends today.”

“Oh no, Onyx what have you done.” I hear my mother say.

“I accept” Flint says.

He looks over to my mother and I see my father’s wolf running full speed to get to us. My father shifts and steps in front of me and my mother. Punching Flint in his face. He stumbles and my father tries to hit him again. This time my mother stopping him.

“Rasheed, Stop! Onyx just challenged him, and he accepted.” My mother says.

“Absolutely not, no son of mine is going to fight this scum. I will handle it Onyx.” My dad says.

“No dad”

I smirk and look over at Flint.

“I got this; it is pay back for all the troubles he has given my mother. It’s my turn to return the favor.”

I look Flint right in the eye.

“I am sure you know your way to the arena. Let’s get this over with.” I say.

We head to the arena, and I see my grandparents, all of them have dread in their eyes. My parents trained me for this though, they brought in demons, Werewolves, Fae’s, Witches, Werebears, you name it, I have been challenged.

What my parents don’t know is that I befriended one of the demons they sent over. He trained me and helped me get comfortable with my demon powers. I am prepared to kill this man who gave me life. He will never be my father.

Mom helps me wrap my hands and I step in the ring. I have no doubt that if things do not go in my favor my mother will finish him off. She may be small, but she is mighty.

My mother steps in the ring and looks at me then looks at Flint.

“You hurt my boy to the point I have to step in, I will torture till you are on the brink of death, heal you then do it all over again every day of your life.” She whispers.

She sent a shiver down my back. I know she is a woman of her word.

“Ladies and gentlemen, we are here to witness a battle, a battle to death! No rules, just fight to a death.” She says.

She looks one more time at me and mouths I love you. I smirk at her. She turns and is about to head out of the ring when she slams Flint onto the ground forcefully and walks out the ring.

I let him get up, he shakes off pain I am sure she inflicted. She smirks at me.

“No rules right Flint? Just remember our little chat” She shouted.

Fear crosses his eyes and I waste no time in attacking him. I land a right hook to his jaw; his head turns to the side, and he stumbles back. He spits some blood out of his mouth and smirks. This man is creepy, no wonder mom did not want to be with him.

Flint shifts into his wolf and I shift into mine. I can see where I get my red pattern of my fur from. Flint is completely red with black eyes.

He lunges at me, and I dodge easily. I am on alert, because from what I learned is demons try to attack you quickly to check your reflexes. He lunges at me again and I dodge again. He does this three more times and I shift back to my human form.

He lunges once again and this time I grab him on his back by his fur. I slam him on the ground, and he lets out a loud whimper. I let him get up and he shifts back into his human form as well.

“You’ve been taught well. I see” Flint forces out through gritter teeth.

“I have, only by the best.”

I nod my head to my parents and put my fist up to guard my face and body. Flint swings wildly leaving his chest open. I land two quick blows to his chest, and he backs away. I bounce on my feet as he swings at me again. This time I let him connect with my arm.

“My sister hits harder than you.”

This causes him to get angry and my mother always taught me that when your emotions are uncontrolled you will become sloppy. He charges at me, and I kick him in his stomach. I knock the wind out of him, and he is laying on his back.

I walk over to him and pick him up by the arm. Throw three punches right to his face. He is dripping blood everywhere.

His eyes turn bright red, and his skin turns red as well. Ah I have awoken the demon. Nice. Very nice!

He starts radiating heat from his body and before he can do anything I kick him in the face. He stumbles back and snaps his nose back into place.

I can feel him trying to get into my head and control me. I let out a boisterous laugh.

“You have me confused with an average being. Do you not know I am also part demon, as well as werewolf and Fae. You are merely too weak to control my mind.”

The crowd gasps and I use this to my advantage as he looks around. I conjure iron blade I had inscribed with the holy script.

I use my super speed to approach him and plunge the dagger into his heart.

“This is for my mother, for all the pain you caused her. This, this is for me!”

I snap his neck and his lifeless body falls to the floor.

“Goodbye Father” I says as I step over him and walk to my mother.
