Halo! My Love!” I waved my hand to Valencia while greeting her with a sly smile on my l*ps. Valencia was already having a hard time fighting Thunder, and my sudden appearance right in ront of her eyes when she was about to open a portal for her to rescue herself startled her to death. Before she could understand, I kicked her hard, pushing her high in the air as we were still high in the air. 

“What are you doing here?” Thunder screamed at me in horror through the mind–link. I giggled and Emily immediately teleported me somewhere else. I once again felt dizzy, but this time it was less than the first time. 

The witch in front of me looked at me with the same shocked expression. I wriggled my brows at her while smiling sinisterly. Before she could come out of her shock, I raised my hand high in the air, extending my claws and the next second, her head rolled on the ground. 

“You are weak, Crystal… Go back.” Thunder screamed at me again, but I could feel his worry for me. “Emily.” I called her in my mind. She said that I only needed to call her name in my heart and she would be there for me. 

The next second, she teleported me in front of Thunder, who was now holding Valencia by her n*eck. I immediately pecked his l*ps and hooked my hands around his n*eck. “You are having so much fun here…. How can I miss it?” I said to him while pouting innocently. 

He threw Valencia high in the air once again and jumped into the portal opened on his left, with me in his embrace. The pressure that I felt this time was somewhat less than earlier. We appeared. in front of Valencia once again when she was falling down at a good speed. 

We both kicked her hard together and she screamed in frustration and pain while flying high. I giggled out loud and k*ssed him again. He groaned in frustration but looked at me helplessly. 

Suddenly, I noticed a movement behind Thunder. I gave a signal to Thunder, and he immediately dove his upper b*dy downwards, holding me tightly. “Release me,” I commanded him, and he immediately did what I asked. 

Emily immediately teleported me and I appeared in front of the witch who dared to throw at fireball on Thunder. “Are you in a hurry, huh?” I asked that witch sarcastically while holding her n*eck tightly. She gagged, and I thrust my claws deep inside her n*eck. The blood streamed out from all the wounds and before she died, I threw her b*dy high in the air. 

I didn’t care where she went and,I looked around. I felt some movement behind a bush. I smirked. and took a deep breath. They didn’t know how many powers I held, and that was why, I decided to give them a surprise. 

I gave Thunder a knowing look and he immediately nodded. The next second, he was behind me. We both intertwined our fingers and before they could take a shot at us, we raised our hands

She appeared in front of me this time and looked around cautiously. “This place is highly guarded with more than one strong spells. It will not be easy for us to enter. She told me in a low and cautious tone while sniffing lightly. 

“Where is Adam?” I asked her while standing up. I was still rubbing my butt. “Find him.” She instructed me and took a deep breath before closing her eyes. I sighed and looked around while narrowing my eyes. 

I concentrated on my hearing and smell too. I looked in the right direction and felt some movements far from us. “They are coming for us.” I muttered when I realized who they were. “No… they can’t… we are shielded,” Emily replied to me in a calm tone. 

I narrowed my eyes while following their movements. They changed their direction and increased their speed too. “They are going for Adam,” Emily said in the same tone while doing something in the air by moving her hands in a particular pattern. 

I sniffed harder and tried to get a whiff of all the scents present around me. There were not so many scents lingering in the air. I sniffed Valencia’s filthy scent which made me frown. The lady needed to use a good perfume to cover her b*dy odour. 

Emily suddenly whimpered in pain, making me move my face towards her. “Emily,” I exclaimed in panic when I saw her falling. I immediately held her arm and pulled her up. The next second, I felt something like electricity strike me, making me lose my balance, but I maintained my balance while holding Emily tightly. 

She spat some blood and coughed hard. “What happened?” I asked her in a worried tone. She looked around while coughing lightly. “This spell…. This…. This is too strong for me.” She told me while trying to breathe properly! 

I clenched my jaw when I saw a black lashing mark on her fair and slender n*eck. She was struck by the backlash of the spell. I felt her going weak. So, I held her tightly. “Let me out now.” Luna suddenly demanded.

I took a deep breath and gave control to Luna. “Let’s try one more time,” Luna said to Emily in a determined tone while looking in front of her. “No…. this safety circle is too strong to be destroyed by us. I need our queen and five high–rankers.” Emily answered her in a tired tone, still panting lightly. 

Then go and bring them here. I will stay here and help Adam.” Luna instructed her in a calm tone. Emily looked at her worriedly this time. “Are you sure?” Emily asked Luna in a worried tone. 

Luna smirked and cupped her face. “I am more than an eight hundred–year–old soul, kiddo. I have seen so many things that this won’t affect me much.” She answered Emily in a calm and gentle tone. Emily gasped while widening her eyes in shock. 

“We don’t have much time, kiddo. We need to bring this person back to the pack as soon as possible. So, go and bring everyone here as soon as possible. Ask my mate to go to help William,” Luna instructed her in a gentle and firm tone, cracking her n*eck while looking in the direction where those hybrids went earlier. 

“O…. okay.” I heard Emily answering Luna in a daze, and then she opened a portal to go back. Luna cracked her n*eck one more time, and then she took a deep breath. “You want to use our vampire abilities?” I asked her in a surprised tone. 

“Why not? Everything is fair in love and war, my love….. And this is a war to save our loved ones.” She answered me while running towards Adam, using vampire speed. She giggled while running at a high speed when she cut the air swiftly. They were deep inside the forest, and the freshness of the air here was something that she couldn’t have enough of 

Soon, she heard screaming, snarling and roaring. She knew Adam was a capable were–vampire, but she couldn’t take a risk. She took a high leap in the air, and using her vampire speed, she landed swiftly right in front of a hybrid who was about to strike Adam from behind. Luna immediately half–shifted herself, and in a swift movement of her hand, she separated his head from his b*dy. 

She was surprised to see the number of hybrids attacking Adam. Adam was now completely covered in blood, but it didn’t faze both of them. “Why are you here? You should have rested at home,” Adam scolded her while killing those hybrids, and trying to keep him safe from their 

attacks. 

“I don’t want to miss this fun, Adam…. Remember you and Crystal like to play a game that you have invented.” She replied to him while fighting with two hybrids together. Adam paused in his movements for three seconds, before resuming fighting. 

Luna smirked and started playing that game on her own. I was surprised because this was the game that we had played in our childhood. Luna surfaced for the first time after Adam left for the Alpha Academy. 

She ducked one of the hybrid’s punch out of three which attacked her, and gave a round kick right on his chest. He screamed in a muilled tone and flew away. With lightning speed, Luna went behind. him, and gave a hooked punch under his chin, making him fly high in the air towards the sky. 

The next second, Adam took a high–leap and gave him a straight kick on the upper chest. Luna

laughed harder when that hybrid wailed like a wounded dog while flying high towards the sky. I smiled faintly while thinking about those days. We were the happiest pups in our pack with not worries in our lives. 

Adam intermixed Volleyball, basketball and kickboxing with taekwondo. Luna laughed aloud and went to her next victim. Adam and Luna started playing with their bodies while enjoying their fighting. 

“Crystal… Come back.” Luna sighed when Emily yelled aloud my name. I knew that she used portals to echo her voice so that I could hear her. The place where she left me was almost a few miles away from her. 

“Whom did you sense here?” Luna asked Adam while kicking a hybrid on his n*eck. “Marcus,” Adam answered her in a cold tone and the smile that we both had immediately vanished from our l*ps.
