Chapter 19: Leena in Fairy Land
[Luna]
It's been a month since I trained Claire on how to control her power. We didn’t go to school anymore since Claire’s power awakened and became uncontrollable. I’m afraid other humans will find out about us.
I’m glad Claire is a quick learner. Now, she can control her power, but I just taught her some basic tricks. She learned really fast. It’s not surprising at all because she’s a princess, but Claire doesn’t know that yet. I didn’t tell her so she could concentrate on her training.
Now, we are training her sub-ability. She has already learned teleportation and now we are practicing mind-reading ability. It took her a long time to read someone’s mind. She was having fun reading people’s minds. And now, we are currently in the park, a perfect place to hone her mind-reading ability.
"This is so cool!" she exclaimed, which made me chuckle.
Then we practiced telepathy, but it didn’t work out. That means she has none. It saddened her a little.
We went back to the hill to practice her fighting skills. I gave her a sword, and I taught her how to use it properly.
It took us a few days before she got the right fighting strategy. She is easy to teach because of her compassion to learn. But her fighting stance still needs improvement. Of course, she still needs more training. What I taught her is just the basics and a few advanced techniques to help her in case of an emergency.
Claire changed a lot these days, and we became very close. She already knew that I was a princess in our world and I had a twin sister. To free me from guilt, I told her she was a princess in their world. And she couldn't believe it because she didn't look like a princess at all. She doesn’t act like one. Well, she’s a tough one to crack. She’s really strong.
We became comfortable with each other and now she considers me her bestfriend and sister. I treat her the same because she acts like an older sister. So caring and thoughtful.
"But how can we get to the world I came from?" she asked, and I smiled at her.
"Leave it to me. When you're ready, we can go to your world any time."
"I think I'm ready, Luna," she said with determination. I smiled and nodded my head.
Before we left the mortal world, Claire asked me for a favor. She wanted me to erase people’s memories of her and her existence in the mortal world.
I shook my head to refuse the favor. "I can't do that, Claire. It might affect the future of this world because it is your destiny to be here." Claire nodded with understanding.
"But I came up with an idea..." I continued.
Without warning, I created a clone of Claire and me. But it’s dead. It’s just for a show so everyone that knows us in this world will forget about us completely like we never existed in this world.
Claire’s eyes widened, and she chuckled in amusement.
"So ready?" she nodded and smiled nervously.
I summoned a portal and I sigh in relief because this time I knew where it would take us. The portal will take us to Claire's world of origin.
Claire and I entered the portal hand in hand. The portal swallowed us immediately.

[Leena]
A month passed by since Alyssa and I stumbled here in Enchantreia World. There are only five days left before the full moon. I felt like it’s been ages since I got here.
In the past few days, I became closer to Ereia and her group of friends. We always hang out together every day. Now that I observe them, I notice they look sad.
"What’s wrong?" Alyssa asked them. I guess she also notices.
We are now at our secret meeting place, 10 minutes away from the school. Actually, Alesia told me that this place is where Luna and she used to hang out.
Ereia and Venice looked at us sadly with tears in their eyes.
"There are only five days left before the full moon. I’m not ready for your departure. We're so used to being with you." said Ereia, eyes glistening with tears. I let out a sigh and gave her a comforting hug.
"I hope you understand. It's time for me to follow Luna because I can’t wait any longer. Don’t worry, we will visit you together—" I stopped when a vision flashes right before my eyes. My eyes widened in shock.
"Leena?! What happened to you?" they asked me, a bit panicky.
This is impossible. Blood. I see bloodbaths scattered throughout Enchantreia. It will happen soon.
I took a deep breath. "Alesia, I need to talk to the King and Queen. The sooner the better." I said in a haste. Their eyebrows knitted together in confusion.
"What’s wrong, Leena?" they asked, puzzled.
"We don't have time to talk about it now. I'll tell everyone when we arrive at the palace." I said.
Alesia nodded without further question. We immediately teleported to the palace together.
We rushed towards the throne room. However, when we arrived, we interrupted the meeting between the rulers and the other elders. All the attention was on us.
"Alesia? What are you all doing here?" the King asked while glancing at Alesia.
I cleared my throat. "There's something you need to know," I answered, and they turned to look at me, wondering who I was.
