It sounded more like an order than a piece of advice. 

Carlos spoke in a determined voice. 

He had said that before. 

Every time Edith heard it, her heart would beat violently for a long time.

This time, she was silent for a moment. Finally, she nodded and said softly, “I see.”

Edith did not stay at Carlos‘ place for too long. The next day, she returned home. 

Seeing that she had lost weight in the past few days, Susan quickly cooked a lot of delicious food.

If you were a little more tactful like Sarah and knew how to cover it up, you wouldn’t have caused so much trouble. I think that it’s all because of Carlos.
