Chapter 27
After saying that, I fiercely slapped on the face of one of the fatties, and then on the other two.
Their eyes looked furious from the slapping, but they just didn’t dare to fight back.
“Get lost.” My palms were numb from the slapping, and with some impatience, I let those few scumbags leave.
Calm was quickly restored in the parking lot, and the general manager invited me to have a cup of tea. I wasn’t interested in having tea with someone I didn’t know well in the middle of the night, so I declined.
Ruben, on the other hand, had been completely dumbfounded from the moment I slapped those fatties.
“Let’s go, I’ll take you to the hospital” I naturally took Ruben’s hand and pulled him outside the parking lot where my car was parked.
“Sylvia, I’ll just go by myself!” Ruben said sharply.
“Cut the crap.” I deliberately glared at him.
On the way to the hospital, I chatted with Ruben and learned that his father had fallen and hurt his foot two days ago and was hospitalized, so Ruben wanted to take a part–time job before the start of the school year to try and earn his tuition.
The reason why he chose to call me was because he intuited that I could help him.
Suddenly, I understood a little bit why Emilia gradually fell into the

trap. In the encounter of her own inability to solve the dilemma, someone got her out with a wave of his hands. Who would be moved?
No one could choose his own origin, but he could choose to take shortcuts.
After accompanying Ruben to the hospital to deal with the wound, I dragged my tired body home. Staying up all night was really exhausting.
Frederic was sleeping on his side of the bed. After I went to take a shower, I lifted the covers and got in ready for a good night’s sleep.
“Was it fun?” Frederic spoke up coldly, his voice slightly husky.
I immediately opened my eyes again “Did I wake you? Bear with me for two more days. It won’t happen when your parents are gone.”
“Sylvia, don’t you dare challenge my patience.” When Frederic said something like that, it meant he was in a bad mood.
“What did I do?” I was sleepy and I had a riddle to solve.
“You dared to go out while my parents are at Maple Villa. Were you insane?” Frederic turned around, his eyes full of anger.
I stared at him wide–eyed for a few seconds, and suddenly felt guilty. Had he realized that I wasn’t going to Greta?
Right. An indulgent figure like Frederic had to restrain a little in the past few days, but I was even bolder than him, rescuing a college guy, and thoughtfully accompanying him to the hospital to deal with -wounds.
“Okay, I’ll remember. No Instagram, no hanging out while your parents are here. I’ll pay attention next time.” I summarized.
After saying that, I wanted to sleep, but I didn’t know what was wrong with Frederic, but he actually rolled over and pressed on top of me, his arms propped up on both sides of my head, and his muscles looking sexy when he exerted himself. Together with his gorgeous face, it was simply a hormonal blitz.
I instantly sobered up as I felt something out of place, something that was rubbing me.
“Frederic, are you drugged?” I remembered the last time he had caught me in the act and the small wave of love that had just sprung up inside me had calmed down. “Did you see who I am?”
It’s not like Frederie was some innocent man, or else could he be scandalized all over the place?
The anger in his eyes seemed to change, and his slender fingertips. picked apart the straps of my nightgown.
