I couldn't believe my eyes, when I noticed my woman, gently falling to the ground, I took a deep breath while trying to calm myself down, I crawled towards her, my eyes was already blurry, with the evident tears that could be seen in my eyes. "Rose...Rose, please don't do this to me, please" I begged, but only to hear a hysterical laughter, oozing from the other side which rather shocked me, I turned my gaze to her father and couldn't believe he could actually be this evil to the extent he could do such with his own daughter, I took a deep breath before I tried to concentrate.

I know for sure he might have hidden the wolvesbane, that's the reason I can't perceive the scent through the air any more,I closed my eyes, while trying to focus, but rather I was feeling so dizzy, making it extremely hard for me to concentrate, I tried as much to keep a calm expression, before I succumb to the unending darkness.

"Where is Rose" I asked, while struggling, amidst the burning silver chains, I can't move an inch because I was in so much pain.

"Don't worry she's somewhere save" he said, which made me took a deep breath, I tried to focus, but I couldn't, while trying to wrapped my head around what's happening.

"We would be taking you to the vampire king, your blood is what we have been waiting for, I just can't wait to see the expression on the king's eyes, when he sees the man he has been looking for... the untamable beast" he laughed huskily before he left.

I closed my eyes, after hearing his speech, before I dart my eyes towards the window, my fist clenched, I felt so much pain, I couldn't endure it any longer, I tried as much to forget about the horrible scene, but I just couldn't.

"Rose, wherever you are please forgive me, because I have failed you" I mouthed those words, before I allowed a drop of tears to freely paved it's way down my cheeks, feeling nothing but pain, I don't know what else to do, but I know for the fact that I might not see her again.

"Please don't lose hope, just yet, keep on fighting, I'm coming for you" I tried to encourage her, she shook her head, as another hot set of tears, managed to paved it's way down her cheeks.

"I can't Jeff, I'm tired, just know that I love you so much, I would have loved to spend more time with you but....".

"Shhh...say no more, just trust me, when I say we are in this together " I said.

In a split second, I was brought back to reality, where I almost forgot that I was in nothing but pains.

"We are going to save our mate".
