Chapter 882
“Bradley, it seems you’re prepared to face my retaliation, huh?”
Kevin rubbed his throbbing temples, addressing Logan, “Mr. Foster, could you take her away first?”
Logan glanced at Esther and spoke gently. “Esther, no need to lower yourself to his level. Your health is important.”
“Kevin, would you mind keeping an eye on Mr. Warner here so he doesn’t go barking like a mad dog everywhere?” Esther asked.
Kevin hesitated to answer. “S-Sure,”
As Logan wheeled Esther away, Bradley stumbled toward her, disregarding his own pain, to confirm again, “Y-You’re really not
her?”
“You claim to love her, Bradley?” Esther mocked. “You can’t even recognize the woman you love. What right do you have to talk
about love?”
Bradley endured the pain and tried to grab the wheelchair from Logan. “You’re not allowed to leave!”
Logan wasn’t one to give in to Bradley. He held onto the wheelchair with one hand and landed a punch on Bradley’s jaw with
another. “Warner, please stay away from my fiancee, got it?”
Even though Logan didn’t use full force, Bradley still staggered back from the punch.
Logan pushed Esther into the ward.
Bradley was determined to follow Esther and Logan, only to be stopped by a line of security guards outside the ward.
“Bradley, stop causing trouble!” Kevin also didn’t want Bradley to get arrested for causing a ruckus in the hospital. He grabbed
Bradley, trying hard to stop him. “Calm down.”
“Shut up, Kevin!” Bradley grabbed Kevin’s collar, gritting his teeth. “If it weren’t for you releasing Esther from Warner Manor, how
would I—”
Kevin burst into hysterical laughter. Tears streamed down his cheeks. “Bradley, at this point, if you still think it’s not you who’s
wrong but me or everyone else, then I think Esther’s death is a blessing. If she had to die to escape a lunatic like you, then I
congratulate her. She’s free!”
“Kevin! She is Esther! She’s not some damn elder sister!”
Kevin mocked, “If I said she isn’t, would you believe me?”
“She’s Esther.”
Kevin explained, “She’s Esther’s elder sister who’s been raised abroad since childhood.”
“Impossible!” Bradley vehemently denied. “Esther definitely does not have a twin!”
“Bradley, do you really know Esther? Do you know what Esther’s biological father worked as? Do you know how he died? Do you
know why Esther wasn’t raised in the Quills but in the Ansteys?
“You know nothing! What right do you have to think Esther isn’t a twin?
“Moreover, even if she were Esther, what right do you have to stand by her side? Don’t forget, you and Esther are divorced!
“The Esther who once loved you, you killed her with your own hands!
“Bradley, have you ever asked yourself if you truly love Esther? Or rather, do you even know what love is?”
