Kendrick instinctively glanced at Marilyn and followed her gaze. When Kendrick saw Robert with a proud face, Kendrick snorted coldly, “You don’t even realize that you’re about to die. Do you think a woman can protect you? Labelle Group can’t even protect themselves.”
Kendrick strode towards the office building in front of him. The place Kendrick wanted to go was Labelle Group.
When Marilyn and Kendrick walked into the office building, Robert loosened his arm around Naomi’s shoulder.
Naomi smiled and said, “Robert, if you use me as a shield again in the future, I will be angry.”
Robert rubbed his nose and said, “Sorry.”
“It’s okay; we are best buddies. What are you talking about? I don’t know how many people would want Mr. Zabinski to use them as a shield but have no chance to.” Naomi punched Robert in the arm, behaving like they were siblings, and said, “Let’s go have dinner!”
Kendrick and Marilyn walked into the office building and went straight to the 17th floor, where Labelle Group was located.
At this time, in the Chairman’s office of Labelle Group, Connor was dealing with the documents. The secretary knocked on the door and came in. “Mr. Labelle, there is a Mr. Kendrick Zabel outside, saying that he is from the Zabel family of Acocester and wants to see you.”
“Kendrick?” Connor frowned. “What is he doing here? Bring him to the reception room first.”
The secretary nodded.

Connor wondered, “To put it bluntly, the Labelle family was on the same side as the Zabinski family. Recently, the Zabel family stole many projects from Labelle Group. Now Kendrick came to me. What is he doing here?”
After thinking for a long time, Connor didn’t have any clue. So he just got up and went to the reception room.

Kendrick chuckled and said, “Mr. Labelle, I’ll just be straightforward. I’m here to remind you, or rather, the whole Labelle family, to draw a clear line with Robert!”

“Although the Zabel family of Acocester was not ranked among the leading enterprise of Acocester, it was a first–tier city. Everyone knew that the Zabel family wanted to invade Navarre, and they wanted to compete with the Zabinski family. Now that Kendrick had said those words, there was a lot of meaning behind them,” Connor pondered.
Connor said unhappily, “Mr. Zabel, are you warning me?”
Connor thought. “Before the Zabel family wanted to break relations with the Zabinski family, Kendrick told me to cut ties with the heir of the Zabinski family. Besides Zabel Group warning me, I can’t think of any other reasons for Kendrick to do
that.”
“No.” Kendrick shook his head. “Mr. Labelle, you misunderstood me. I’m just here to remind you. After all, Robert has become a target of public criticism now.”
