My Fiance is Lucifer The Geat By Arno Hart

Chapter 2

Chapter 2

In a special interrogation room, Magnus sat in an armchair with his legs crossed and a cigarette dangling from his mouth.

Sitting in front of him was an incredibly attractive woman with a full figure, delicate facial features, and a ponytail that added an indescribable allure.

Xylia Zeller’s face was somewhat cold as she asked, “Name?”

“Magnus Kramer.”

“Age?”

“Twenty–five.”

Gender?”

Upon hearing this, Magnus grinned and said, “The one that needs to stand to pee.”

Bang!

Xylia slammed the table forcefully before she stood up and yelled angrily, “I’m warning you! You better behave yourself!”

“Was I not behaving myself?” asked Magnus while showing an innocent expression.

Xylia glared at him angrily.

She thought, ‘Anyone who shows up here is no ordinary person.

But then, no matter how powerful you are out there, you still need to lay low while you are here, because this is the Sixth Division!‘

The guy in front of her had been acting flippantly from beginning to end and even dared to blatantly check her out.

He simply did not take the Sixth Division seriously!

If not for the fact she had held on to her rationality, Xylia would have loved to step forward and beat Magnus to a pulp!

With a creaking sound, the door of the interrogation room was pushed open, and Zane hurriedly walked in.

Captain Watson,” greeted Xylia. When she saw him, her emotions gradually calmed down.

Zane nodded at her and said, “Xylia, you go ahead. I’ll take care of things here.“”

-Xylia nodded in agreement.

Before leaving, she glanced at Magnus meaningfully.

“Who exactly is this person? I can’t believe Captain Watson even had to step in personally!” Xylia wondered.

The door was closed with a bang.

The interrogation room was left with only Magnus and Zane.

“Lucifer-”

“Let’s not use that name, shall we?” interrupted Magnus.

Zane nodded and was just about to speak when Magnus asked again, “I’m curious. How did you recognize me? Also, I’ve never had much to do with Clusia. Why did you target me?”

He was indeed a bit curious.

During his years abroad, he rarely showed his true face to others. Apart from his teammates and trusted friends, no one knew what he looked like.

Zane took out a photo and handed it to him.

In the photo, Magnus was wearing camouflage clothing, smiling, and holding a baby in his arms.

Upon seeing this photo, Magnus let out a bitter smile.

He remembered that time he went to a small country for some work and saved a baby while he was there.

At that time, Monica Atwell impulsively took a photo of him, but she didn’t expect that the picture would be leaked to the public and attract unwanted attention.

“I really didn’t expect that the leader of Scarlet Purgatory, the awe–inspiring Lucifer the Great from the underground world, would actually be a Clusian!” said Zane, his tone sounding faintly proud.

Magnus casually stomped out the cigarette butt and said, “Let’s not bother with this kind of flattering nonsense.”

“Right!” Zane nodded. He then seriously asked, “What exactly is your purpose for suddenly appearing in Clusia this time?”

Purpose?” questioned Magnus as he grinned before saying, “Would you believe me if I told you I came back to call off my marriage?”

There was an awkward silence.

Upon hearing this, Zane was stunned on the spot.

“Ha–ha, I knew you wouldn’t believe it. Not only you but even I also find it ridiculous,” said Magnus.

Magnus forced a smile and continued, “But that’s the truthI have a fiancée, and I came back this time for her sake.”

“Is it Kristin Thompson, the CEO of Hovalt Group?” Zane asked curiously.

A hint of surprise flashed in Magnus‘ eyes as he asked, “How did you know?”

Zane chuckled and said, “I guessed it.”

“You guessed it?” asked Magnus.

Magnus clearly didn’t believe Zane.

Actually, Zane really did guess it.

Since they had previously checked the hotel’s registration records, they found out that the woman who was with Magnus last night was none other than Kristin Thompson from Hovalt Group.

“Mr. Kramer, since you’ve returned to Clusia, we hope you won’t make things difficult for us,” advised Zane kindly.

Although Magnus spoke seriously, Zane was not completely convinced.

After all, the other party was none other than the famous Lucifer the Great!”

“I can’t do anything if you don’t believe me,” said Magnus, lighting another cigarette.

After Magnus took two deep drags of his cigarette, his face gradually turned somber.

He slowly said, “I think with your abilities, you should have been able to find out that I’ve already left the underground world.”

Over a year ago, Lucifer the Great disbanded Scarlet Purgatory and announced an indefinite departure from the underground world.

Zane had naturally heard about this news.

He smiled slightly and said, “Well, if Lucifer the Great could single–handedly establish the renowned Scarlet Purgatory, he could easily create another one. We cannot deny this ability of his.”

Magnus shot a sharp gaze at Zane. With an unfriendly tone, Magnus asked, “What do you mean?”

Zane stared at him intently and said, “As far as we know, you are a true Clusian. You have never done anything harmful to Clusia, which shows that deep down, you’re actually a patriotic person.”

Magnus chuckled without saying anything.

Zane became more and more excited as he continued, “Every man has a shared responsibility for the fate of his country. If you are capable, you should serve your country!”

Magnus, while picking his ear, asked, “So that was your goal?”

Upon seeing this scene, Zane couldn’t help but twitch his mouth corners.

It turned out that after he had passionately said so much, the other person didn’t take in any of it.

Magnus took a puff of his cigarette and asked with a chuckle, “So, if I don’t agree, will you guys arrest me, banish me, or just kill me off?”

“You’ve misunderstood us. We didn’t mean that.” denied Zane quickly.

“All right, all right. I understand your concerns. But there might be some things you didn’t investigate thoroughly,” Magnus said smilingly.

“Oh?” Zane exclaimed as his expression turned serious, and he perked up his ears.

Magnus cleared his throat with a fake cough and said, “I started getting involved in this lifestyle when I was twelve, and thirteen years have passed without me realizing it. I’m completely fed up with that kind of life, and now I just want to be an ordinary person and live a normal life.”

Zane was listening intently.

After a while, seeing that Magnus had no intention of continuing, Zane asked with some surprise, “Is this the reason you left the underground world?” “What else did you think it was?” asked Magnus in response.

Zane’s mouth twitched a few more times.

Magnus stood up and with a faint smile, he said, “If there’s nothing else, I’ll be leaving now.”

After he said that, he opened the door and walked straight out.

Zane watched his retreating figure and didn’t try to stop him.

Magnus had just walked out of the interrogation room when he saw Xylia staring at him.

He smiled faintly and said, “Hey, pretty. You have a nice figure!”

Then, he swaggered away.

Xylia glared at his retreating figure, snorted heavily, and then walked into the interrogation room.

Captain Watson,” Xylia called out.

Zane heard her call him and snapped back to reality while asking, “Has that guy left?”

Xylia nodded and couldn’t help but ask, “Captain Watson, who exactly is that guy?”

Zane sighed, “It is not convenient for you to know his identity. In short, he’s a very dangerous
