Endless abyss of unspoken words (Poetry)

Late responses and silence,

Lies and tears, cutting ties and fears,

Not caring but sharing,

Loving but moving on,

Sadness and acceptance,

Fear of rejection and abandonment,

Being used and break of the heart,

Great anger and confusion,

Wasted time, talking for hours,

It all feels so sour.

Staying up till late, checking my phone,

Your gate has been locked; my heart has been filled with hate,

Keeping yourself busy, I was alone.

What exactly matters?

Said you're always there, never being.

Lying in our beds, the mess in our heads,

Sadness and hurt feelings,

Pushed away by you.

Realized you cheated, feeling even more profound hate,

Now I closed my gate,

I'm never letting you in again.
