Chapter 503 Benjamin's Schedule

Benjamin's face was indifferent, and his eyes were calm. "Two or three days. I'm not sure yet."

"Be safe and take care of yourself then. I will pack your luggage later!" whispered Harper.

Benjamin just nodded. After that, Harper got up and washed up before starting to pack his luggage for him. After breakfast, he headed out the door.

Harper watched him get into the elevator before closing the apartment door.

Benjamin took the elevator down from his apartment, and Curtis was waiting for him in the parking lot. Seeing the suitcase in his hand, Curtis immediately got out of the car and came forward to take it. Once in the car, Curtis asked for instructions, "Mr. Martin, where are we going now?"

"Let's go to a hotel near the Martin Group. As for my schedule, you can just tell the secretary's office, and if anyone asks, have them just announce that I'm on a business trip to Teninus."

He narrowed his eyes and looked out the window.

Only he and Curtis knew that his "business trip to Teninus" was a lie. Everyone else thought he was really on a business trip to Teninus, even Harper and the Martin family.

After driving him to a hotel near the Martin Group and checking him in, Curtis went straight to the company to explain Benjamin's schedule, as Benjamin had arranged, and then drove to the apartment. At this moment, it had been two hours since Benjamin had left the apartment.

Knocking on the apartment door, Curtis stood outside and said to Harper, "Mrs. Martin, Mr. Martin specifically asked me to come to the apartment to take you back to Mansion No. 7 before he left for Teninus." "Take me back to Mansion No. 7?" asked Harper, puzzled, "What's the matter?"

"It's fine. But Mr. Martin thought he felt uneasy about you staying over here alone after his business trip. So he would like you to go back to Mansion No. 7 for a couple days for now."

Curtis explained respectfully.

Harper froze slightly. She frowned in silence for two or three seconds, then said, "I don't live here alone. I can stay with Annie, so nothing will happen."

"Mrs. Martin, Mr. Martin has instructed me to take you there. So..."

"I'll call and talk to him myself." Harper didn't give Curtis a hard time. After all, he was at Benjamin's disposal.

She immediately picked up her cell phone to call Benjamin, but his phone was turned off.

Harper frowned, "I think he's on a plane right now. I'll call him later. You can go back first."

"Mrs. Martin, you'd better come back to Mansion No. 7 with me first. Mr. Martin didn't just go to Teninus to talk about cooperation with the Madison group this time, but there is some new news about the collapse incident. Mr. Martin is worried about you. He originally wanted to send you back to the Martin Manor, but he was afraid that you wouldn't feel comfortable with it, so he asked me to send you back to Mansion No. 7 for the time being."

Curtis insisted on taking Harper back to Mansion No. 7 immediately. No matter what Harper said, he disagreed.

In the end, Harper could only go with him to Mansion No. 7 for the time being, and she would call Benjamin later to talk to him after his cell phone was turned on.

So she didn't organize anything. She just grabbed her cell phone with her bag and headed out with Curtis.

On the way, Harper took it upon herself to bring the conversation back to what Curtis had just said. She asked, "Have you guys found out anything new about the collapse? Do you already have a target for who did it?"

"Not yet. It's nothing to do with that, but just some issues above the cooperation that have come to a head."

Curtis responded calmly, then focused on driving.

A few moments later, the car was parked in the garage of Mansion No. 7. It was the first time Harper had been over since she moved out.

Everything was still the same as she was familiar with, without any changes. Even though no one lived over here, everywhere was clean. Even the plants and trees were pruned and tended.

Curtis told Harper, "Mrs. Martin, please rest here for a while. If you have anything to do, speak directly to the maid. There are still things to do at the company, so I'll leave first."

Harper nodded. When Curtis drove off, she then suddenly remembered that she hadn't asked Curtis why he hadn't gone to Teninus with Benjamin.
