Chapter 1598
Chapter 1598
Many people were coming and going, which meant it was very easy to stay hidden. Therefore, it would also be easier to miss them if someone tried to investigate.
Anne was taken onto the cruise ship. It was not as big as the one before, but she had already noticed that she might have already reached the destination.
"Didn't you say that Anthony wanted to see me? Where is he?" Anne turned to ask the bodyguard. He just glanced at her stiffly before immediately walking away.
With a click, the door was locked.
Anne had expected it, yet she still could not help but feel a little nervous.
The assassin group created another version of her, and to some extent, it produced some side effects on her psychological state. That resulted from being oppressed for a long time on the deserted island.
"It's really hard to meet you, my dear Anne.”
Anne looked back. Tommy walked over and looked at her with slightly raised eyebrows.
He looked comfortable and happy. He was completely unlike a criminal who was on the run and being pursued.
Perhaps he was in a good mood because he had caught the person he wanted to catch.
"It's you?"
"There's no need to pretend anymore. Isn't this what you wanted?” Tommy seemed to have seen through it all.
"I don't know what you're talking about.”
Tommy walked up to her and stood in front of her. Their toes would touch if he were to get any closer. "I thought you wanted to meet me very badly, so I appeared.”
Anne's expression was cold
Tommy had seen through her intentions. She might as well not hide it anymore. "Do you know that I've been infected?
"Of course, I do. It's my doing."
"Was it the time Beth and Marshall died?"
Tommy smiled mysteriously. He did not answer her. He just raised his hand and gently caressed her tender cheeks. His gaze looked obsessed.” I've not seen you in a long time. I've missed you too much. This is the only way I could meet you. Don't blame me."
Anne took a step back to break herself free from his disgusting touch.
"Can you give me the cure?”
Tommy rubbed his thumb and pointer finger together before putting his hand down and said, "As long as you're obedient, I will, of course, give you the cure.’
"What do you mean to be obedient?" asked Anne.
Tommy only said two words, "Don't run.”
His request seemed so simple.
"I'm infected now. I certainly won't leave without the cure." Anne figured it out.
Tommy wanted to first get her under his control, and then only he would devise a plan.
Indeed, she could not run. She finally found Tommy. She turned around and sat on the couch at the side. She thought that since she was already there, she should just take things as they came. Tommy chuckled and sat next to her. Then, he suddenly wrapped his arm around her waist.
"What are you doing?" Anne could not help but want to hit him.
"Don't you want the cure?” Tommy threatened her.
As he said that, he pinned Anne down on the couch and buried his face in her neck.
Anne only felt disgusted. "Tommy, if you dare to touch me, I'll definitely kill you!"
Tommy lifted his phone and snapped a few photos before releasing her.
Anne immediately sat up and realized Tommy was admiring the photos on his phone with satisfaction.
Tommy was lying on top of her and was extremely suggestive. It was as if he was prepared to do the deed with her.
Then, she saw him sending the photos to someone.
"Who did you send that to?" Anne had a bad feeling.
"Of course, it's Anthony. He'll be very happy when he sees it."
Anne was so furious that her breathing got quicker and shallower. She did not expect that he would immediately do that. He did not care that he would be in danger of exposure.
She was worried about Anthony. He would probably go mad when he saw such photos.
Anthony, who was searching high and low for her, was looking at those kinds of photos on his phone. His body was frozen, and he did not move at all. The terrifying air he had to him could be sensed from ten miles away.
