Her Redemption

Chapter 90

The D-day came and Diana was already there by morning. They were instructed to come early so they could get use to the runway. Diana got there looking all glowed up. She had gone to the spa for some massage and body scrub the week before. She wore a jean short and a blue shirt. She had no makeup in but wore a fancy eyeglass. Her body spirit and soul was ready for this.

She got there quite early and after an hour of waiting an official from Versace came and instructed that every Versace model should meet in building by the left and they should all come with their allocated pins. The pin was giving to them via email with their confirmation letter to avoid nuisance.

When they were all assembled and verified, they were informed on how they would go about their performance. They were told what time they would begin their walk and they were also shown the design they were going to wear. After the prep talk they were instructed to strut the runway so they could get use to it after which they were told to eat do they could begin dress-up. They did as instructed and were assigned to different makeup stylist and hairstylists. Diana's blonde hair was styled into a centre pattern. It was made to have looses waves. She had a smoky eye makeup which really defined her large eyes. Nothing much was done with her lips, the makeup artist made it nude and she was going to be wearing a leather Jacket and a matching pants. This design was the definition of bad-bitch, the pockets on the clothes were countless but it was giving vibes.

Just when the make up artists finished fixing Diana's eyelash, Kendall Jenner walked in she was accompanied by her Personal assistant. She was a god in the model industry so she wasn't supposed to be stressed and that explained why she came by that time. Immediately she stepped in there was an awesome applaud, the other models were so excited to see her. They all rushed for a hug and selfie which Kendall was patient enough to give. Diana was not left out as Kendall was one of her inspirations on becoming a model.

"Hey Kendall, I'm so glad meeting you after all these years of being a Fan" Diana declared with a full grin after hugging her.

"Are you serious? that's so sweet and it's nice meeting you too " Kenny responded cheerfully.

"And you're Diana right?" Kenny enquired.

"Yes I am" Diana replied gracefully clasping her both hands together..

"Wow, I've seen so much about you on the internet, you are obviously doing well for yourself" Kenny commended her with a hearty smile.

"Aww, This means a lot to me" Diana gave Kendall a big hug as she tried to contain her joy.

"Can I take a picture with you please?" Diana asked.

"Sure of course, you'll send them to me to as I'll follow you on instagram right away" Kendall smiled.

"Aww you're so sweet" Diana remarked as they took the picture and Kendall went to have her makeup done ******

By 6pm the main show had started. Some models were picked to warm the run way with a tank top and black leggings, this was to give the viewers a tip of the iceberg. Sam and her children came to watch and cheer Diana up. Mrs Smith and her manager were present too.

Music artists performed and so did comedians too. After that different brands began to advertise their wears through their models one after the other till it was Versace's turn. Five models walked the runway and then it was Diana's turn. She came out in her bad butch outfit, as soon as she was seen there was a loud cheering and applaud in the crowd. She had quite a number of Fans present plus her outfit was giving what it should.

Mrs Smith smiled impressively as she watched Diana do what she knew how to do best.

The Afro music "love nwantiti" by Ckay was on the background and Diana walked in rhythm to the Song. Sam was equally impressed as she recorded her friend with a sweet hype. Ciara could not help but scream and wave, she wished she could go hug her beautiful aunty. David was happy too, he couldn't believe his eyes.

"Mum is this really Aunty Diana?" David asked innocently.

"Yes honey, that's your aunty walking that walk" Sam screamed proudly.

"oh wow, she looks different mum" David announced with an inquisitive face.

"And stunning right?" Ciara added in a funny way which made her mum giggle. "Yeah" David admitted.

After the models had done their thing, Nicki Minaj and Beyonce performed "flawless". The models were suprised because they weren't expecting them so we're the viewers. After the show only the models and workers at thebackstage got to take a picture with them.

After the event, music was played in the background and Diana came out to greet Sam and Mrs Smith, she hadn't even gotten to her destination when fans rushed her to have a picture with her.
