Chapter 873
The nurse entered Room 606 carrying a bouquet of flowers. “Ms. Quill, these flowers were sent by a gentleman,” she
announced.
Assuming it was Kevin who had sent them, Esther said casually, “Just leave them there. Thank you.”
“No problem,” the nurse replied, placing the flowers and heading back to the nurse station. Seizing the moment when no one
was in sight, she opened the box and discovered a gold necklace nestled inside.
Her eyes widened in surprise as she covered her mouth. The dazzling necklace held an unexpected allure, and she couldn’t
resist trying it on. The realization that she had received such a precious gift merely for delivering flowers felt like an extraordinary
stroke of luck, almost too good to be true.
Little did the nurse know that human greed could surface in an instant, and desires could intensify with greed.

At Capitus International Airport.
Bradley approached the arrivals area, where a well-dressed man respectfully greeted him.
“Hello, Mr. Warner. I’m Dylan Searle, your special assistant.”
“Dylan, take me to the company now.”
“Alright.”
During Bradley’s tenure as the CEO of the Warner Group, he spent most of his time away from Capitus. However, many were
unaware that he remained a formidable CEO even without the Warner Group.
Bradley sat in the Bentley Dylan drove and took out his tablet to continue his work. During his time abroad, he had been working
remotely. Now, it was time to review the results.
Since sending that last message, Bradley hadn’t logged into any social platforms and was unaware of a private message about
“Esther” he had received.
Esther Corp., established by Bradley, had its headquarters in the bustling heart of Capitus, just across the street from the Quill
Group headquarters.
As the city bustled with traffic and people outside the car window, the sunlight illuminated treetops, casting a beautiful and cozy
ambiance.
Upon arriving at the company building, Bradley walked directly into the high-ceilinged ground floor. Sunlight streamed through
glass walls onto intricately patterned marble that resembled ink paintings. A luxurious crystal chandelier hung from the ceiling,
casting a brilliant light on the crystal, creating a dazzling effect.
Tall and graceful receptionists greeted Bradley in the ground floor lobby, but he ignored their salutations, heading straight for the
CEO’s private elevator.
Dylan pressed the button for the 99th floor.
As the elevator ascended, Bradley enjoyed the breathtaking city view. Upon reaching the office, the department heads were
already present, prepared to report their work.
The atmosphere in the entire building became intensely focused.
Despite his recent return from abroad and the need to adjust to the time difference, Bradley delved into work until 11:00 p.m.
After concluding all the meetings, he left the company.
Bradley’s infrequent visits to Capitus in the past contrasted with his decision to establish Esther Corp. there this time, driven by a
specific vision.
