I Love You More Cade by Coral Hume ( Nydia and Jackson) Chapter 50
Chapter 50
Liam was astonished. He had only seen Nydia in person at the Imperiacy Club the other day. She looked much more beautiful in real life than online.
Nydia noticed Liam’s gaze and greeted them, “Nice to meet you, gentlemen.”
Liam cleared his throat to conceal his embarrassment. “Nice to see you, Nydia. My name is Liam Glen.”
Paul snorted and walked away without greeting her.
“Please don’t take it to heart, Nydia. He has drunk too much,” Liam apologized and followed after Paul.
Veronica was a bit surprised. “Don’t you know each other? They’re both Cade’s close. friends. Can believe it’s their first time meeting you!”
Nydia, unfazed, sat back down and remarked, “They seem more interested in Josephine. After all, she’s the woman Cade is in love with.”
“It doesn’t matter who they’re interested in. She’s just a phony bitch anyway,” Veronica muttered as she went to comfort Nydia, who tilted her head.
Veronica followed her cold gaze and saw Josephine approaching with another woman, smiling and holding hands.
Seeing Nydia, Josephine’s smile faltered momentarily before she regained her composure and greeted, “Nydia, it’s been a while.”
Nydia didn’t want to talk to her, but in a public setting, she had to be polite. “Yeah, it has been quite a while.” Nydia adjusted her hair and smiled. “Will we have to wait another two months for the next meeting?”
Josephine’s face turned pale, and she remained silent. The woman beside her suddenly interrupted, “Hello, Mrs. Jackson.”
Nydia looked up at her–she was a beautiful woman with a stunning figure, and a pair of gold–framed glasses added a touch of elegance to her.

“I’m Edda Wiley, Bentley’s sister. My brother has mentioned you before,” Edda said, extending her hand with a pleasantly surprised expression. “You look so beautiful, Nydia!”
Despite Edda’s seemingly sincere demeanor, Nydia felt uncomfortable, especially when

Edda emphasized Bentley’s mentions of her, which was a bit impolite for a married woman. It sounded as if there was something more between her and Bentley,
Sensing Nydia’s discomfort, Edda quickly apologized, to which Nydia simply replied, “It’s okay.”
Out of the corner of her eye, Nydia noticed Cade walking toward them.
Josephine called out softly to him, and Edda handed her a tissue before greeting Cade. Meanwhile, Cade approached Nydia with a stern expression, questioning, “Why didn’t you answer the phone earlier?”
Josephine burst into tears, which made Edda feel awkward. Veronica stepped aside, silently watching the “drama” unfolding.
Nydia ignored Cade’s anger and explained, “I didn’t hear the phone ring due to some
noise.”
Cade then glanced at the several women with a blank expression, not even sparing at second to look at Josephine.
Josephine’s face paled momentarily, and she almost stumbled, but Edda quickly steadied her.
“Let’s go, Cade coldly said to Nydia, who realized that Josephine had stirred up quite a mess to make Cade so angry. Nydia couldn’t help but think, ‘She deserves it!”
Nydia wasn’t a saint, so she didn’t dwell on it. She took a few quick steps, grabbed Cade’s. arm, and asked with a smile, “Where are we going?”
Cade, noticing the smell of alcohol on her, frowned and asked, “How much have you drunk?”
Nydia playfully breathed her alcohol–laden breath toward him, saying, “Just a bit to warm myself up. You know, it’s cold these days.”
Cade glanced at her low–cut top with a grim expression, complaining, “So why did you choose to wear this in the first place? Are you trying to attract unwanted attention from all men here?” Thinking of all those men who had been eyeing her made him annoyed.
Nydia retorted, “But I look sexy, don’t I? And everyone’s dressed like this. Why do you have to single me out?”
Cade replied, “Because you’re my wife!”

Nydia felt her head spin, nearly stumbling.
Cade, calling her “stupid,” pushed the door open. Throughout the following events, Nydia was absent–minded. ‘Did Cade just call me his wife?‘ she asked herself. ‘Was he kidding? But why did he say it so naturally? Does that mean he…
Seeing Nydia’s face reddening, a client asked, “Mrs. Jackson, are you feeling okay?”
Startled, Nydia nodded, assuring them she was fine.
Cade, coldly observing her flushed cheeks, instructed, “Leave if you’re not feeling well.”
Nydia nodded, fleeing the room. She stood in the corridor for ten minutes to calm herself down, convincing herself that perhaps Cade’s words were just casual remarks. But her heart kept pounding, indicating she hadn’t calmed down yet.
Nydia opened the window and saw Liam and Paul talking to Josephine in the distance. Josephine seemed to be crying, and they were probably comforting her.
Suddenly, Nydia thought of Paul’s words. She absentmindedly touched her face, wondering if Josephine was much more charming than her.
As the door opened, Cade emerged with a client. They exchanged a few words before the client left.
Nydia stared at Cade as he walked toward her, a sudden doubt creeping in about her allure compared to Josephine’s. Leaning against the window, she tilted her head and smiled at him. The wind blew in, tousling her hair and gently caressing her cheeks. A few strands casually fell on her collarbone.
“Are you done, Mr. Jackson?” Nydia asked, twirling her hair around her finger and tucking it behind her ear. Under the moonlight, she looked so seductive.
Cade approached her, gazing down at her, then reached out to touch her hair and asked, “Are you trying to seduce me again? Has your period ended?”
“Yeah,” Nydia replied with a touch on his palm, not indicating if she was answering his first or second question. “Do you think I can seduce you, Mr. Jackson?”
Cade remained silent. He wanted to tell her she did–she had been seducing him all night with every move and glance of hers.
Feeling a hint of dissatisfaction, Nydia wrapped her arms around him and bit his neck. firmly.
