Bound by the CEO’s Baby By Sun Scar Chapter 56
Chapter 56
Damien didn’t say anything, too distracted by the hand on her knees. Her hand slowly retreated and Damien went back to eating. After breakfast, he stood awkwardly to the side as Ana collected the dishes and put them in the dishwasher. Alan still sat at the table, drinking his glass of milk and reading a book.
“I need to… take a shower,” Ana said as she turned around and put her hand on the counter behind her. “Can you help Alan get
dressed?”
“I can do that,” he said readily. The awkwardness was getting out of hand. He had to do something, but before he could, Ana pushed herself off the counter and stood in front of Damien.
“I don’t like this,” she whispered, worry filling her features.
“Neither do 1,” he admitted.
“Then? What do we do?”
She looked over at Alan, who was watching them intently. “Right now? Nothing.” Damien nodded in Alan’s direction. “Let’s fix this later on.”
Ana looked over at their son and back to Damien. “How?”
It was different seeing her out of depth just like him. Damien shook his head. “I don’t know yet, but between the two of us, we will figure it out.”
“Promise?”
Damien flashed her a confident smile and watched as her cheeks flushed with color. He loved that he had that effect on her.
Damien leaned forward. “I promise,” he whispered into her ear before pressing his lip gently to her throat. He put her arm around her waist and placed it on the small of her back to pull her closer. Ana hissed suddenly, catching him off guard.
He released her immediately and saw that her face was scrunched up in pain. “What’s wrong?” he asked, concerned.
“Nothing. Don’t worry about it,” she said quickly, shaking her head.
“Liar.” His voice lowered significantly so only she could hear him.
“It’s nothing.” she assured, but Damien wasn’t buying it. He flipped her around so that her back was exposed to him. He wanted to make sure Alan didn’t see anything. He held her to him and lifted the back of her shirt slowly. The dimples over her ass were the first thing to catch his attention. They distracted him for a fraction of a second as he imagined kissing them.
Anastasia started to struggle but she stopped abruptly when Damien pulled her hips against his length, showing her just what she was doing to him.
“Stay still,” he warned. She let out a small whimper but remained motionless after it.
He lifted her shirt a little higher and what he saw made his whole body tense with anger. His hard–on disappeared instantly. Her perfect skin was marred by a huge bruise. It looked painful.
“Is that from when I knocked you into the table?” he asked. Ana shrugged. “Anastasia,” he pleaded, “Why didn’t you tell me?”
“It doesn’t hurt!” she protested. Damien frowned at her as she turned in his arms and placed her hand on his chest. “Damien, I promise I am alright. I’ll just take some medicine and the bruise will go away too.”
He wrapped his arms around her shoulders and kissed the side of her head. Damien wanted to take care of her, but there was nothing he could do. Just like his face, it was a bruise and it would fade. But he was responsible for it.
She breathed shakily as he pulled away. “Alan, show your dad where your clothes are, alright? I am going to shower. You guys can wait for me or go ahead. I’ll take half an hour.”
“We can wait,” Damien said immediately and walked to Alan. He squealed and leaped up.
“Daddy, nooooo!” he giggled as he ran out of the kitchen and down the hallway to his bedroom.
Damien chased him and just before he reached the door, he swept the kid into his arms and buries his face in his belly, giving Alan a nice wet raspberry.
Damien helped Alan dress, which proved to be an impossible task because Alan liked to crawl around like an octopus. He kept trying

to wriggle away like it was a game. Damien found it weird to put underwear on Alan, so he let the little man do it himself. Damien turned his head to the side and found the rest of Alan’s clothes.
When Damien went to help him into his pants, Alan twisted and kicked. It was a ridiculous situation but painted the story of a parent perfectly. By the time Alan was ready to go. Ana was out of the shower, dressed, and waiting for them in the living room.
“Care if I ask what happened?” she asked with a laugh.
Damien shook his head in defeat, which only made her laugh harder.
The next week, everyone decided on a big family dinner. Everyone would be there, including Ana’s parents. Damien had to say he was much more nervous than when he was dealing with billions of dollars.
“Calm down, Damien,” Ana tried to soothe him as they headed back from work. “My parents are not going to eat you alive.”
“Your parents hate me, Ana. How am I supposed to calm down when they have been avoiding me like the plague since I started coming over?”
“They don’t hate you.” Ana put her hand on his back and rubbed comforting circles. Her fingers moved upwards, gently scratching the nape of her neck. It felt good. He dropped his head, silently asking her to continue.
Ana giggled softly and continued. After a few minutes, he felt his body react without his permission. He reached back and grabbed her by the waist. “Stop,” he said, bringing her hand to his lips and kissing her wrist.
Ana stared at him in confusion at first, but when her mouth opened in understanding, Damien couldn’t help but smirk. She bit her lip, drawing his attention to her mouth. He turned in his chair and pulled her close to him.
“What’s the matter?” he asked, tilting his head to the side.
