Bound by the CEO’s Baby By Sun Scar Chapter 90
Chapter 90
Damien didn’t want to waste time getting Ana and Alan moved in. But he knew that they needed to discuss it with Alan first. When they woke up the next morning, they sat him down during breakfast.
“Alan.” Damien started. Do you remember when you asked me if you lived with me?”
Alan nodded, stuffing a bite of bread into his mouth.
“Would you like it if you did live here with me and Mommy?”
“Yes,” he grinned with his mouth full of half–chewed food.
“We should have waited until he was done eating.” Ana said with a grimace. She disliked when people talked with their mouths full and she was determined to teach her son not to, but she didn’t want to scold Alan for doing it since they were the ones asking him questions while he was eating
Alan swallowed and took a huge sip of his milk before he opened his mouth again. “Will Aunt Wynne help me paint my room here? She promised.”
“If that is what you want,” Damien replied.
“Will Aunt Wynne paint Mommy’s room too?”
Damien chuckled. “No… She she will be staying in my room.”
Alan looked at his mom and then at Damien. They couldn’t read his expression.
“Like I slept with Mommy when we were in the old house?” he finally asked.
“Exactly like that.” Relief flooded over Ana that he didn’t start asking questions about Ana having her own bed. Now, she knew that Alan understood they were sharing a bed.
“Okay.” Alan shrugged and took a bite of his bread again.
Ana looked over at Damien and he looked just as relieved as she felt. Not wanting to waste any more time, Ana went home and spoke to her parents about the move. They looked like they had expected as much and gave her blessings. Except for Ana’s father, who looked a bit peeved that his baby girl was living with a man even though she had a son and had lived away from home for most of her adult life.
Damien started packing up boxes as soon as they got home from work that day, Alan helped him as well. A few days later, Damien took the morning off work and called Dianne to help clean up his house so that they could move in as a family
After two hours of moving, box after box filled Damien’s house. Alan’s clothes were strewn all over the bed and since it had rained that morning, there was mud from Alan’s small shoes all over the floor. He insisted on helping. Ana was a little agitated at the mess.
She was on her hands and knees, trying to scrub a particularly stubborn spot out of the carpet when Damien brought in yet another box. This one was huge.
“What is that?” Ana asked. She had no idea Damien was bringing in more of his stuff, too. Didn’t he have everything already?
“It’s my stuff,” he grinned.
“I can see that. But what exactly do you mean by “stuff“?”
Damien set the box down on the table and grabbed her waist. “You wanna see my stuff?” he asked huskily.
Ana smacked his shoulder. “Stop with your dirty mind.”
Damien let her go, laughing and picking the box back up again.
“Seriously, Daten… tell me you didn’t buy things because we were moving in!”
“I kept my promise to you, I didn’t buy anything in advance like you asked. This is just some stuff I wanted to bring from my parents‘ home. I think we will need it.”
Ana blew out a loud breath, causing a piece of her hair that had fallen into her face to flutter around and then settle on the spot it had started. She pushed it behind her ear as Alan bounced into the room, carrying a stuffed crocodile.
“What is that, sweetheart?” Ana asked curiously.
“I found it in Daddy’s room!”
Damien walked out from the master bedroom, grinning “What did you find, kiddo?” he asked.
“Dis” Alan held up the tattered stuffed toy.
“I haven’t seen that in years!” Dianne gasped as she walked into the living room.
“What is it?” Ana looked over at Damien. He was grinning but there was a hint of embarrassment in his eyes.

“That was Damien’s crocky,” Dianne cooed, grinning at her soon.
“Crocky?” Ana teased.
“No teasing.” Damien growled at her playfully before bending down to Alan’s height.
“That was my favorite toy when I was your age. I slept with it in my bed.”
Alan’s eyes brightened. “Really?”
Damien nodded. “Really. I took him everywhere with me. He even went into the bath with me a couple of times.”
Alan’s eyes danced with delight and when he looked up at Ana, he suddenly frowned. He looked thoughtful as he kissed the little crocodile on the head and offered it back to Damien.
“Here, Daddy, he’s your crocky.”
Damien pursed his lip, unsure what he should do next. As he stared at his son, a hint of a smile tugged at the corner of his lips. He took the stuffed toy from Alan, stared at it for a brief moment, and then kissed it just as Ala had done before handing it to him.
“Alan, would you like to take care of crocky for me? I have to work, so I can’t do it myself.”
The grin that spread across Alan’s face could make a glacier melt. Ana looked at Dianne, who was watching the interaction with watery eyes and a smile. She met Ana’s gaze and couldn’t help but broaden her smile.
“Thank you, Daddy,” Alan nodded, taking back the offered toy. “He can be friends with woofie.”
Damien laughed. Woofie was the stuffed dog that Alan took everywhere with him. It had been a gift from Marcus, but Ana wouldn’t be divulging that information. Ana wasn’t about to take away that thing from Alan and break his heart simply because adults messed up often.
Damien stood up and ruffled Alan’s hair right before the kid disappeared down the hallway to introduce crocky and woofie.
