"Uh? Did I hear you correctly?" I asked, I immediately jolt In fear, I think something must be wrong.

The wide smile that was evident on his face immediately disappeared, before he had my hand to his strong ones.

"You are so beautiful, there is no day I don't admire your beauty, I have been waiting for you for ages, I never knew that I'll get the opportunity to meet you again" he said which made me look at him in nothing but confusion. "No I don't, I have never seen you before" I said confidently, even though there is that familiarity in his face, but I can't remember where. "I'm Micheal".

"You mean Jefferson's brother?"I asked.

"Jeff, please where are you, if you can just hear me, for at least just one more time, I'll be glad" I said inwardly, while praying to the moon goddess that my wolf can connect with him, but there was nothing, I couldn't connect with him. I started sobbing gently, hoping that he's alive, because I won't bare it, it anything should happen to him.

I then heard approaching footsteps, only to noticed that Micheal was actually close to me, he was looking at me with a sad expression, I attempted to clean the evident tears on my face, but Il couldn't because of the immense pain I was feeling, I tried as much to keep a calm expression, especially the way he eyes bored into mine.

He drew a deep breathe, before he came closer to me and he sat next to me while looking at me Intently.

"Did you still love him?"

"Who?" I asked, with my brows furrowed, while trying to understand what he meant by what he said. "Jeff, I meant did you have that strong attraction for him?" He asked, which made me even confused. "What did you mean by Still..." I pursed before I drew a deep breathe then I continued.

"Yes I love him, but...".

I then decided to cuddled myself in the blanket, I think there is a connection between the past and the present, the past that Jeff never completely told me, I took a deep breath, before I closed my eyes trying to drift to bed.

So by tomorrow I'll start thinking of how to escape from here and look for my mate.
