My Husband Wants Me Dead novel (Esther and Bradley)

Chapter 872

Even though Esther was the one who had assisted him, he had considered her an enemy and joined Bradley in mistreating and
hurting her. Had he known from the start that Esther was the one who had persuaded Bradley to save him, he would have
unhesitantly stood by her, protecting her without hesitation during the incident.
If he had believed Esther, staunchly defended her, and insisted on a DNA test from Bradley, many tragedies might have been
averted.
His mistake made him Bradley’s accomplice. Now armed with the truth, he wouldn’t harm Esther in the slightest.
“Don’t worry. I won’t tell anyone about you,” Kevin assured, resolving not to hurt her anymore, regardless of her identity.
“It’s fine if you tell Bradley.” A terrifying crimson glinted beneath Esther’s teary eyes.
If she weren’t on a mission, she would seek revenge against Bradley on her sister’s behalf. Not necessarily through physical
harm, as that would be too easy. Instead, she wished for Bradley to endure the same pain she had suffered. She wanted him to
spend the rest of his life in regret.
Wasn’t Bradley boasting about his deep and passionate love? Esther intended to help him fulfill it.
“I won’t say anything.” Kevin recognized the danger Bradley posed and vowed not to let him harm Esther again.
Kevin placed a business card in front of Esther and said, “This is my card. If you need anything, feel free to contact me anytime.”
Gratefully, Esther accepted the card.
Comforting her with a smile, Kevin added, “The medical field is very advanced now. Your illness isn’t hard to treat. Keep fighting.”
“Thank you.”
Kevin left the hospital room and took a few steps before glancing back at the door.

In the garden.
Kevin encountered Jasper carrying a bouquet of flowers. “Jasper.”
Jasper was surprised. “Kevin, what are you doing here?”

“I came to see my classmate,” Kevin replied. “What about you?”
“I have a friend in the hospital, so I came to visit her.”
“I’ll leave you be then,” Kevin said.
“Sure.”
As Jasper and Kevin passed each other, heading in different directions, Jasper suddenly stopped. He turned around and looked
at Kevin’s departing figure, a hint of puzzlement on his handsome face.

“Hello.” Jasper politely approached a nurse.
“Hello, may I help you with something?”
Jasper handed the nurse the flowers and said, “Could you please deliver these flowers to the patient in Room 606?”
“Room 606 is a special ward without visiting hours. You can...”
Jasper handed a small box to the nurse, courteously saying, “A small gift as a token of respect. Please help me.”
“Alright.”
The nurse left with the flowers, and Jasper stood in the garden, looking up at the window of Room 606. He silently greeted
Esther in his heart, ‘Long time no see, Esther.’