I walked closer to them. But I immediately stopped when I felt a dark aura. One of my abilities is to feel a dark aura no matter how much that person tried to hide it. I can smell them because a dark magic user has a unique scent. I looked at that person and it was one of the elders. There’s a traitor in this palace.
Everyone wondered why I stopped and looked deadly at one of them. I motioned my hand to the traitor and set him on fire. My fire can burn a dark magic user. The traitor gradually turned to ashes while screaming excruciatingly.
A deafening silence enveloped the room.
"Why did you kill him?" asked the King when he recovered at the surprising scene. I turned to him and looked coldly at him.
"He's a traitor. He was hiding his dark aura. You didn’t even notice that you let a traitor in your palace." I said, with no expression. The others gulped in surprise and started murmuring to each other.
"What do you need to tell us?"
I looked at them all. “Listen, everyone. 5 days from now, there will be bloodshed throughout Enchantreia.'' Everyone gasped incredulously. “A war between Enchantreia and Drazona will take place five days from now. You need to be prepared. Alyssa and I will help during the war, but on one condition...” the King tried to read my unreadable expression.
He sighed. "What is your condition?"
"After the battle, let us use the portal room to another dimension."
They looked at each other.
"And why would you want to go to another world?" they asked.
"To let you know, I'm not a resident in this world. I'm from Moondrous World. But for some reason, I cannot go back without a portal. I was looking for my sister, but she already left to go back home." I said. They were all stunned, knowing where I came from.
"Moondrous World?" they blurted out in surprise.
"Yes. Anything wrong?"
The King sighed. "Do you know that Moondrous World is the reason why the portals closed? But a month ago, the portals going to other dimensions suddenly opened up and we can't figure out the reason why it has opened again."
My forehead creased. "I don't know about that. But I will find out when I get back to Moondrous."
They nodded and immediately discussed how to prepare for the coming war. When our presence was not needed anymore, we went out of the throne room and Alesia let us into her room. She has a big room, but Luna and I have a bigger room in the palace.
"I'm afraid of the impending war," said Venice, feeling anxious.
"You're not the only one afraid of the war, Venice." said Nicole, while letting out a heavy sigh.
"Don't be afraid. Alyssa and I will help. Remember her ability? And don’t forget that my twin sister is Luna, and we share almost the same abilities."
"But we must not be complacent, Leena. Our enemies are also strong and cunning. The people of Drazona are not sanctified and they are merciless. We must train well and prepare for the coming war." Alesia said seriously.
I smiled. Someday, she will become a good ruler of the entire Enchantreia.
But I was still worried about what might happen. I see the future and I can’t stop it or change it. These fellas became good friends of ours, but destiny is destiny, so I cannot prevent death. It’s sad, but I have to accept the truth.
We didn’t stay long at the palace, so we headed back to the academy. The headmaster postponed the classes and everyone had to train their powers. Others are afraid, but they pulled themselves together for their family.
They sent children and other magic users with powers not suited for battle home and moved to a safe place.
The rustling of swords resonated all over the place. Alyssa also practices how to fight using a sword. We shouldn’t just rely on our power because it weakens the body faster.
I prefer to practice alone. So I chose to practice in a deserted land because my power was dangerous. If Luna is the Creator, then I am the Destroyer. I possess the power of destruction, which could possibly ruin the entire Enchantreia. But using my destruction power takes up a large percentage of my power because it is so strong.
However, I can't use my destruction power without Luna. Whenever I used my destruction power, Luna was there to restore the damage I inflicted. The only thing I can use in the fight is my other fighting ability.
Luna and I were gifted with strong power. We have almost all the abilities that others don’t have. Currently, we are the two most powerful beings in the entire Moondrous. But no one knew because we hid it from everyone. Only our parents knew our capabilities.
I practiced for a few hours in the desert. When I felt tired, I teleported into the forest. I just wanted to take a walk and looked all around the unfamiliar forest. Only the chirping of birds and the sounds of cricket echoed in the forest. My forehead furrowed. I looked up as I stumbled into the part of the forest where all the trees stood so tall and healthy.
Then I heard shrill voices calling a familiar name.
'Luna!'
'Luna!'
I looked around and saw little fairies coming toward me. When they halted in front of me, they suddenly grew bigger, like me. But what surprised me more was that they hugged me with so much excitement.
