Lyceon - The dark lord

"Rebecca.. She likes you!" Allison muttered after a while to divert the topic. His intense stare at her was making her uneasy and she blushed by his teasing smirk.

Lyceon nodded and hummed. "I know that!"

Allison looked at him with a frown. "And you didn't."

"Why would I?" He raised his brows and continued, "She is like a sister to me and I told her that specifically. Moreover.." He cupped her cheek and smiled again at her making her heart flutter like crazy.

"I had been waiting for my mate all these years because I knew my angel will come into my life one day. And the day when I set my eyes on you, my angel, my entire being ceased at the moment by seeing these emerald eyes and I couldn't help but snatch you out of your happy world. My Lycan Dark was on the edge to claim you right there and then but I had to control him because I didn't want to scare you nor did I want to reveal your identity to the world. I had to protect you from all the evil eyes. So I took you here with me!"

Allison blinked at him, silently, overwhelmed by his words. Her heart soared by listening to him. He had been protecting her all the time and she was planning to escape from him. "It's good they know. Because this time they had to face another white witch who would make them see their brutal end soon." she gritted as her own anger surfaced. The fire of revenge had awoken in her heart too. Not only for her mother but she will avenge for her own self, for her mate and his family too.

Lyceon raised his eyebrows and smirked looking down at her.

"My mate is quite wild, huh!" He teased her with his husky tone. Allison averted her gaze and turned her head to her right.

"Only if I could see your wildness in another form!" He rasped. She widened her eyes and hit his chest making it rumble with his deep laugh. Her lips formed into a small smile upon seeing his carefree laugh. Who knows the Dark lord would laugh like this. But it was only exclusive for her.

"You know, I feel bad for her. Even though she had found her mate, she still likes you. I can't see Mason hurt too. He is my brother and her mate." Allison sighed. Lyceon nodded.

"I know and trust me Angel she had gotten over me a long time ago since Mason came here. She is just sticking to her fake ego for rejecting Mason but her heart craves him. You know Mate bond is stronger than anything. She will come around soon."

Allison nodded. She could only wish for their happiness. She looked at his beautiful face and suddenly she remembered something.

"You can call me Ali by the way." She said, looking at his snake tattoo over his scar.

"Nah! I like Angel more. You are my Angel, descended directly from heaven just for me." Allison rolled her eyes and dared to touch the scar under his left eye. She sighed. If her mother hadn't reached on time Thana could have killed him by weakening his main strength which was his Lycan eyes.

Lyceon sighed and kissed her neck before muttering, "I so fucking want to mark you right now, Angel but I know you are not ready. And I will wait until you accept me. But please, Don't stop me from adoring you."
