Chapter 92

After the incident that happened between Lydia and Liam, Lydia kept begging Liam for forgiveness but the young Man was done with her. She would hiss angrily at anyone who asked her what the problem was between her and Liam. She was so ashamed that she couldn't keep Liam after how their relationship was like a dream come true, she cried at times. She bugged him with apology letters and even kept offering him her kind gestures at work but he turned her down. Liam called his Dad to inform him of his breakup with his new girlfriend. Mr Maxwell was so dissapointed but he had to encourage his Son.

"Dad, I'm literally tired of this thing called love, see what I got myself into" Liam lamented.

"I understand what you are going through dear but you see, it's not your fault" Mr B encouraged his son over the phone.

"Like how do I explain that my girlfriend was a thief"

"If we stayed together some more, maybe she would have stolen from a big organisation and get me into trouble " Liam laughed sarcastically yet dissapointedly.

"You see, God was the one who delivered you and I'm quite sure he won't let you get yourself into any unwanted mess" Liam's Dad assured him.

"All that happened, happened for a reason and I don't want you to use that to decide negatively alright?" His Dad went on.

"I just don't want to have anything intimate to do with a woman, I'll just get a a woman to bear my children when I'm ready, yeah that's what I'll do" Liam nodded his head.

"Son don't say such, the right woman for you is out there and you'll see her, marry her and bear great children with her" Mr B encourage with a commanding tone this time.

"And I'm not saying you should go searching for a girlfriend right away, no, all I'm saying is take your time, heal and you'll find the right one at the right time alright?" Mr Maxwell pointed out as he wished he was with his Son at the moment. "Oh Dad, whatever, I don't know right now" Liam replied confused.

"It's okay, I know how you fell and I promise you'll get over this soon alright"

"Alright Dad, Thanks so much for your time" Liam spoke with a deep sigh.

"Anything for my Sweet boy" Mr Maxwell said laughing and Liam laughed too*****

Though Liam's company was paying him handsomely, he worked towards being a businessman. He believed that the best life is the one where you decide how you use your time for yourself and he knew he couldn't achieve that by working under a company. So he had been saving for a number of years now and he felt he was ready to start his own business.

He decide to start a constructive company where he would also constructs exclusive yatch for hire and sale. He called his Dad to inform him about it and his Dad was impressed, His Dad encouraged him to start immediately telling him how he would grow into other cities if he put some exclusive services in place.

"Yeah, Dad I plan to construct very affordable titch for the less privileged In the society and then very exquisite ones too for the big guys like you" Liam teased as he explained.

"Oh that's quite interesting, you'll blow up real quick if you involve both classes of people son"

"Yeah and beautiful ladies would be just at the entrance of each titch to cheer and say nice things to customers as they come in and go out" Liam revealed.

"You're such a brilliant boy, people love ladies so much, even if they came for just water at the smile of a lady they could change their mind to do something that worth a lot of money" Mr Maxwell applauded his Son. "Yeah I know that, the power of a woman" Liam stated.

"Hahahaha, Son I wish you the very best, I can already see how great you'll go in this business Line.

"Mr Liam Maxwell here who had been recorded to be one of the few proficient staffs since the start of this company would be leaving us for the next phase of his life"

"We are sad that we'll be loosing you but we count it all joy that our company got to enjoy your good self"

"We wish you the best of luck in all your future endeavours and we pray that as you were committed to our growth so will you find people who would take your business personal.

"We'll be sending a token if $200,000 to support you, we know that it won't be able to measure up to all your services but this is our own little way of saying we appreciate you" Everybody clapped as the CEO finished with his speech. Some people had started tearing including Lydia.

They all went to give him a big hug and handshake and after that they Partied decently. Liam felt loved and thankful that his impact wasn't unnoticed, he wished he could be with them some more but a Man gotta do what a Man gotta do.
