My Ex-Wife’s Glamorous Comeback by Zenobia Nelson

Chapter 29

Chapter 29

At that time, Charlotte’s parents worked so busy that they hired a couple to take care of Charlotte. The couple would clean the house and cook dinner for her.

Jane Lench was a very nice person, and she cooked well. Charlotte’s mom knew accidentally that Jane had a daughter who studied at the same school as Charlotte, and they worked in the city just for their daughter..

Charlotte’s mom was moved because Jane woke up early and went home late, and even Annic, Jane’s daughter, couldn’t eat her meals. So, they went back home again.

Annie had a sister. His name was Selena.

Selena, Annic, and Charlotte had supper together for many years.

Selena didn’t talk very much. She was always buried in her studies.

Annie and Charlotte loved playing together.

The Lynn family emphasized Charlotte’s education very much. Charlotte was hired as a child moderator at the TV station, so Charlotte brought Annie with her..

Annie and Charlotte were very close at that time, but they had broken up.

Charlotte thought that she was too naive. After all, she was just a child.

Annie took away a lot of Charlotte’s works when she befriended Charlotte.

“What do you want to say?” Charlotte stood up, hearing the man’s question.

Charlotte didn’t want to say a word, and she walked into the cloakroom.

Zachary followed Charlotte.

“Get out! I am changing my clothes.”

“Charlotte!”

Zachary didn’t move.

Charlotte ignored Zachary and took off her gown. She was about to wear more comfortable clothes.

Zachary saw the scar on Charlotte’s belly.

Zachary suddenly pushed Charlotte against the wardrobe. Charlotte was astonished.

Chapter 29

Charlotte was in fury.

“Are you mad?”

Zachary softly touched the scar on Charlotte’s belly. Charlotte was shocked.

“Damn it,” thought Charlotte.

“Leave me alone!” roared Charlotte.

“What’s this?” asked Zachary, with a serious sound.

Charlotte struggled to get away from his control, but Zachary held her tightly. Zachary shouted, “Charlotte!”

“Don’t call my name!”

Charlotte was nervous. She disguised her nervousness with her anger.

Charlotte opened her mouth.

“I know what it is. I have basic medical knowledge.”

Only one operation would leave a scar like this.

The place was right on her belly..

Charlotte’s heart skipped a leap

Her lie was also retorted by Zachary.

Charlotte struggled to get out of Zachary’s control. But again, she failed.

Zachary murmured beside her car, “Charlotte…”

But Charlotte couldn’t stand it.

Charlotte said coldly, “It’s none of your business. Mr. Sullivan, don’t care about me, OK?”

Charlotte also thought it was funny to say this.

After Zachary married Charlotte, he didn’t care about her anymore.

The “care” from Zachary was ridiculous, as well as scary

“The child, right?” Zachary’s breath got cold.

Charlotte was trembling.

Charlotte’s blood even turned cold.

Zachary had no qualification to say the word “child“.

“Yep,” replied Charlotte, staring at his eyes.

“Where’s he?”

“Where? Well, he was killed by you, isn’t he?”

Thinking of Zachary’s words at that time, Charlotte was in fury.

Zachary said, “Kill him.”

They fell into silence.

Charlotte hated him. Charlotte hated his ruthlessness and cruelty. She looked at him for a long

time and smiled.

Her smile was beautiful. She didn’t care anymore. She extended her hand to hold Zackary’s neck.

“Mr. Sullivan, you forget it. I told you. It’s a boy. He looks like you.”

She lowered her voice and breathed out beside his neck.

Zachary fell into silence.

Zachary’s anger was oppressed.

Because Charlotte said the boy looked like him.

Charlotte’s words made him heartbroken.

Was the child really… died?

Charlotte hated Zachary so much.

Zachary couldn’t stand Charlotte’s hatred as well.

Charlotte was about to release and get out of his hug when Zachary held her tightly and kissed her.