"Lunaaaaa! We thought you had left already! But you came back!" they scream. Tsk. They mistook me for Luna again. I can’t blame them because I and Luna are really identical. It’s a coincidence that my hair and eye color changed when I stumbled here. The guys said that I really looked like Luna.
"I'm sorry, but I'm not Luna..." I said, smiling.
"Eh?! Really?" they blurted out incredulously and laughed.
"You're kidding!" they said.
"No. I'm Leena, Luna's twin sister." Their eyes widened at what I said. They looked at each other with a knowing smile and then nodded.
"That's why we didn't feel Luna's presence because you're not her!" they let out while nodding their heads.
"I'm Haleyna!"
"I'm Mera!"
"I'm Liza!"
"Do you want to come with us to Fairy Land? Queen Freya will be happy to see you!" said Haleyna.
"Okay!" I relented and smiled at them.
They immediately returned to their fairy form and flew upwards. Then I flew after them.
When we reached the top, there was a green door made of vines and they opened it with a spell. We entered, and I couldn't help but gasp in surprise.
I see a lot of fairies flying around and having some fun. Fairy warriors were rehearsing, the others were chasing each other in the air, while some fairies were taking care of the flowers. I gasped when I saw a fairy child without wings. Huh? Why does the little fairy have no wings? It’s odd.
"Welcome to Fairy Land, Leena!" they said together while smiling.
"Thank you!" I said. "But who is that little girl?" I asked them and pointed to the child, who looked like she was six years old. The little girl is so cute, like a princess.
"Ah! She's Princess Shan! Do you know Luna is the one who named her? And Princess Shan was born when Luna came here. Princess Shan calls Luna her mama!" I smiled at the short story.
Luna really had a great adventure here.
We approached Princess Shan, who was lying in the grass and her eyes widened upon seeing me.
"Mama!" she yelled happily and sat up in awe, but was immediately stunned in dismay. Suddenly, she pouted. Aw, so cute!
"You're not my mama! Hmph!" she said, rolling her eyes and then lying back down.
Woah! She knew I wasn’t Luna! I chuckled.
"Hi, Princess Shan! I'm Leena, I'm Luna's twin sister!" her face suddenly lit up, and she suddenly hugged me.
"You mean, you’re my aunt?!" I laughed at her sudden mood swing.
She jumps ecstatically and excitedly touches my face in awe.
The other fairies laughed while watching us. I can tell that she really misses my twin sister.

[Luna]
The portal brought us into the forest. The chirping of birds and cricket is the only sound echoing in the entire forest.
I smiled as I inhaled the familiar air. The air of the Magic World.
"What is this place, Luna? Are we here in my world?" Claire asked.
"I'm sure we're here in the place where you were born, Claire. We need to get out of this forest first." I said, and she nodded.
We continued to walk quietly. While walking, I felt the surroundings while on high alert. An hour later, we passed by a stream. We decided to relax and sit on the rock while looking at the flowing water from above. I closed my eyes but was immediately alerted when I heard some crackles.
Claire and I looked at each other. We immediately teleported to the top of the tree. In a few moments, two animals appeared. A large white wolf and a brown wolf.
“Where are they?” The brown wolf wondered while looking around him.
“They were sitting there just now, weren't they?” the white wolf also wondered.
Claire and I looked at each other and didn't make any noise.
“Alas, bro, we might have scared them off. Damn, I want to see their beautiful faces.” the brown wolf said.
“Tsk. You womanizer! Let's just leave.” the white wolf said and the brown wolf groaned.
I signal Claire to show ourselves in front of the two wolves. She nodded, and we jumped together.
When Claire and I landed, the two wolves suddenly jumped in surprise and growled in shock. We just stood there, staring at each other. I was staring at the white wolf while Claire stared at the brown wolf.
I don't know, but when I looked the white wolf in the eye, it was as if I felt a connection. But I don’t know what it is. I just shrugged my shoulders.
The two wolves looked at each other, and then suddenly lit up. I closed my eyes for a second. I heard a crackling of bones. It sounds painful.
When the light subsided, I gradually opened my eyes. My mouth hung in awe when the two wolves disappeared and instead, two handsome men standing in front of us with smiles.
Oh gosh! They... they’re handsome!
