Crash-landed On An Island With Nine Beauties

Chapter 101

It seemed as though Damien's heart would crumble in his chest. He had no idea what to do yet, neither did he have the time to give it a thought. He knew it was the matter of time before the shark catches up with him. He could feel the rage and dark desire behind him. The wild rage fed by hunger.

He was lucky that he had a system. Else, his fine frame who had ended up in the jaws of the shark. With the help of the system, his body could move so swiftly as though he was been pushed by a very violent force.

He had jumped into the water in search of what to eat, but too bad, he had met what would eat him. What was so keen on wanting to eat him if he made a silly mistake.

[Ping! Host arriving at the shore.]

COULD THAT BE MY ONLY OPTION?

He didn't have the luxury of time to answer that question. He kept on following the lead of the force pushing his body till he went high up out of the water and landing on the shore.

The shark followed him into the air but lost him and dropped heavily into the ocean, making a very big splash.

"That crazy bastard."

Damien cussed. He just watched his life flashed before his eyes. That was a familiar scene, even though it was a different scenario. He was so used to it that he wasn't getting mad at that moment. Instead, he was looking for ways.

He should walk away from the ocean and go back to the cave. But he couldn't. He didn't want to. He wasn't the type who would give up. He wouldn't stop until he had killed the shark. Plus why should he go famished? Why?

"I would deny myself of eating because of a psycho whale or shark? Never!!!"

He was determined. He began to walk along the shoreline of the ocean. He could still see the fin of the shark tracing the shallow part.

"This would make things easy. As much as I want the bastard, so does he want him."

Ask him how he knew the gender of the shark, and he would beat life out of you. His eyes were red, jaws stiffened, a shadow of determination, with a hint of rage stalking his face.

He still had the sickle in his hand. He looked away from it back at the ocean. He wasn't interested in the system at that moment. He felt something telling him that he could do it. Plus, this was about starving. This was about the sense of survival. This was about admitting to be a coward. Oh, he hated those. He would give anything... whatsoever to get whatever he wanted.

"Fuck this!"

He increased his pace and began to run along the shoreline. The shark took the bait.

"Yes, that's right bitch!"

He seemed to have trouble sticking to one gender while referring to the shark, but it didn't matter to him at that moment. His heart and mind were clouded.

He kept on running, towards the part of the great mountain which lapped with the curves of the ocean. That part of the mountain which cut into the ocean, its waves constantly hitting it.

When he was close enough, he climbed-run on that side of the mountain, making sure to touch the steeps with the soles of his legs.

He did a wild throw of his body, making a thoughtful and long flip, backwards. He landed in the water.

"Did I... did I make it?"

He muttered, trying to steady himself. Suddenly, he felt something sharp poking at his thigh.

"Oh fuck!"

He wanted to flinch even though he had no idea what that was. Then the shark beneath him moved so drastically.

Damien got a grip of what was happening. What fate he had been caught in. What his situation was like.

He was seated, with his thighs between the first fin of the shark. He would have to push his body a little more to get what he wanted.

He did. But he could feel pain in his right thigh. He wasn't sure what that was. He didn't know what was happening to him. He didn't seem to care either. There was something more dangerous happening. He was seated on the head of a shark! What could be more dangerous than that?

[Ping! Aqua Zone: Hold tight, the great white shark is about to dive deeper into the ocean.]

Damien didn't need to ask why. Of course the shark would have to resort to the weapon it had or knew how to wield, as would Damien if he was in its shoes.

And what could be better for the shark than to dive deeper into its environs, into the depth of its home, whose nooks and crannies it knew.

Damien was scared that he was at disadvantage. The deeper the shark went, the odd it was for him. The shark would always be at favor. Plus he didn't think he had a system backing him at that moment. The thought was scary but encouraging.

Not only was the shark going faster, but swifter and deeper.

"Where the fuck are you taking me to, you jerk!!!"

Damien wanted to shout, he had forgotten that he was deep into the ocean, going at a maxo speed, at the speed of the wind?

"Fuck!!!"

He tried to sink the sickle in the head of the shark but the shark was shaking its body violently to throw him off. He almost dropped, but finally did it. Finally sank the sickle into the shark's head.

This time, he held firmly unto the sickle as the shark kept on with its expertise. He knew that he couldn't keep holding unto the handle of the sickle. It was just a matter of time before it -- Snap! The handle of the sickle broke and Damien somersaulted off shark. He went rolling and rolling, falling and falling into the depth of the ocean till he landed on coral reefs. "Ow... that hurts."

He tried to seat up, but he was floating. Instead of sitting, he decided to push his body towards the direction of the shark which was charging at him.

"WAAH... this rascal. Haven't you gotten enough?"

He spoke as though he was discussing with a human like him.

He could see the sickle seated in the head of the shark but it didn't seem as though it had any effect on the wild shark.

"Oh, I forgot. The bastard is famished. He probably hasn't eaten all her life."

Then suddenly, something popped up in his mind.

IF JUNGLE WITS COULD WORK IN THE OCEAN THEN --

He turned from the shark which had almost snapped at him. It was a narrow escape. He started to zoom through the water. He needed time to bring up the system window.

So it seemed, he didn't think he could get rid of this shark without the help of the system.

He kept on zooming and was able to bring up the system window. When the shark almost catch up with him, he would make a turn. Before the shark would be able to stop, it would had zoomed quite a distance because of the force of its speed.

Damien didn't have to scroll for long, he called out the super power skill.

"Let's hope this works."

He waited for a while for it to load, but then, the shark was back at it again.

"Shit."

Even if he wanted to stop this time, he couldn't. He would have to keep going and going until the system decides to ---

[Ping! Request accepted. Skill finished loading.]

The familiar surge travelled across his body but it came with a lot of pain this time. He couldn't help but scream on top of his voice as it felt like his veins were being ripped off and his body set of fire. In short, it felt like he was swimming through lava;

The currents travelling across his body, which fueled the super power was electric. And at that moment, he was travelling in the depth of an ocean! Try to imagine throwing a bowl of water at an ENERGY TRANSFORMER.

But the system medic was able to suppress the pain and horrific things which could had happened to the host. The host should die at the force, but feels a great amount of pain instead. Because of the system's interference.

Charged enough, he quit running away from the shark and turned at once. The pain had stopped and his eyes were beginning to glow.

He charged to meet the shark. The shark that didn't know what was about to happen, kept coming.

The both met. When they met, Damien moved aside like he always did, but this time, the pointy mouth of the shark cut into his left arm. He didn't feel the pain.

He rolled to the side of shark and planted two heavy punches there. His fists almost left a

hole in the shark.

He didn't get enough yet. He rolled to the other side and planted three punches there. He could tell that the shark was in pain. Only if sharks scream!

The shark was no longer itself, but Damien wasn't ready to be merciful either. The amount of rage coursing through his spines could set the whole jungle on fire if it was a flame.

He climbed on the shark and dug both his hands into the gills of the shark. He thrusted deep and deep. The shark couldn't shake its body anymore, there was no life from its body, down the tail.

When both his hands had ate deep into the gills, he pulled out ruthlessly. He looked. He had a handful of the shark's guts?

Suddenly, there was stillness beneath him. He knew what that meant. The body of the shark kept going down and down into the ocean.

He rolled over from its back. Time to return to the cave. With a shark for dinner?
