Sir, Let’s Divorce Chapter 10
Chapter 10
Matthew did not come alone.
There was also a woman following behind him.
Victoria recognized at a glance that it was Anya who had not returned last night.
Yesterday’s custom–made gardenia white dress had already been changed to a sweet and cute Karey Original.
Victoria’s eyes flashed, but she still felt sad and depressed in her heart.
She slowly clenched her fists, and her slightly gloomy appearance fell into Justin’s eyes. He asked her with concern, “Victoria, what’s wrong? Are you feeling uncomfortable somewhere?”
“I’m fine.” Victoria put away her emotions, raised her head and smiled at him.
Trying her best to settle the matter with Golden Law Firm, she avoided looking at Matthew.
Now, she understood that only the things that were truly in her hands belonged to her. Those feelings were the most illusory, and men were even more unreliable.
On the other side.
Hearing the word “Victoria“, Matthew paused slightly.
Not only because of this name, but also because it came from the mouth of a man.
The restaurant was bright, and Matthew easily found where Victoria was. His gaze swept over and became slightly cold.
As expected, she was following a man.
A man with a presentable look, gentle yet insincere.
Victoria’s sweet smile made him feel that she was an eyesore, and he felt that she was just doing this for benefits.
Anya was beside him and naturally saw the scene just now.
She could not help but hold onto Matthew’s arm and asked in a low voice, “Is that Victoria’s boyfriend?”
The man did not speak.
But she felt that the atmosphere around her seemed to have become colder.
She didn’t know if it was her imagination, but Anya always felt that there was something between Victoria and Matthew that she didn’t know.
Especially last night…..
She was too rash and drugged Matthew, but he quickly exposed her.
Although Matthew did not blame her, he turned around and found another woman to solve the problem.
Anya was not stupid; she was aware that the woman was Victoria, yet she was unaware of how Victoria had discovered their whereabouts, nor did she know from where Victoria had acquired the power to make Matthew fall in love with her..
Even if it was just to solve the physiological needs, being able to get intimate with a top quality man like Matthew was worthwhile for Victoria.
Anya refused to give up and suddenly greeted, “Victoria!”
“What a coincidence! Are you having dinner with your boyfriend too?” she asked, waving at her as she held the hand of Matthew.
Victoria wanted to pretend that she did not hear her, but Justin frowned slightly. When Anya walked up to her, he nodded politely at her and then explained, “Hello, I am Victoria’s mentor.”
The implication was to euphemistically clear the relationship between the two of them, but not to embarrass Victoria.
Anya’s eyes moved between the two of them. She did not speak and only smiled.
It was Matthew who opened his mouth and caught everyone off guard. The corners of his mouth curved into a cold smile. “May–December Romance?”
Victoria frowned. “Mr. Shadwell, please don’t maliciously speculate about others.”
Sure enough, she was defending another man.
The chill in Matthew’s eyes intensified, yet his expression remained unreadable. He spoke casually, “Maybe you should think about why you let people maliciously gossip?”
Victoria was choked by his words and was a little angry. “I will return the same words to you.”
She looked at Anya who was holding his arm, and her eyes were full of sarcasm.
He and Anya looked much more intimate. What right did he have to question her?
