When Tyson heard his words, he was startled. Then, he realized Salome had lied to him about being Isaac’s wife. How bold of her! Since Isaac had denied it, Tyson made up his 

mind not to let her get away the next time! 

On the other hand, after Salome left the field and got in the car, she was still disgusted as she thought about Tyson’s intentions. Now, she could only return home and think of 

another plan. 

Since there were many luxurious cars in the parking lot, her car seemed out of place. 

Just as she stepped on the gas pedal and gradually reversed her car, another vehicle 

bumped into the rear of her car. At that moment, Salome’s car went forward, and she 

almost bumped her head against the window. In that split second, the impact made her 

car go forward, bumping into the Bentley in front of her. 

When Salome exited the car, she saw that the other car owner was a middle–aged 

woman. When the woman saw that Salome’s car was only worth about 15,000, her 

eyes were filled with disdain. After seeing Salome’s face, she was sure the latter was an 

internet celebrity. 

Noticing the woman’s expression, Salome turned around and saw the string of 

numbers on the Bentley’s number plate. She wondered if the woman had seen it. 

“Let’s just get over it. My insurance company will fix this for you. Stop wasting my time.”

The woman waved her hand impatiently, not even wanting to see Salome’s face. 

Salome frowned and tried to soften her voice. “Miss, the car in front…”

The woman cut her off before Salome could finish her words. “I said that I have urgent 

business to attend to. Do you have any idea where this is? I have no time to waste on 

you. Hurry up and leave. I’ll pay for the compensation and the car in front of you. Just 

hurry up and let me park here.” 

The Bentley’s rear light was severely damaged, and it looked like it would cost several 

thousand in repairs. Since the woman had taken the initiative to pay for the damage, 

Salome let her be. 

After Salome drove away, the woman noticed the car was an expensive Bentley. In that 

instant, her face went pale. Then, she looked around and quickly parked her car before 

entering the field. She had no intention of trying to look for the car’s owner. 

After some time, Isaac exited the building with Viktor and his father. Jason was a few 

steps ahead and was about to open the car door when he noticed the broken rear light; 

even the car plate was slightly bent. 

When Viktor saw it, his expression changed drastically. He quickly called the guard over 

and said, “Who did this? Go and check the cameras.”

The guard was shocked. After all, none of the individuals here were people he could 

offend. Thus, he quickly went to check the surveillance cameras. 

After Viktor ordered the guard, he looked at Isaac and said hastily, “Should I send 

someone to drive you home, Mr. Anderson?”

“Give the footage to the police,” Isaac said calmly. However, his domineering presence 

made everyone nervous. They knew that Isaac wanted to get to the bottom of this 

matter. 

“Don’t worry, Mr. Anderson. I will give you an explanation about this.” Viktor nodded. 

Hearing his words, Isaac said nothing and entered the car. 

Knowing he had no habit of sitting in someone else’s car, Jason gripped the steering 

wheel and drove off. “The hotel is nearby, so I’ll drop you off before contacting the 

insurance company to handle this,” he said. 

“Okay.” Isaac hummed in response. 

For the past three years that Isaac went abroad, he had many properties under his 

name. However, to him, they were the same as hotels. Since Imperial Villa was not yet 

furnished, he could only stay in Grand Esvet, which was one of the hotels under the 

Anderson Group.

After they drove out of the field, Jason turned around and looked at Isaac while they 

were at a red light. Suddenly, he remembered what Bryan had told him. “Mr. Bryan gave 

me some blueprints and a contact number this afternoon. He recommended an interior 

design. Do you want to have a look?” 

Ever since Isaac returned from abroad, many interior design companies came to him. 

However, he refused all of them. 

Bryan? What style would he recommend to me with that taste of his? Isaac frowned at 

the thought and rubbed his temples. “Where are the blueprints?” 

“It’s in the file holder on your left.” 

Isaac nodded but didn’t open it. Instead, he leaned against the seat and closed his 

eyes. 

On the other hand, after Salome returned to her apartment, she took a bath and applied 

medicine to her knees. At this moment, she heard the doorbell ring. 

It’s 8.00PM now. Who could it possibly be? As she thought about it, she slipped on a 

bathrobe and opened the door. Then, she saw two police officers by her door, showing 

her their badges.
