Chapter Chapter forty-seven
Freya woke drowsily, groggy and exhausted. Glancing at the clock on the table beside her, she saw that it was 6am. A heavy sigh escaped her lips; she'd barely slept two hours. She frowned and murmured softly.
"That perverted wolf is barely letting me breathe." The sensation of suffocation invaded her body, as she felt her heat activate. She had to find a way to calm down. She turned her head and discovered the silhouette of Crono peacefully asleep, completely relaxed, and it disturbed her. Freya felt relieved to realize that Crono wasn't holding her, which would have prevented her from leaving the room.
Gently, Freya slipped out of bed, picked up Crono's white shirt lying on the floor and began buttoning it. She crouched down to the door, put her hand on the handle and turned it slowly. Opening the door, he glanced outside, observing the lonely, silent corridor. He stepped out and carefully closed the door, walking briskly towards his old room, located in the same corridor but away from Crono's room and that of his children. He murmured in his mind: "Goddess Selene, don't let anyone go upstairs". When he reached the bedroom door, he released his breath and entered, confident in his approach.
Disappointed with herself, she headed for the bathroom and filled the tub with hot water to relieve the tension in her muscles. Although she felt some irritation in her intimate area, it was the least of her worries at the moment. As the tub filled, she approached the mirror. At the sight of her mark, her eyes widened in amazement.
"He couldn't believe that a bite could take the form of two wolves facing each other. She raised her right hand and brought her fingers to a particular mark, with the initials T and F intertwined with the minimus symbol. She then remembered that he had bitten her a second time as he penetrated her, but between the excitement and the pain that brought her to a climax, she didn't protest. Grumbling, she said.
"This one was done on the second bite". Her tears threatened to flow, and her eyelashes fluttered to stop them. She headed for the bathtub and immersed herself in the hot water. She knew she no longer had the power of Isis's spell and muttered between her teeth.
"You had to be stronger, Freya," he growled inwardly at his she-wolf, "Why did you give in to their pheromones? That's how weak and pathetic we are. With all the harm this wolf has done to us, we had to give in to his call." But suddenly she reacts with wide eyes: "No way! We've only just gone into heat because he releases pheromones first."
"Freya, I couldn't resist your magnetism. She brought her paws to her face in shame, "I couldn't resist your charm and desire."
Freya, pouting, laid her head in the tub.
"Not even me! I guess it's because of the necklace. I hope Isis is all right." Powerless, he closed his eyes.
Elsewhere, Apollo arrived at the refuge and dismounted from his chariot. The orcs recognize him and let him in. Arriving at Isis' hut, he knocked on the door, Bastian opening it as he was closer. Isis looked over and, seeing her friend, blushed and exclaimed.
"It's not what you think Apollo, we're just having a conversation."
Bastian frowned, not understanding why he had to explain himself to this wolf, and growled.
"What's going on here? Don't tell me you're after my companion."
"Don't interfere," the two friends shouted at the same time.

"No wonder our necklaces broke into pieces. Freya called you and Sienna the same way. We've been worried about you. To reassure you, I decided to come looking for you, but I see you're well and with your companion." He widened his eyes in astonishment, "That means the spell is over and our companions can recognize us."
"Yes! As soon as they feel their bond, they'll recognize each other as companions," she said in a chagrined voice and ran a hand over her face, "When the spell was broken, my wolf released pheromones, her wolves will do the same. In other words, at any moment, your mate will be in heat."
Bastian felt a stirring inside him, he noticed Eslot starting to get agitated.
"But I don't understand why Eslot is howling, if we're far from my companion." expressed Apoyo with a questioning grimace.
"Amigo, go with your companion. Lucia needs you." She knew this urgency her wolf was experiencing was due to their bond, which had been strengthened by no longer having the spell.
"All right, my friend. And enjoy your time with your mate, I want nephews." He joked, followed by a laugh, got out of there, got in his car and went back to the herd.
Isis walked over to her table and sat down in a chair, staring blankly, worried for her friends; she knew they were going to be in trouble now. She never thought Yura would release her pheromones and not be able to contain herself. As for the witch, she managed to prevent Bastian from pouncing on her.

Bastian, hearing and feeling the bond of affection between them, understood that this was a brotherly relationship. He approached her and, standing in front of her, bowed his head slightly to reiterate his feelings.
"Isis, don't take me away from you. I want to stay where you are. I don't care about being a warrior anymore. The only wars I want to fight will be by your side. I want to be the wolf by your side every dawn and face every day together. I want to have lots of little witches and wolves with you". Bastian expresses his love with despair. Since she visits him at night and he knows she's his companion, he can't live away from her.
Isis seemed suspended, listening to every word. Her excited heart beat incessantly; it seemed that at any moment it would leave her chest. When she had finished listening to him, she looked up. Her eyes sparkled with hope, while a smile played across her lips.
He didn't wait for an answer, but gently took Isis's hands and lifted them. Their lips met in a tender kiss, where they shared their feelings and their tongues brushed gently against each other. After they had parted, Bastian, looking happy, said to her.
"Isis, I'm going to make you some breakfast. I'm sure you'll like it. Then you can show me this beautiful place. I want to explore it with you and let everyone know that you're mine," Bastian smiled and held out his hand.
Isis, for the first time since she was a child, felt truly happy. Without hesitation, she took his hand and together they headed for the kitchen.
