Finding Destiny

Now that I know what the ruler of this planet is planning, I need to communicate with my uncle immediately so he can alert my aunt and siblings of what’s to come. But first, let’s find our way out of here. The Crater was massive with lots of turns. Almost maze-like. The Crater’s walls contain Pyroxene, Amphibole, and Ca-Plagioclase Feldspar. A mixture of minerals and rocks. The walls sparkle in blackish-purplish dust. It is breathtaking. Before all these things transpired, I only knew planet earth and had never been anywhere else.

“Marcus, you are doing it again. First, it’s the fucking stars and moons. Now it’s fucking rocks and minerals.”

“I can’t help it, Morpheus. I know there are other places in this galaxy, but to see one is extraordinarily remarkable. I can’t even imagine what our planet must look like, Morpheus. Mom used to tell me it was like a magical frozen fantasy world, filled with frozen mountains made out of blue diamond dust. Waterfalls of mercury and gallium that look like melted metallic silver ooze. Half of the planet’s sky is always dark while the other side is normal with night and day. Freezing temperatures that no human could survive. Oh, wait, except my father. I believe he only survived it because of his unique DNA and because somewhere in his lifetime, he was a Bampire before he became a human mad scientist. He experimented with different blood species. Let’s thank my uncle for that situation. Let’s also not forget that he had Dire Wolf DNA and other demonic species in his bloodstream. That’s why you are here breathing and alive, my Wolf and that is why I am a walking abomination that no one knows about except mother and uncle. I tell my Wolf. ”

“Whatever my father had dabbed into altering his genetics did its job with me. Who would have thought that I would be capable of being part human, Dire Wolf, Royal Bampire, with Demonic poisonous blood, who can freeze you into ice, burn you into ashes with my eyes, kill you with one touch of my poison veins as well as open portals, change the freaking climate, freeze time as well and create worlds from what my mother told me and who knows what more I can do as my powers keep growing more stronger by the day. ”

“You are indeed your father’s seed.”

“Hey, leave my father out of this. Besides, I can’t help it if I am the split image of my father. Do not hate,” I tell my wolf.

“First of all, you started it first by mentioning him. Whatever, Marcus. I still love you with all your geeky ways.” I do not look Morpheus’s way, but a huge smile appears on my face with his last words.

“Marcus don’t flatter yourself too much now. It would help if you did not think I was boosting your ego.” Ignoring him, I start to see another opening. “Look up ahead; I think we may have finally found a clearing out of the crater, Morpheus.” As we were getting closer, I noticed that I was correct.

We step out and start to observe my surroundings. Morpheus spotted another Crater towards the right of us. Then to the left was a bunch of floating observatories or towers. Yes, they are towers. “Hey, do you hear voices and the sound of engines?” Looking at Morpheus’s path.

“Yes, I do. Why don’t we go and check it out?” Both of us reached the side of the other crater. I decided for us to go into camouflage mode. We leaned against the rock, and Morpheus and I blended right in with the crater with a flick of my fingers. No one would be able to see us or pick up our scent. Quietly and cautiously, we started to turn the corner where all the commotion was coming from. We noticed we were too late as we looked into the area.

There was a sea of spaceships zapping into the solar galaxy system, and the remaining creatures left behind were minimal, with only two spacecraft left behind. They look hideous, and their eyes are bright, projecting light like a flashlight. They have no legs to walk. Instead, they slither around like giant rough piranhas with spikey tentacles oozing slimy blobs of black goo everywhere.

“Marcus, I think it is time for you to channel your uncle and alert your family about what is coming their way, so they can prepare themselves for a brutal battle that can end us if we do not figure out how to stop them.”

“All right, Morpheus, watch my back. I am going to close my eyes and drift off into my Bampire senses for me to be able to get a connection of communication. Are you ready?”

“I am ready and don’t you worry. I will not let anyone come near us or hurt us.” I give Morpheus a nod before I begin. Okay, I have never done this before, so I hope to achieve this long-distance telecommunication in one shot. I close my eyes and clear my mind blocking everything around me. Once I feel relaxed, I channel my mind using cell fragments and focus on calling my uncle.

“Uncle, if you can hear me, I need you to respond. This is urgent. Uncle, can you hear me?”

I kept channeling my uncle for thirty minutes before I finally broke through and got a response. Shit, this was harder than I thought, but I did it. “Marcus, is that you I hear calling me?”

“Yes, it is I. I have something important to communicate to you, and you all must act quickly.”

“Well, shit, it must be urgent if you could channel me without another Royal Bampire present. What is troubling you? Is it about Destiny? Were you able to find her and Trey?”

“Uncle, I killed Trey, and he sold Destiny to a creature from another planet. A ruler from a place called Klystron. Where I had to open a portal for the first time and transport myself to this place.”
