Her Undeniable Temptation

The school day was almost over. Dora, Bella, and Zoe were in the practice hall. Halloween was two days away so they had been practicing but Bella has been feeling nervous and freaking out.

She kept saying people were going to hate her for ruining their Halloween dance. Zoe sighed. She could notice Alex in the practice hall laughing and messing around with his friends.

“There is still time for you to figure out everything, you just need some inspiration,” Zoe said, trying to ease her panic. She was still watching Alex and his friends had started dumping their water bottles on each other while they used their powers.

“Show off!” Zoe said before scoffing.

Soon enough, Alex was getting soaked.

“Quit acting like children and get ready for class,” the teacher screamed at them. Alex shook the water out of his hair and pulled his wet t-shirt off while searching for a new one. Zoe wondered if her eyes had bulged out of her face because Alex without a shirt was just! Wow.

She bit her bottom lips as he pulled out a new shirt. She slowly looked away trying to remember how to breathe. She glanced at Bella to find out she had been watching Alex with all kinds of shocked expressions. “Hey Dora, Zoe, you know how Mexicans don’t wear clothes, right?” Bella asked with a small smile forming on her face.

”Uhm, okay.” Zoe replied not really understanding what she meant! Now she was fully grinning. ”I just found a great idea for the dance. Mexican!” She said and they ran her idea with the teachers in charge but they said it needed more diversity.

So, the dance theme was going to be cowboys and Mexicans. Pretty lame idea. but Bella had a good point, having guys go shirtless and having hot Cowboys around. Gotta love hormones.

Luke was going as a cowboy and Bella as a cowgirl, Zoe was not into the dressing up stuff but Bella harped her until she finally had a costume. She wanted to go as a cowgirl so she could match up with Luke but by the time she got to the halloween store for the cowgirl outfits, they had been sold out.

Zoe guesses she had to be a Mexican girl. The night of the dance she was in her bathroom preparing, she had finally removed her braces and combed her hair for the first time noticing they had grown a bit.

She stared at her Mexican attire which was placed on her bed. She checked the ways the Mexicans dressed on the internet as she tried to copy them. She checked her reflection in the mirror! She definitely looked like a Mexican dressed like this.

A knock came on her door. “You can come in.” She yelled.

Luke came in wearing a cowboy outfit that fitted his body perfectly well. He strolled to where she stood and kissed her on the lips.

“You look amazing,” He commented. They left immediately because the dance was going to start at seven. The whole dance practice hall was decorated beautifully with a mixture of red and blue balloons, huge paper horses, a bale of straws, and arrowheads.

The whole Cowboys and Mexican stuff looked cooler seeing everything put together like this. There was a long table set up with a lot of sweets and candy and another special table decorated.

Bella walked towards Zoe peeking very proud of herself, Bella looked every part of a cowgirl. She had a pink checkered shirt and black long jeans, and her hair was braided. ”Where did you get your booth?” Zoe asked.

The booth was brown with a pink ribbon attached to it. This wasn’t her style though, more like what her little sister would wear. ”I know they look terrible, I borrowed them from my cousin.” Bella said with a frown.

”Dora wasn’t coming because Parker is sick and she was going to the hospital with him.” Zoe told Bella. Luke came with his friends as they strolled to the candy table.

”You better chill with the candy you don’t want all your teeth coming off?” Luke joked laughing. ”Would you still k**s me if I had no teeth?” Zoe asked, laughing.

He pretended like he was thinking about it before answering. ”Yeah, I would k**s your gum.” He said as he leaned down to k**s my lips. ”Want to dance?” He asked when they pulled away from the k**s.

They got to the middle of the dance area when a slow song started. Zoe wrapped her arms around his neck and he placed his hands on her waist. She swayed close to Luke enjoying the dance! The crowd was a mix of both cowboys and Mexicans.

She noticed Bella talking to Rico. Zoe met Rico last week after their shift was over and he had wished her well with Luke but he still asked for the coffee date.

For some seconds she had wished Bella ended up with Rico and not Alex but Zoe doubted it though. Talking about Alex, she hasn’t seen Alex tonight.

She wondered if he was going to show up tonight, she found herself wishing he was going to come to the dance. Damn. A couple of guys who were dressed in Mexican were obviously drunk and kept bumping into Luke and she began to piss them off.

Luke looked so ready to tackle one of them, but Zoe had to get his attention. ”Hey, look at me!” she said. He looked at her frowning. “They are not worth getting upset about, okay?” She said,

He sighed and nodded, ”Sorry sweetheart.” He said and held her closer as they tried to ignore the drunk guys but they just kept knocking into Zoe.

Finally, Derrick couldn’t take it any longer. “Excuse me dude, but could you move, please?” Luke asked as nicely as he possibly could. One of them looked at Luke then smiled at her”Sorry Sheriff, oh hey pretty Mexican girl.” The guy said and grabbed Zoe’s arms.

Just as Derrick had raised his fist to throw a punch at the guy. Alex came out of nowhere. ”Hey, hey, hey pal. Let’s be mature about this.” Alex said dressed as a Mexican and shirtless. ”Matured about this? He is the drunk a*s who keeps knocking into my girlfriend!” Luke said, voice raised.

Alex only nodded. ”Yeah, I’m really sorry about everything. he is my friend who just had too much to drink,” he turned, giving the guy a death look. ”Well, get him away from us before I smash his tooth to pisses, got it?” Luke threatened.

Alex nodded again and grabbed his friend by the arm and trudged him out of the dancing area. When they left, Luke sighed heavily. ”I’m sorry for losing my temper like that Zoe, I didn’t want them hurting you.” Luke apologized.

”Shhhhhh!” Zoe said before going further, placing a k**s on his cheeks, ”it’s alright! You were just protecting me.” she said with a smile.

They danced for a bit before Luke’s friends waved at him over to a table! Luke cursed quietly under his breath before glaring at Zoe.
